heh, tho i suport a few shonenai pairs (touya-yukito, doumeki/watenuki, and of course kurofai) this is the only pair that ive been able to read actual yaoi fanfics (the kind on adultfanfiction.net) O_o, tho i have only one requirement: it canNOT be AU.

you could have a point there. we know that kuro's past isnt all too bright (hwat happened as a kid, his "kill first-ask qeutions second" for assasins outlook) and we all can guess taht fai's past is fairly dark as well, so they both have dark pasts and are lonely.

And Yue-chan, why not AU? ...I'm writing an AU KuroFay fanfic...its in a world where there are dragons and dragonriders...Kuro's the top general of the country's army, and Fay's a runaway mage from a country far up north. And the country's run by Touya-ou, Sakura's the princess, Syaoran is her bodyguard, Tomoyo-hime is the princess of their ally country (which goblins have overrun, and have driven the people out)...it's really good...I have the first and second chappies done...

ive never been able to readd AU fics from any animes (except this one fic about sessho and kagome from inuyahsa...) their too odd for me. sweatdrop

Oh...well...this one isn't very odd...unless you count the fact that when Kurogane first meets Fay, he's a dancer (NOT a stripper... sweatdrop ) at the bar in the town Kuro's been sent to to chase out the invaders terrorizing the place...and the part where Kuro gets in a drinking contest with this guy that's forced Fay to be his boytoy (btw, the guy's NOT Ashura-ou)...



And to Sylwithia:

1) The little honorifics Fay sticks to Kuro (like Kuro-tan, Kuro-wanko, Kuro-pipi, etc.) aren't honorifics at all: they're there to add a sense of cuteness. In Japan, schoolgirls will do this with their boyfriends. And Fay does it with Kuro-chan. Do you think any straight guy would do that to another guy? (gawrsh, I make it sound so dirty... whee )

2) The occasional gay pose. 'Nuff said. ninja

3) If you've been paying attention, Fay has been throwing Kuro-wanwan hints that he likes him ever since he first met the ninja. That, or it's Del Rey's translations... gonk

After pointing all this out, I have one thing to say: Yup! Fay's straight! Straight as a rainbow and twice as colorful! xd
