Furii sat under a large palm tree, enjoying the heat of the day. It had been quiet ever since...ever. She had been all alone for a long time, but that had given her plenty of time to explore the entire desert. She had soon grown bored of the Oasis, and had gotten bored with the Mine.
She wished everyday that someone would come to her lands. Anyone.

(Edit: Yay! First post apart from the thread creator! XD) Suna had been wandering the desert for weeks now, surviving off whatever food should could find and drinking the jiuce of cacti along the way. The desert heat, while killer to most modifoxes, didn't have as much of an effect of Suna. From her markings, to her hunting skills, coat coloring, and even her name, it almost seemed as if she had always been meant to live in the desert environment. As she wandered though this day, she soon spotted a rather strange sight. She saw afar off in the heat waves another modifox resting under the shade of a palm tree. There are others out here? I wonder if this is a hallucination of some sort. Curiosity drove her to change her path towards the other modi, sliding down the sandy slopes as she went.

Furii's ears pricked up, she heard sand falling down, and the grunts of...another fox? She quickly stood, making her way towards the hill.
Indeed, there was another fox making her way down the dune. "Welcome," Furii said to the fox as she reached the bottom of the hill. "Are you lost?" She asked kindly.

Anubis had been searching throught the dessert for some sign of civilization,finally he saw 2 fox outlines throught the desert heat.Hmm anubis thought to himself could there actually be fox's out here that can withstand the heat,so anubis started walkin towards the fox shapes.

Furii turned her head, she could've sworn she heard...another fox?!
She grinned back at the female fox in front of her. "I'm sorry, I never got your name?" She asked.

Anubis was definetly sure of it those shapes were fox's which to him ment some sign of life in this desert.Getting closer and closer anubis thought what would fox's be doin all the way out here?

Furii heard the fox coming closer, so she turned to look at him. "Welcome," She said to the new fox. "Are you lost as well?" She asked, smiling. She said an inward prayer of thanks to Solsolis, for finally granting her wish, twofold.

"Hello to you as well,no im not lost the desert has been my home since my ancestors lived in it which seems why I never get lost no matter what.."Anubis was glad that at least this fox wasnt lost in the desert.

Furii laughed lightly. "Seems our lifestories don't differ all that much," She said. "You seemed to have found your way on to the Khur Tribelands," She said, looking at his anklets, then back to his eyes. "I don't believe I've told you my name. I am Furii, Elder of the None-exsistant Khur Tribe," She said, with half a sigh.

"Oh this is a nice place and you said None-exsistant Khur Tribe? sounds quite intresting if it invloves the desert please tell me do you have a city of some sort oh by the way im anubis."

Furii hesitated. "Well, define city. We have a Mine, and pool of cool water underneath rocks. And we have trees. And Sand. Lots of sand," She said, laughing. "So, no city, not really."

"Build buildings?" She asked, confused. Why would they need buildings? "How do you...build buildings?" She asked, looking at her thumb-less paws.
((I really don't think that Modifoxes are able to build things, considering their lack of thumbs and such. Buildings are human. -nods-))

Well im not exactly sure but were i came from buildings were there pretty big one's to and cities as well.

Suna had been in a semi-daze when Furii had walked up to her, still trying to figure out whether this was an illusion or not. Hence her lack of response. When Anubis approached them, she listened for a while and finally decided that this was indeed real. "Pardon my rudeness for not replying," she said at last. "My name is Suna. And if I were lost then that would imply that I had a place to go," she said with a weak smile. "So, you hope to have a tribe out here? Hmm, sounds rather nice, but it might be hard finding other modis who can take the heat."
