"I'm in a freezing ocean. I'm not going to get warm. I'm going to get numb." Anysi replied to him in a matter-of-fact sort of way before adding. "You don't have to hug me if you don't want to, Zhuke."

"Alright, if you say so." he said with a smile appearing on his face. He let go and pushed her in again. He cracked out laughing again, finding entertainment in the rude acts.

"You're a horrible friend!" Anysi declared as she finally reappeared at the surface once more. The repetition of being thrown into the water was beginning to get a bit old and tiring. However,f she knew there wasn't anything she could really do about it. "I'm just going to go over here, all by myself." Anysi said, walking alway from Zhuke, having a bit of trouble doing so considering the waves. "I'll just be lonely."

He smiled at her as she pouted. She didn't get very far with the waves pushing against her. "Let's get back to shore before you freeze to death, I'm getting pretty cold myself." he said, turning around to go back to the shore, but waited for her to catch up.

"Um, no. The shore will be just as cold considering I don't have anything towel-like." Anysi then pointed out to him, being her usual stubborn self. "I'm perfectly fine here." She added even though she was practically freezing to death.

Zhuke shrugged it off and headed to the shore. This time he was going to let her stubbornness get to her. He sat down on the sand and took off his shirt, wringing it to get the water out. While he did that, he kicked the sand over and sat in the gap. The sand absorbed the heat during the day, and it was still slightly warm.

Anysi looked towards the shore for a moment, before looking back to the water beneath her. Damnit... She muttered to herself in thought before walking towards the shore. "Fine." She announced, sitting down on the sand in defeat, not looking towards Zhuke as she did so.

He didn't look up, still wringing his shirt, but smiling now. Zhuke pulled the wet shirt over himself. Taking up his bag, he pulled a clothing-like gear out.
"This is my Mercenary Stealth suit I wore on assassination missions. It also controls body temperature, reason being how tight it is." he explained. "Since I'm guessing you don't have any dry clothes, you can try it on. It's a unisex gear, so it should work for you too." he finished, dropping the suit on her lap. "I won't look, promise." he said, turning around. "Not like there's anything to see anyway..." he said teasingly while laughing lightly to himself.
((I actually gotta work now, so I'll be on tomorrow since I'm guessing you'll be asleep by the time I finish work. G'night.")

Anysi glared at him the moment he said the last statement. "For your information, Sissy, I would've stripped a bit more to go swimming but I decided I didn't want to ruin your innocent virgin eyes." She said to him, taking off her soaking wet clothes and replacing them with the 'clothes' he had supplied her with. Of course they didn't fit all that great, considering that she was much smaller than him. However, she didn't care, all she cared about was the fact that warmth was slowly beginning to enter her freezing body. "Thanks." She finally said, after finishing getting dressed.

"Nothing to see..." he repeated. When she finished, he turned around, still sitting. "Hm, not bad. You're kinda small for it though, even thought the stealth suit is small enough." he commented. He laid back down on the sand and stared up into the starry night sky, connecting the stars in his imagination.

"Well, ones thing for sure. The beach where I lived was never this cold." Anysi pointed out, looking at the ocean as if glaring at it. Her expression then changed back to the cheerful look that she seemed to be wearing more and more. It was an odd thing for her to be smiling so much, but she wasn't about to complain about being content with things.
"You know," She began, laying down on the sand, "My friends and I would fall asleep on the beach sometimes." She said with a slight laugh. "My parents would get so mad, saying that they were worried sick. After awhile though they just got used to it."
"I would've been so different... if I had grew up on that island. I would've never even thought of killing people. I would've been happy. Me. Happy."

"I'm not sure you'll believe me..." he said, pointing his direction to Anysi's story. "But I believe our lives are connected to fate. Fate seems like something you can change, but you can't. It's just your path of life with so many twists and turns that it seems like there is no fate left for you." he replied.
"I don't regret my fate at all, not a bit. Even if my parents ended up murdered, there was still that one person that seemed to make my life so much better." he added, thinking what she was doing at the moment in her life.

Anysi, not being all that disbelieving about what he was saying, simply watched him as he spoke. Sure, before she was critical about everything he said, but she had finally discovered that he did have some wisdom, even though she didn't want to admit it.
"Well, unlike you I don't have anybody who makes my life better." She pointed out to him, making sure that her tone of voice wasn't all that dismal. "You had whats-her-face so of course you didn't regret anything."

"Maria." he replied. "We all find that special person to us. In time, we all do. But if it makes you feel better..." he said, scooting closer to her and holding her with a one-armed hug. "...I'll do my best to make your life better." he finished, turning his crimson gaze to her green eyes.
