"They would know in a few hours anyway." he explained, eating the last piece of his bread. He only smiled, keeping Rin close to his body as he exited the bakery. "It is best to prepare them ahead of time, all that will change is them knowing you're male if you wish for them to know."

"Hm?" The prince looked over at the other, stopping in his step. A different outfit? Elliot thought about this briefly before nodding. "Whatever suits you. I want you to be comfortable, Leonard. If it makes you feel otherwise than don't wear it, all right?"

Amelia opened the door, cheeks a little pink and a good amount of wine in her arm. "So they were having a free tasting. And then the sun moved." She closed the door with her foot and put all the drinks in front of the fire to get them nice and warm. "And they're on sale, which is good." she kept hold of one bottle, obvious the one she'd been sampling from. "That means I, just made a deal!" She sang, placing the bottle on his desk.

She was drunk.

"Cuz, y'know, when people hear about kitty," her ears moved to her head to mimic ears "They're all gunna be celebrating and it's gunna skyrocket." But a knock echoed and she turned, her 'ears' perking.

Elliot walked with Leo, quickly finding the blacksmith door and gave a knock before opening. He let Leo walk in first before closing the door behind him. Then he noticed Amelia.

"Talkin 'bout bats."

"I can see that."

She stared a bit longer before moving her elbows and 'flying' back to her workstation before sitting. Yes, definitely bats. Great defense. Oh she was so clever. Hahaha. He'd never see through that.

Elliot worked hard to keep the smile off his face. "We're here to pick up the necklace?"

Elliot's brow raised at the polished stone. It really did look like a piece of the night sky. "That's an amazing job." he said, continuing to admire it from the distance before it was placed on the slender neck, resting just beneath the collar bone.

"Looking 'okay' would be you wearing a diamond or pearls. You look magnificent, Leonard."

Amelia just watched, invisible from her chair so they wouldn't see the happy little smile plastered on her face. She'd never seen two people more in love.

Elliot smiled, feeling the weight leave his pocket and looked down at Rin. "See? When your mother does that it's okay. if you do that you'll be in trouble." the sleeping baby only shifted in his arms, making the prince smile.

That was worth two gold coins and maybe a silver, Amelia thought as she watched, it's not like the prince was poor. but four gold coins made her raise an eyebrow. Good gods it wasn't worth that much. Just a polishing and adding a chain.

"What's that?" Elliot mused, tucking Rin back in to keep him warm. "Oh dear it appears a previous customer dropped some coin. Two gold pieces too, good heavens." he slowly ushered Leo out. "Will since you cannot pinpoint which customer it was you must keep it!" and closed the door, both him and Leo now back in the cold. "I wonder who on earth could have dropped such change."

Amelia stayed staring, quickly coming back into view. "If they're that generous I can only imagine the sort of laws to be passed in this country once he takes crown."

"Well we'll need to get dressed, assuming we don't do rehearsal like this. Depending on the clothes and the style that could take up some time, and assuming I don't have to wear powder on my face." he would probably have too. he wasn't looking forward to it. "I've only read how to do them but I've never been to one myself."

"Celebration!" she cried out, getting the wine and finding some metal goblets to pour the drink into. "To a brighter future, and to the fact this stuff was more cheap than wool!" After pouring very carefully she downed her goblet and decided to pour another.

"I will make sure you have your hair done properly." he said, walking up the steps. "You deserve to look your best. They however have seen me at my worst and best, so I am sure they will survive seeing me without powder or the proper shoes. I've no doubt Father and Uncle have chosen my outfit already, though." the front door was opened, nearly running into a servant who quickly ran around them. "Yes, we'll have to give them to a maid during the ceremony. As much as I'd love for them to be there it will grow too loud for them."

"I... can drink however fast I please.' she began stripping her winter wear, the alcohol and the heat of the room becoming unbearable. The first thing to go were the thick layers of the dress, leaving her in the pants and a flimsy paper thin under dress which sometimes doubled as her nightgown. "That's better." and took another long drink.

"That is all right. Remember, be comfortable." he worked on loosening the bundle of fabric around Rin, not wanting the baby to overheat. "We can announce them formally perhaps after Latia, they will still be young babes and Latia should take no more than a week. Their announcement can be less formal." he looked at Hasta, watching the two walk off before moving and holding something for a maid while she quickly polished the small table. "I don't mind your parents coming, I'd be honored if them and your sister could come." he set the large box back down, nodding a 'you're welcome' at the maid before walking down to the kitchens.

"What? Like this?" she quickly sat down, kicking off the now bothersome shoes before moving her hair from her face and lying down, looking up at him from her splayed position. "I still need to get naked though." and she lifted herself back onto an elbow, taking another drink before lifting the nightgown and laying on her bare stomach and chest on the ground. "It's so cool." And Her legs wiggled, quickly trying to get out of the thick pants but being unable too. "Ruik I need help. My drink is empty."
