dreams r said to thoughts and u trying to resolve things that have gone on during the day... i also do believe that dreams have other meanings because i myself have had dreams that have actually happened... like one time i had a dream that me and my mom were driving at night and there was a full moon... and my mother said "look at the full moon" and i said that it was very pretty... and then the next day me and my mom went to north bay to see her bf and she said exactly what she said in my dream... and unconciously i said what i said in the dream to like i wasnt even controling myself....... and another time i had a dream that i had gotten out of the shower and turned the shower off and then a couple of mins later the shower turned on and shut back off..... the next day i had a shower and the same thing happened... it never did that before i had that dream but now it does that every time anyone has a shower..... it wasnt some big message to like build something lol but it still happened so i believe in it

dreams are a way the sub conscious mind to express it self. i sometimes never dream, just sleep. when you are dreaming you are in a state of being, which is that you are aware of what is going on but yet at the same time not sure of what is going on. One can alter there own dreams in this state of mind/being, i've done so myself, it is really entertaining

I believe some dreams are only thoughts, but some have extremely deep meanings.
But of course, the meanings have to do with every single deatil of the dream. Especially the color.

I believe that dreams can be many things. I have read dream books for meanings to the symbols in said dreams and have found quite a few matches to what's been happening in my life, and other times I have found no meaning in any of them. I believe though that some of them could be related to what is going to happen in the future.

Okay looks like I have to chime in here.

Dreams are complicated. They are, in mundane essence, the subconscious mind attempting to resolve emotional conflicts and confusions that were left open in the conscious mind. Reoccurring dreams are often found in people with cyclic emotional patterns. Pleasant dreams usually are just the expression or anxiety towards a hope. They are primarily designed to sort the unsorted emotional content. Your brain tries to do this subconsciously during most of the day. However the requirements of conscious thought inhibit this during day to day activity. The greater of a balance you have between you abstract and cognitive thought the less likely you are to recall or even have real dreams.

Now for the other side of it. Dreams can in fact be interpreted by someone with the proper ability to draw the lines between symbols and definitions. They can even in some positions be used to see forward slightly. This is usually due more to the dreamers intuition than the interpretors own insight.

I agree with the former, but not entirely the latter. Here are my thoughts on dreams. Dreams can be interpreted, as in the case of Joseph and Pharaoh in the Christian Bible. However, not all dreams are meant to be interpreted. Probably about 99.9% of all dreams one will remember will only be one's subconscious sorting emotions, thoughts, and memories and trying to make one's next day start off on the right foot, so to speak. Also, things one experiences during a dream, such as extreme heat or the sound of music playing, can often influence a dream.

^^^ I agree totally. Most of the time dreams are just your brain re-processing thoughts. However, what is there to stop God from using dreams to reveal things to you?
