Shadow nodded, managing to keep a perfectly straight face; after all, technically it was mostly true, if you replaced "tired" with "horny and "run laps" with "have several rounds of mind-blowing"... er, well, you got the idea. Aero was giving an "are-you-kidding-me" look, though Bur seemed to accept it easily enough - probably due to his youth. Naturally, Rex similarly bought it, the innocent, somewhat gullible boy nodding sagely. "Ah, that'd probably do it. So, what're we doing today?" he asked, grinning, completely oblivious to the mixed deadpan/gobsmacked look Aero was giving him. Apparently the Aerodactyl couldn't believe his trainer had bought that.
Big Brother - Shadow has become protective of a Pokémon or person, viewing them as a younger sibling. Trauma and Restraint checks may get bonuses or penalties if said Pokémon or person is involved. Certain checks may even be passed or failed automatically. Current Siblings - Torch the Torchic, Saph the Squirtle
Telepathic Communication: Shadow is capable of communicating with others via telepathy. Should Trust drop below 25, Affection drop below 0, or Trauma rise above 100, he will stop using this ability until the offending stat is corrected.
Human Tongue: Shadow is capable of communicating in English. Should Trust drop below 50, Affection drop below 20, or Trauma rise above 100, he will stop using this ability until the offending stat is corrected.
Stable Aura: Shadow's Aura no longer induces fear in Pokémon, and fellow Dark-types will now automatically view him as a friend, if not borderline worship him. Should Trauma rise above 80, this perk will be lost until it lowers back to 80.
Aura Arsenal (Sub-Perk of Stable Aura): Due to his Aura's new stability, Shadow is now capable of manipulating his Aura, creating Aura-based attacks that do not take up moveslots. Should Stable Aura be lost or otherwise made void, this perk will be disabled as well. Techniques: - Aura Flare: Shadow flares his aura, dispelling binding/anti-escape moves (Bind, Whirlpool, Mean Look, etc.) and knocking away nearby opponents. Direct damage is negligible, however.
Aura Tutor: Shadow is now capable of teaching Trinity and other Pokémon to use Aura. The ones that have the highest chance of being able to learn from him are Fighting-types and Pokémon capable of learning Aura Sphere.
Mega Evolution (Deactivated): You have a Key Stone and Dark Lucarionite. At ≥90 Trust, ≥90 Affection, ≤50 Trauma, and ≥25 Restraint, Shadow can Mega Evolve.

Trinity cleared her throat before, "Ok um first food then I want to challenge the gym. We need to defeat the gym and we on the road again to get to those other experiments." She said returning her Pokémon.
Rex grinned. "Right! Let's get to it!" he declared, already getting all worked up; so much so, in fact, that Shadow couldn't help but wonder if Rex could learn Pokémon moves; if so, he certainly seemed to use Work Up often enough. Shaking his head slightly at their fossil-obsessed friend's antics, Shadow carried Trinity to where they'd be getting food, the others following.

Trinity bit in to her food a few minutes later. They found a close by restaurant. Her other Pokémon were enjoying their own food. Trinity was half thinking about the gym and half thinking about the list.
Perhaps guessing Trinity's thoughts, Shadow gave her a comforting squeeze; they couldn't exactly do anything about the other experiments until they were close enough to actually search for them, and as far as he remembered, there were only a few in Kanto. Mind you, that was counting himself, Rex, and Dusk, too, meaning the number of living, still-captive experiments was even less than that.

"I'm fine, Shadow." Trinity said finishing her food. She could feel her legs getting feeling back thankfully. "Now I think we are ready for the gym. Or do want another day of training?" She asked already knowing his answer.
Ash and Pikachu bite the dust when Team Rocket gets tired of their constantly interfering, leaving their friends and family heartbroken. Several years later, May is an accomplished Coordinator known throughout the regions, not to mention one of the most eligible bachelorettes among Trainers and Coordinators; only problem is, her heart's already taken by a certain boy with a Pikachu - both of which are six feet under, trademark hat and all. On her annual travel to pay respects to Ash, she quickly finds that the nearby town has a food-stealing Rotom with a particular preference for ketchup haunting the place. The bit about it stealing food from Pokémon centers is rather odd - the bit about its ketchup obsession, however, rings a very distinctive (one might even call it Pikachu-shaped) bell. Questioning the locals reveals the Rotom haunts a cave nearby, rather protectively, in fact - and when she goes to investigate, the last thing she expects to find is a young man with black hair, familiar brown eyes, and a VERY familiar red hat...
Sound interesting?)
Shadow's answer was to smirk, obviously excited at the prospect of a good fight. "Gym sounds good," was the nonchalant answer, the tsundere Lucario obviously not wanting to let on how excited he was. Of course, they DID pick up on it anyway, so really that was a bit of a moot point. Rex brightened as he finished off his food. "Ooh, ooh! Can I watch?" he asked excitedly. Shadow rolled his eyes in reluctantly amused exasperation. "As I recall, Gyms do generally have an area where friends of the challenger can watch the match from, yes," he drawled.

