Theodore chuckled. Indeed the little one had spirit, he gave him that. He swam alittle, keeping his eye on the other. It wouldn't be good if he didn't It seemed that bad things happened when he didn't pay much attention. "The pleasure was mine, Little one." he said in response to the little numa.
He didn't ask for the name of the other, it wasn't his type of thing. If they didn't want to say their name, then they didn't. No foal in that.
Theodore went under a bit to look about in the deep purple river. It seemed that not many fish were around, but they could always go looking. After all, they could hold their breath longer then females. He popped back up almost as quickly as he went under. "See, it's not that bad. Plus, it only gets sticky when you get out of it." he said to the other.
He licked at the soda for a second and then looked to the little one. "Up for a swim? I'm sure those fish somewhere around here are up for some game." He said smirking. It wouldn't take long before they were to find the fish, there was so many of them. The only thing you'd have to worry about was the curent.

Little one? He was so not little, okay maybe he was, but still he did not like being called little even if he was. He'd rather be called by his name, which wasn't the best name but anything was better than little one. He stuck his tongue to the side as he thought about the nickname.
"Don't like that name." He shook his head, "Little one. Not little at all." He moved forward a bit, sinking slightly before he rose up again. "Terale is better, call me that." He nodded quickly, dunking his lower half of his head into the soda.
"It's bad if you can't see under the soda." He frowned, it really was hard for him to open his eyes under there, last time he did that his eyes stung a bit and then he almost drowned as he flailed about, trying to get his eyes to not sting as much. That was not a fun time for him.
"Swimming is fun," He stated simply, "But food and fun are much better." Terale grinned brightly, food and fun were probably the things he adored much. Especially if the food was sweets or if the fun was some sort of a game.

He nodded. "Sorry, I just didn't know what to call you." He said with another nod. He looked about and looked back at Terale. "I shall scare them this way then. It'll only take me a moment." He said with a smile and a wink.
It was going to be fun. Throwing fish around and then letting them loose, unless of course, he accidently hurt them, then they were his dinner or snack or whatever.
He dove under pretty fast. Searching around, which was hard seeing how the river was deep purple. Though, it was easy to see them if they moved a certain direction. Since they shined a bit in the water.
He went up for air, well, not really for air. Mostly to check to see what Terale was up to. "Don't see any around here. We might have to swim down stream alittle. He said pointing in the other direction.

He got ready. Yes scare them all this way, less work for him. He waited as Theodore went under the soda, he moved about. It was so boring, he had to do something. He eyed the shore and swam over there, lifting himself up before slipping and falling back into the soda.
He spluttered, all that soda that went into his mouth gagged him. All of it at once, the amount. Terale coughed, as he climbed back onto the shore. He heaved and coughed some more, his eyes watered from the bite of the soda rushing down his throat. It burned, he blinked and his eyes swimmed.
He shook his head and moved backwards, taking a few steps back from the shore. He went off into a run, and up he went into the air as he leaped off the edge. Splash! And down he went, with grape soda flying all about. And that was when Theo came up, presumably for air.
"Okay!" He grinned innocently, trying to make it look like he wasn't goofing off. He did look for fish, well sort of. He looked in the direction Theo had pointed at, it didn't look that rough. He could take it! Cause he was strong and big and stuff.

Theodore didn't noticed that the other Numa was indeed goofing off. Though, it would be all fine to him. There was nothing in this world that was better then goofing off. He grinned. "Just stay here and I'll bright them round* He popped back under the water and made his way down stream. He opened his eyes to look around as he swam. It only took him a few moments to find where the fish were hiding.
Ah Ha! he thought as he swam closer. There were about 10 to 20 fish there. It wasn't big. He smirked letting in alittle bit of the graped flavored river. After they had their fun with the fish, they'd go goof off. Chaos first, then fun. He thought. Well, Chaos was fun.
He didn't think too much about that and went around the fish sneaky like. though, it was kind of hard from his sliver bodying reflecting the little sun that would seek through the deep purple river. Though, they would just think he was a bounch of other fish, perhaps.
As soon as the fish actually noticed he was much bigger then them, they started swiming away from him. Towards the other Numa. Of course, it took lots of skil to act like a school of fish to get around to them to go where they wanted, but he use to play this game alot when he was younger with his sister. Which, he was wondering where she was. But at the moment, it didn't pop to mind.
In seconds the real fun was about to start. He didn't have time to tell the other Numa to get ready, so he hoped that Terale was paying attention. Only a few more seconds and he'll have them right where they were. The different colored fish hurried away from him, not realizing the trap that was being placed in effect. Yes... It was perfect.

