((oh sorry.. impatientce and why do you need me right now!! i am busy with learning a new jutsu that requires a teacher teaching me it. dont worry i will stay here...... heheh late post i am editing it.))
navalie heard kinami shout hey and she shouted hey back." Hey how ya doing. whats going on are you trying to kill mura." shouted navalie and then she laid her body on the ground and then decided she would do push-ups to help her prepare for training for a new jutsu. she then began counting in her head each push up. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15.........................55,56,57,58,59,60,61,62,63,64.............100,101,102,103,104,105,106..........160,161,162,163,164 and bye the time she had hit 100 her hands were ready to give out and her back ached but she didnt care. so she continued and once she hit 164 she made herself land face flat on the ground. she then got back up and found a nearby rock. she then began stretching her back and joints with the rock. she climbed on the rock and relaxed her back on the rock makeing it take shape with the rock and then began to set her hands on the ground hehind her head and set her legs down on the ground and waited there for longer that before. she waited there for his time half an hour and then sat up her back acheing still.

Kinami bopped Mura upside the head. "Hey, if you catch me again, I'll buy you an all-you-can-eat at the cafe." She smiled at Navalie working incredibly hard to train, impressed at her determination.

After leaving the canyon giglamesh came running in using the body flicker technique, as he has been using to run alsot everywhere, to run down deep inside the caves. He ran at such high speend sand dowards hill in to caves on some of the curves it like he was bobsleding literaly running alosn the walls sides on the corners, but a good diatance in he would see the kage, mura, and navalie. To which he would literaly slide out right foot out in front of him and turn slide leaning back to try and act like brake as he moved so fast before he ran in to any of them. As he would suddenly stop with out saying anything he would take a few steps back. This action woudlnt be claer in till the wall of dust wich followed had fianly caught up, from his extremly fast running, he had moved back to avoid the dust hitting him wich would continue foreward for a shot distance, basicly like a wall of dust.

navalie then stood up and moved her legs a bit prepareing to run around in the caves a couple times. she then started counting "one two three GO!" and then she began running around the caves takeing every twist and turn a couple times. in her head she counted . "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15..............................................................77,78,79,80,81,82,83,84,85...........................................194,195,196,197,198,199,200,201" and when she reached her starting point she was exausted. but she wouldnt give in at all so she stood up for a minute.

navalie then decided she needed to find some weights. so she wandered about in the cave to find some heavy rocks that she could lift to help prepare for training. and there was no doubt that she would give in to training or becomeing a better ninja. so she found two very small size rocks that weighed about 240 l.b.s each and put them one in each hand and began lifting. "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 .............................................................189,190,191,192,193,194,195,196,197,198,199,200" and with that she dropped the heavy rocks on the ground makeing a hole in it and causeing a small dust of sand to form. *cough, cough* and waved her arms in front of her to clear the dust.

Once all the dust was gone navalie looked around for a huge and strong rock that she could use. and came across a rock the size of a boulder that was very strong and she then decided she would throw a plunge at the rock. oww, that hurt but i am not giving in and i will break that rock and she then threw even more plundges at the rock (actually about 70) switching hands on and off and then she moved to legs. doing things such as roundhouse, pivate, straight, and kicks in a horsestance. and she did about (65 kicks in all ) and then the rock shattered into peices and then turning to dust. when she was finished she had blood on her arms and legs and a tiny bit on her face and she headed out the canyon waveing good bye to kinami, mura, and gig.

Mura slipped away from Kinami's head-bop, and walked over just in front of her. "You ready?" He yelled, and did the seals and focused his chakra into his legs, trying to do the jutsu once more.

Kinami sighed and shook her head. "Try again, Kiddo," she said with a humorous tone. She was immensly enjoying herself.

Ibara came upon Kinami and another person he did not recognize while trying to get the Iwagakure. "Hey! Kinami! Can you point me to the village? I kinda got lost. I am not used to having to go through these caves to get to the village." He scratched the back of his head as he looked around. "What are you guys doing here? I mean, there are a lot more holes around here then there are anywhere else in the caves that I have been to."

"Did you fall?" she asked innocently. She went over to Ibara and hit him on the back of the head. Just because she could, of course. "The caves have become swiss cheese because I'm teaching a jutsu. Of course there's going to be something different." She switched gears again, going to hug him. "Nice to see you, when'd you get in?"

Ibara reached up and grabbed the spot on his head where Kinami had hit him. "What was that for? But I don't really follow, when did I get into what? And, what jutsu are you teaching? It must be interesting since it caused all of these holes in the ground."

Kinami hit him in the back of the head again. She scowled slightly, doing her best to glare at Ibara and failing miserably.
((Oh, by the way...I probably won't be able to finish Endless Waltz until at least Thursday.))

Ibara reached his hand up again. "Jeez, why do you keep hitting me? I am your brother for crying out loud!" Ibara paused for a second, then proceeded to state, "Wait, I answered my own question, didn't I?"
