Aslinn looked up at him when he spoke, she sighed and shook her head. "N-no you've got it all wrong. I'm saying that we can rest and get better. However keeping me in bed all day is not fair or fun.." As soon as he began speaking about marrige he frowned and shook her head, her face a bright red. "N-not that i-i do-don't want to be married.. but it will be in my own time to a man i have decided i love." It made sense when she said it; she wanted to fall in love on her own time and terms. She didn't wish to be forced into a relationship, which is what that pact would've done. If she grew to love Cody he'd have no problems marrying him. Growing embarrassed about the whole conversation she took the pill bottle from him and finally took the pill like he'd wanted. She looked up at him and smiled softly finally hoping she'd at least appease him.

Cody heard what she said but he thought it over, "Well i would either ask that if you wanted to go out that you at least talk to me so i can take you with with wheel chair so that your not exerting yourself and reopening your wounds but i know that you probably hate the wheelchair as much as being made to stay here." He said thinking it over.

Aslinn set the pill bottle down when she'd finished taking the pill. She looked at Cody and lightly squirmed before resting back down on the bed. "Fine then; but you've got to understand i don't like either of those options." She laid down letting herself relax as she waited on the pill to kick in. She grabbed a small pillow from her bed and pelted it at him before telling him. "Fine i'll at least rest for now but later today we will be doing something." She didn't know what they'd be doing but she knew it would be something.

Cody looked at her but he thought it over as she began to think it over, "Alright then... he said as he began to sit in a chair and rested his head back, guessing it would be best to rest his eyes but his ears would pick up every movement from her.

Aslinn laughed at how he was resting before she scooted over on the bed. "Come on and lay down. You've no idea how painful it can be to fall asleep like that. Besides sleeping here you'd actually feel me moving." Aslinn felt bad seeing him in the chair, she hoped to use logic to make him a bit more comfortable as he slept. She'd swaddled herself in a blanket and there was another one floating on the bed, so it wasn't like he'd wind up in an awkward position with her huddled under one blanket.

Cody looked at her when she spoke but he thought it over as he began to get up and moved over to the bed. He blushed laying on the other side of the bed away from her making him think over how he hoped that she wouldn't leave while he rested and slept on his side that was still good so he wouldn't have to worry about his thigh.

Aslinn lightly tossed a spare blanket over him before she curled under her blanket. It wasn't long and she'd succumbed to sleep. She rested for several hours and eventually come early afternoon she awoke slowly. shifting a bit lightly brushing her arm against him.

Cody was laying peacefully in the bed, being still in his anthro form, he actually had a dream about him and Aslinn getting married and having a great life together. He gently smiled in his sleep not sure why but his tail gently curled and wrapped around her tail gently.

Aslinn turned a bit and looked at Cody lightly sighing as she laid back down and nestled against him. Her body was at war with it's self her mind wanted to stay awake but her body was telling her to sleep. Slowly she looked up at Cody and kissed his cheek before she simply rested against him yawning.

Cody hadn't been fully asleep so when she kissed his cheek he blushed but gently smiled as he feel asleep, and during his sleep he had actual found himself dreaming about him and Aslinn having been married and together, with a child on the way. He actually was happy in his sleep but when he finally woke up he found that his arms had gently wrapped around Aslinn in a hug.

Aslinn had eventually drifted off back to sleep. By the time Cody woke up Aslinn was nestled into his chest sound asleep. Her body looked completely relaxed and calm. It was amazing but as she slept any and all hints of a hard edge were lost. It wasn't long after he begun waking up that she did as well. Slowly her eyes opened and she blushed slightly feeling his arm around her. "a-are you up" she asked softly as she slowly looked at him trying to figure out how long they'd slept.

Cody heard her speak as he found that she was awake as he thought it over, "I am... sorry." He said to her as he gently ley go and gently sat up, stretching a bit as he thought shyly about his dream that he could still remember. He wasnt sure if he should tell her but soon began to get up from the bed.

Aslinn bushed when he said sorry and then watched him get up. "it's fine, not like you were touching anywhere off limits, that would've gotten a kick off the bed hurt or not." Once that was said she forced herself up as well. She sat along the edge of the bed lightly dangling her feet as she pondered what she was feeling. She didn't remember her dream but waking up with his arms around her felt nice. There was a strange feeling in her chest a warm tingly feeling that made her happy, for some reason the idea of him touching her in those off limits zones made her happy. Looking over on the dresser she sighed finding a slip of paper and she opened it up before quickly scanning it.

Cody heard what she said and lightly laughed but as she got up, he began to as well before sitting on the side if the bed with his back to her. He blushed sighing a bit but decided to ask her, "Aslinn... is it strange that after all the time we have spent together that i had a dream about us having been married?" He asked shyly hoping that she wouldnt be made or uncomfortable about bringing this up.

Aslinn had scanned the note her face furrowing in what looked like displeasure before she snapped out of it hearing him speak. "th-thats not out of the question. Your mind is aware of the pact, so that coupled with feelings or the events from last night might be subconsciously influencing your dreams." As she spoke her face seemed to be bright red even through her fur making it seem she was embarrassed about something or concerned.