Stay here. He pouted, he hated being left behind but he listened anyway even if he was fuming inside. The Numa was much bigger than him and Terale really didn't think he'd be able to stand up to this Numa. He swam about, mostly in circles as he waited for Theo to come back.
He flipped onto his back and sort of floated there for a few seconds before slowly sinking into the purple depths below. Terale closed his mouth and eyes shut tight, no way was he going to choke on the soda again and he didn't want a repeat of that time with his eyes. His ears perked up in interest, he could hear something coming closer.
He moved upwards until he surfaced, and shook the soda from his ears. Grape soda flew everywhere and then he saw them, the shadows of fish moving quickly towards him. He blinked, what was he supposed to do? There were so many. He dived under the soda, trying to stop the fish from coming.
He felt the light brushes of some, he moved his arms and legs all over as if to spook them away. Succeeding the fish stopped and moved back in the other direction. Oh no, Terale moved downwards but some fish escaped his flailing limbs. He rose back up and looked behind him, there they went, the lucky ones perhaps.

Theodore popped up out of the water just in time to see alittle bit of what the other was doing. He couldn't help but chuckle. Some of the fish had swam back towards Theodore. With a quick swift moment under the water, one of the fish went flying though the air.
Ah Ha! He triumphed over his victorious chaos causing self! He rulled. Though, now it seemed a bit dull. So he done what he had in mind when he found the pup numa trying to get a fish. Now it was time for some goofing off, or other stuff to do. It seemed all the time they used up was a waste seeing how his triumph was only a few seconds worth. "Shall we do something else?" He asked.
He still wanted to cause chaos and dispare, but in a good way. He felt like a pup numa at the moment. He really never had a child hood, so this was always fun to make up for it. Of course, what better way then to enjoy his childhood then with another pup numa. "Maybe we can find a butterfly and rip it's wings off.... or something?" He asked. It sounded like tons of fun. Catching a butterfly was hard work, and then ripping it's wings off. Dispare... Pure dispare. He gave a grin to the other.

His yellow eyes went alit as he saw the fish sail through the air. How did Theo do that? With his tail? Terale wanted to do that too. The question stopped him, "Yes! I'm done with eating and ah....fish catching!" He nodded in affirmation.
He went over to the river's edge and pulled himself up onto the land. He shook his body, the grape soda flew everywhere and his fur perked up on end. He shook again to try and flatten his fur, some flattened and some went out in many directions. He wiped his tuft of hair on his head, trying to press it down.
Flecks of purple were here and there, but mostly his coat had just turned dark and sticky from the grape soda. His ears perked up from the voice of Theodore, still speaking. "Butterflies are hard to catch." He tilted his head and frowned, it was true he could never catch one before.
Why did Theo want to rip its wings off? Wait. That wasn't such a bad idea. If the butterfly had no wings then it couldn't fly and then that meant Terale could keep the butterfly! He grinned brightly, forgetting that ripping off the butterflies wings might harm the butterfly. "Yes let's catch one!"

Theodore smiled. It would be awesome. Butterfly catching was fun, and it is even more fun with others. He swam to the edge of the river and hopped up on the shore. Shaking his body out and ringing out his fluff on his tail, chest, and head.
Thought he was mostly back to his normal color, his white hair fluff wasn't. Light purple to match his eyes, it had turned from the river. He didn't mind, as long as it wasn't something too girly. He thought purple was royalty, so he liked that color.
He looked to the pup when he was all done. "Well, Terale. First, we've got to find one... Secondly, we've got to trap it somewhere. " Muahahahaha. Causing pain to the little creature was sure going to be fun. He thought that Terale had the same idea as him. What male numa wouldn't want to do this?
"We should head to the fields" He nodded. There was a nice patch of strawberry gummy flowers that butterflies seemed to love. "This way!" He said hopping in the direction of the field. Not fast enough that the little one couldn't keep up, but fast enough to where the numa pup would have to move slightly fast to keep up.

