to side side note: spirit chibi beat down. i'm buildin one myself. maybe you can improve on it?

card count: 43

Inaba white rabbit x3:
good in any deck after all. but he plays a key role in this deck's stratagy. after he attacks directly he just returns to hand.

servant of catabolism x3:
he may not return to your hand but he can attack directly as well, and with 3 level stars and 700 atk points, he can easily bypass stall cards like gravity bind, making him the second strongest chibi monster next to inaba white rabbit.

susa soilder x2:
hey, you need something with high attack points in this deck, and susa soilder's our man. with 2000 atk and 4 stars, as well returning to your hand at the endphase makes him quite annoying. too bad he only inflicts half of what he should.

spirit of the harp x3:
it may be just a regular fairy monster with no effect, but hey, it's good for stalling till you can bring out the cards required to win. she also comes in handy with some other cards in this deck.

sangan:
what good is a chibi deck without a 3 star monster than get more chibi's to hand when destroyed.

muka muka x2:
with all those cards returning to your hand, and with only 2 level stars, muka muka's effect is a real pain in the a**.

maharaghi x2:
his effect is pretty nice as well having 1700 defense. other than that he is pretty much filler.

herald of green light x2:
now that's when spirit of the harp really comes in handy. not to mention a magic card negater that activates from your hand clears up some field space.

herald of purple light x2:
same for herald of green light except traps.

kelbek x2:
in addition to returning whatever the hell attacks him to your opponants hand, he has a high defense and is fairy monster, which helps with the two heralds as ell.

spiritualism:
pesky spirit messages and other continous cards giving you a problem? spiritualism temporarily get's rid of them and can't be negated by any other card. if your opponant tries to activate it again you probally have a herald to stop it.

level limit - area b:
with those chibi's which attack directly in your deck, this makes good protection for them.

spring of rebirth x2:
what good is deck containing spirit monsters without this handy card. it increases your life points for every monster that returns to the owners hand.

infinate cards:
those extra cards need to go somewhere don't they? and with muka muka in your deck it really hurts.

pot of generousity:
going to deck out soon? have some space on the field? pot of generousity helps for just two measly cards being added to your deck.

pot of avarice:
prevents you from decking out and recycles your dead monsters as well allowing you to draw two more cards.

mystical space typhoon:
it can only help.

magic reflector x2:
just in case your important continous spells might be destroyed, magic reflector will protect them.

spiritual energy settle machine:
at first it looks real painful to the deck's stratagy, but it will come when susa soilder is on the feild the first couple of turns.

gravity bind:
need i say more?

compulsitory evacuation device x3:
clears the field and from those pesky obsticles in muka muka's way.

soul ressurection x2:
another reason spirit of the harp is in here. discard it with a herald then ressurect it back for instant defense.

spirit's invitation x2:
it's really annoying to your opponant and for only a measly 500 per standby phase, you get your money's worth with spring of rebirth.

solemn wishes:
not only a good stablizer card, it helps pay for spirit's invitation.

ordeal of a traveler:
annoying, helpful, and with a huge hand a killer combination.

I'm sorry Axero, but Spirit decks tend to fail horribly when it comes to being competitive.

As for a deck review suggestion, how about reviewing an Advanced Ritual Demise deck?
