Cody looked at the champion that he had finally been able to defeat. He couldn't believe that he did it but he smiled as he knew that Hizumi and their child was his drive as he submitted the data for the hall of fame. When he was finally done, he checked his phone that had been off and found that the hospital tryed contacting him which made him worry. Calling them back, he soon turned worried that he had missed out and rushed out of the champions room, heading out to make his way as fast as he could to the hospital. Upon getting their, it took some time and him having to get his pokemon that knew fly to get there. He rushed into the room where Hizumi and their baby boy.

[Aw! Its a boy!" Hizumi was holding their little boy in her arms. She was still very tired but when the door opens she looks up. A smile grew on her face, "Cody, come meet our baby boy." she extends her arm and handed to him, gesturing him to come over

Cody went to the side of the bed and gently picked up their son as he sat on the edge of the bed, "Hes beautiful but... I really wish that I would have been here by your side... I feel like I should have been." he said thinking that it made him think that he was already a terrible father as he craddled the child in his arms.

Hizumi smiled. "Its okay. I chose not to tell you. I wanted you to concentrate on your match." she held onto him, "You are not a bad father."

Cody looked at her when she spoke, but he nodded as he gently cradled their son as he then thought it over, "Well either way, I came back and I have great news... I am back as a champion." He said kindly to her.

Hizumi's eyes lit up, "Thats wonderful! I'm sorry I couldn't see all your matches, I tried." she pointed up to the TV, "I made them turn it on but I was getting distracted by giving birth." "I am so happy and blessed beyond measure right now." "So, what to name him. I like the name Stewart. Or maybe Micheal."

Cody looked at her when she spoke, but he gently leaned over and kissed her forehead, "Im just happy that you are okay... that you both are." he said gently to her. When he looked at their son, he smiled, "I do like Micheal... little micheal." He said as he cradled their son gently.

Hizumi beamed with happiness, "Micheal....." Time skip one month...... HIzumi stands in her kitchen, trying to prepare dinner. She heard a fussing noise so she stopped what she was doing and went into the next room. Little Micheal had woken up from his nap and wanting his mother, "Hey now little one. Its alright, mommy is here." she picked him up, cradled him

Cody, being the champion will train with trainers on their new home field that they had. Cody had finished a training battle with a passing trainer when he walked inside and could hear Micheal and Hizumi trying to calm him as Cody walked into the room, "Hey little guy... we're both here." He said lovingly as he walked to her and kissed her cheek gently.

Cody smiled but gently picked up Micheal and craddled him as he smiled, "Hey there... are you being good for mommy." He said lovingly as he gently bounced him to allow him to be calm and happy.

Hizumi went back to preparing dinner while Micheal was with his daddy. He wasn't the only one helping trainers. She had become a coach or trainer for other coordinators, to help them get better, "I love you, Cody."

Cody smiled to her when she said that but he gently leaned over and kissed her, "I love you too." He said before thinking it over, "So who do you think that he will take after, you as the coordinator or me as a trainer?" he asked curiously to her.

Cody smiled as he gently craddled their son, "Really, well I would be alright with that... lets hope he has a bit of both of our skill..." He said lovingly as he gently kissed micheals forehead as he cooed happily in his daddy's arms.
