"Oh no you're not!" Lucrecia pulled the girl back gently. There was no way she was going to let Sephiroth down by letting his daughter go to such a dangerous place. "We will stay here, Kaia.."
She quickly shouted out to Zack, "Be careful.."
Then, turning back to Kaia she realized just how alone they were. Nanaki and Elena were out, somewhere.Last she heard, Elena had gotten a call and had to leave, but said she would be returning as to not leave them stranded there. Nanaki had been wandering the outskirts of the village, hoping to get some form of sent of Sephriea and that man with no luck.

Kaia started to follow Zack anyways, only to be stopped by Lucrecia,"But, I want to help! I need to help! Zack got knocked down, so I need to be there to help save mom too!" She knew that her protests would get her nowhere, but she pleased with her grandmother all the same. "You gotta let me go, please!"

Lucrecia didn't let go of her arm, even though her grip was gentle, it was also firm enough to keep her from slipping away and running off.

Kaia sat down sadly,"I do...but I want to help..." She pouted at Lucrecia but didn't struggle any further, even though she thought that she was strong enough to pull away from the gentle woman.

Lucreicia, who was still in her own swim suit sat down next to Kaia, slowly letting the girls arm go. She just hoped she could trust her. "There is no way for us to get there, after all..." She hoped with that thought in the girls mind, she would fully let the idea of running to no where, go. "Just wait.." She put on a more confident voice for her. "You're father will be back with everyone very soon!"

Kaia curled up and refused to talk anymore. She wanted to help, she knew she was strong enough to, but no one would let her. Angry and sad, she cried again, hugging her knees to her chest again. All she wanted was for the day to go back to normal...

Cloud sighed heavily, leaning on his buster sword hilt. He closed his mako infused eyes, the glow being shut out for just a few moments. He was tired. His journey had been long, and all he could think of was... rest. Tiresome as his journey had been, it was successful to a point so at least he wasn't a total failure in that respect. Not a total failure.. but still a failure. It hadn't been what he'd hoped. He ran a wrapped hand through his blond hair, wincing slightly as he lifted his arm. A quiet growl of frustration escaped him as he used his injured left arm to sheath his sword on his back. This wasn't the time to show weakness.
"So.. here I am again." he spoke quietly to himself, his soft voice unable to be carried by the breeze.
Looking out over the water he couldn't manage even the smallest of smiles. Regret was all that he felt now, and the pain in his arm was only a reminder of his.. failure. Cloud rubbed his hand over his eyes and began walking towards the figures on the beach.

(( Hehe. Just wanted to make sure. ))
The two small figures bounced about, the girl cub landing into a slightly deeper sand pile, which ended up in getting much sand in it's mane.Making a soft growl sound as the sand spilled over her head she hoped out, ready to pounce onto her brother again.
The boy cub jumped out of the way, avoiding her pounce. Though as he turned, the small lion-like cubs eyes caught a figure of what looked to be a human man. With both cubs now watching the figure closely, she female slowly approached it. He was the first person they had come across since they're arrival. She was curious!

 The wind blew across his coat as a tall man walked towards the group of people from the distance. He held onto the top of his cowboy hat as he carried what looked like a rifle with a pistol grip on it in his right hand. He stops and scratches the back of his head with the rifle in confusion, wondering what was going on. He enters the village and notices nobody around. "Hello? Is anyone here???"

"Gawd. How annoying. Callin' me back for such a silly reason! Fuel isn't cheap you know..." She yelled at no one in particular,seeing as she was the only one present!
The sound of a helicopters blades traveled through the air across Wutai as Elena had finally come to return to the village.As she looked over, a small, tiny figure came to her view as she began to lower the chopper. "..Who could tha----No way!" Elena was far from being professional when she saw something that sparked her interest or was scared out of her mind.
"Cloud.." The blond grinned, such memories, and so many entertaining battles they had gone through. "Now where has he been!" Finally, the helicopter touched down, the engine dieing down and props coming to a slow stop. Clad in her dark blue famous Turk suit, the women claimed down, looking into the mans direction. He wasn't her enemy anymore, hopefully he knew that too!

Cloud tilted his head slightly, watching the cubs playing in the sand. As the female got closer he crouched slowly, his hand held out.
"Hey little cub... where is everyone?"
His last words were almost drowned out by the sound of the helicopter hovering above. Shielding his eyes with his injured arm, Cloud tried to watch it land, the wind from the blades making that impossible. His other hand rested on his blade which he unsheathed.
"That... looks familiar."
Cloud moved to stand in front of the small cubs. Elena was... unpredictable at best. He wasn't about to take any chances. He sneered at her, too tired for games.
"You.. what are you doing here Elena?"

Irvine holds onto his hat as he looks up at the helicopter landing. "Damn, what in the hel-" He notices someone with overly spiked hair and carrying a large sword. He walks over to the guy. "Hey, what in the hell is going on here?"