He nodded, listening intently. He couldn't wait till they were able to find one and capture it. Though his insides squirmed in guilt about ripping off the butterflies wings, why waas he feeling guilty again? It didn't seem really wrong, it was just to capture the butterfly.
After he got bored with it, which probably would be soon considering his attention span did not last long, the butterfly would be fine. Right? Terale would let it go with no harm to it, his insides squirmed even more.
Terale followed after Theo, running to keep up. Theo was bigger and stronger than him, even Terale would grudingly admit to that. He never went to the fields before, he mostly stuck to the woods with the candycanes and the candy apples and a bunch of other sweet things.
"Theo, about the butterflies...." His insides twisted into a knot. He looked down as he ran. "They'll be fine, won't they?" He asked and grinned sheepishly. Of course they'd be alright, why would Theo hurt them purposely? Him and his big mouth, he shouldn't question his big friend like that.

He stopped hopping and looked at the pup with a very convincing smile. "Of course not. Or I hadn't seen one get hurt from it. But, I can't say too much since I'm not a butterfly." He said placing his paw to his chin and sat down for a second. He really didn't think to much. Of course it hurt them, but it was just an act to the little pup.
So he didn't show the same idea about torturing a poor insect. Perhaps it wasn't the best time to go butterfly catching. He looked at the other and smiled. "How about this, we just chase them. That way we will know they will only get tired." He said. Though, he still had the urge to Rip off one of the wings, just one... But it was the thought from the back of his head that kept saying nasty things.
Kill.... Butterfly... Rip.... Wings... Torture...
Good thing it only happened with insects, or it seemed to only happen when he thought of something like that. He'd have to ignore his thoughts until the little Numa wasn't looking. He would rip one's wings off before the other could see and show him and say it was some other type of insect. Though, what type. He didn't know if the little numa had seen any caterpillars. It certainly wasn't one of those. Perhaps he could pass it off as some sort of beetle.
He continued to smile waiting for the other's answer to his change of mind.

His eyes brightened at Theo's insistance that it wouldn't hurt the butterfly. His ears perked up, and his tail wagged energetically. However at Theo's change of mind, Terale tilted his head, confused. Why would Theo change his mind? If it didn't hurt the butterfly, it would be fine....right?
He blinked but nodded anyway. Theo was much bigger than him anyway, and what if his parents knew this very adult Numa? If Terale didn't act like he was a good little pup this Numa might tattle on him. That would not be fun, especially if his parents found out. He shuddered. Being in trouble was no good at all.
"Chasing is fun," Well sort of fun. Terale himself got tired after awhile and it was boring just to chase them and leap into the air when they could always fly just out of your reach. And then what could you do? "Fall to the ground." He muttered, pouting at the thought of falling.

After hearing the slight bit of the mutter that came out of him, Theodore laughed. "Well, we can still catch them, but we don't have to pull off the wings if you don't want to." He said again. His mind still saying in the back of his head mean and cruel things.
Pull.... Wings.... Ripp....
He gave the little numa a choice since it was always best to give them a choice. It'd make the little one feel more important. Or at least, it'd make him feel more important.

He puffed out his chest proudly. Theo wanted him to choose what to do. Well he knew exactly what to do, he was sure his parents wouldn't be happy with him if he pulled off the butterflies wings. And Terale definately didn't want to get into trouble. Being in trouble sucks.
"I don't want to pull them off. Mom and Dad would be upset with me." He said, "But.....I wouldn't mind doing it....but still....little." Okay that was a lie. It did bother him a lot to even think of ripping off the wings of the butterfly but he didn't want to like....offend Theo.
He shook off the last bits of the grape soda from his body, he was still sticky though and that irked him. He knew a bath was coming when he got back at home tonight. Terale hated baths. "We're gonna go now?" He looked up at Theo.

"Then it's settled. Would you like to do something else? Or do you want to chase some butterflies and catch them and let them lose?" He asked again. He liked giving options, it always made the other feel better, and it gave him a reason to hold back his thaughts in his head.
He ignored the little bits of ranting in the back of his head as he nodded to the pup and started walking. Still looking at the other as if listening very carefully on what the little one was going to say.