(( O.o I think my inner child, the one that spent so much of her time watching pokemon and falling in love with pikachu is crying at what you are suggesting. Did you just ask me to do an RP with a dead Pikachu? I can do it it's just please clarify that and what happens to eevee now. ToT any ways i'm good with it. Any other ideas you have brewing in your head? Cause I wanted to know your thoughts of doing a G Gundam RP or a Vandread one or a Godannar (aka the anime with female type gundams that have boobs and the female pilots have skin tight suits ))
Trinity rolled her eyes at Shadow's response before returning her Pokemon ready to get to the gym. "Come on you two. And of course you can watch Rex. How else will you learn to battle?" Trinity said as she held Shadow's hand leading the way to the gym. She was going slow on her weak legs. They got to the gym and Trinity faced off against one of the gym's trainers. He sent out his first Pokemon, a Horsea. Trinity didn't blink before sending out Aster.
(Well, technically he wouldn't be dead, per say; since Rotom's a Ghost-type, I believe the technical term is undead - a.k.a. "not dead". 3nodding As for Eevee, up to you; if it really bothers you that much, we could say Pikachu lived and is staying with May. As for other ideas... well, I'm afraid I've never even heard of Vandread or Godannar before now. I guess we could give it a shot if you really wanted to, though. sweatdrop I do have ideas for One Piece, Naruto, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon (though honestly, that one's more of a parody), Zatch Bell, and Kingdom Hearts.)
Shadow watched the battle with interest, curious to see how Aster would do. Rex similarly watched, albeit with much more visible enthusiasm, completely oblivious to the redheaded Gym Leader eying him with interest.

((Ok I guess... and really? You didn't see either of them? Shame they are really good and I would think you would of liked the fan-service for Godannar but i'll only do them if you can atleast read up on them you do't have to watch the animes just wiki them. And now i'm curious on what you want to do with One Piece, Naruto and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?))
"Aster, use double kick." Trinity commanded the purple creature. He nodded before running at the water type. The Horsea was in the pool but Aster was able to jump from the floating platforms the gym offered for the non-water types. The horsea spat out bubbles which were dodged then Aster gave the horsea two kicks in the head. The horsea cried out trying again bubbles. Aster grunted getting hit before using horn attack.
(Yeah, I'll look up the details - and you're right, I do like the fan-service. xd Well, the Mystery Dungeon plot's up already under the title "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Teams of All Trades". The One Piece one basically consists of me adding a plant logia OC to the crew and pairing him with Nami, Vivi, or Robin, modifying their adventures accordingly. The Naruto one is actually a next-generation RP - the heroine (up to you who it is, but has to be from Konoha) stumbles across an amnesiac boy with the Wood Release bloodline. It then turns out that a revival of the Akatsuki is after both the tailed beasts AND Shin, though why they want Shin is unknown.)
Shadow smirked slightly, watching the battle; Aster would probably be just fine. He glanced over to see Rex's reaction... and then promptly sweatdropped as he realized the guy was quite literally drooling a little over the battle.

((of course I'm right. I'm always right about this. I don't know about the One Piece one, I might do the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and I might do the Naruto.))
Aster then finished off the Horsea using a new attack, Poison sting. The Horsea fainted then Aster glowed. He grew better and spikier. Trinity gasped at how amazing he looked. Aster snorted happy with his new form. "Ok Aster calm down we aren't finished with this gym yet." Trinity said. Aster nodded turning to the other trainer as he tossed out a Shelder. "Poison sting then horn attack, Aster." Aster nodded and followed her command. The Shelder cried out as he was poisoned and soon attacked. Shelder used withdrew to hide in his shell.
(Well, except for when you aren't. xd Okay, sounds good to me.)
Shadow smirked wider, analyzing the battle; now that Shellder was poisoned AND up against a higher-evolved Pokémon, its chances of winning were very, very slim.

Trinity saw Aster made quick work of the Shelder. The next gym trainer sent out a goldeen. Trinity smirked before sending out Jet. Jet was then commended to use Fury Attack. The Goldeen dived down hiding. Jet gritted his beak looking out for the fish. Goldeen sent out a supersonic at Jet, causing him to be confused.
Shadow frowned slightly in concern; he'd be lying if he said he and the bird got along well most of the time, but he certainly didn't want the Spearow KO'ed, and especially not because the opponent used statuses like confusion against him - really, knocking yourself out because you couldn't tell left from right was a level of embarrassing he wouldn't wish on anyone (except Team Rocket, of course).
