I really cannot stand Elliot and JD. They didn't seem like that great of a couple when they were together and now whenever Elliot is upset she sleeps with JD and drops him right after that. It annoys me really.
For couples that are in the show I like Perry/Jordan and Turk/Carla, for couples that never happen (but they play around with), I like Turk/JD.

Hmm...Turk/Carla is totally canon, that's awesome...And I love how even when they get in their little fights (I'm Dominican!), they still end up fine.
I <333 JD/Elliot. I know a lot of people don't support them, but I just think they're so great together, even if they can't quite work it out. I think that someday they'll love eachother. Also, on the idea of Elliot using JD...I just have to say that it's no worse than when Jordan uses Perry. Just my opinion, though.
EDIT: I'm starting to like Perry/Jordan less and less...He loves her, but she only seems to love him when he's not around. I realize that she's not wanting to show weakness, but still. She's really mean to him sometimes D= I guess I still support it, though.

I loooove Elliot and Keith. I think they were meant to be togather. I don't care for JD and Elliot at all. But I hate Kim with a PASSION! JD was meant for a much nicer girl! But I have a sickening feeling that the relationship is going to resurface. I mean, there is a baby hanging in the balance. But ugh, she's pure EVIL!

Mmm. I have to disagree. I think Pvt. Dancer and Elliot needs to be together. Keith kind of.. disappeared. I only got a glimpse of him in the recent episose, "My No Good Reason", when Turk was blowing the Horn. He was in the bottom left corner, I believe. Unless that was someone else.
And I think that Elliot and J.D. were meant for each other. I just get the impression. If she wasn't such a b***h to him.
My favorite couple yet has to be Jordan and Perry. Jack is so awsome. "Fatty, fatty, fatty, fatty, fatty, fatty, fatty, fatty."

I think that J.D. and Elliot should have never gotten together. They just cannot function as a couple. I love them as friends though. 3nodding
I love Jordan and Dr. Cox as a couple. They are both my fav characters, I just couldn't choose. They are just sooo perfect for each other! And they are both a lot like me. I tend to use sarcasum and go on sarcastic rants too. I've also told my friends that they were "wrong wrong wrong wrong..." before. I know, it's pathetic but the show is on so much where I'm from that I can't help it. Anyways, getting off track...
Turk and Carla also make the perfect couple. They may have had their drawbacks but I think that it's great that they have always managed to make it through.
