if you have xbox live or three freinds then get perfect dark zero
if you don't then i suggest saints row which IMO is the best GTA clone and the online mode is pretty fun now that the lag is gone.
and if you like squad based shooters then i suggest rainbow six.

dead rising is kinda fun but it gets boring after a while and its easy to beat and yes saints row is a really good game

I cannot praise crackdown enough. If you have live then download the demo, then you'll understand its greatness. i give it an easy 10.
Also guitar hero II is coming out for 360 sometime this year, also great is Assasins creed, also sometime this year
besides that:
GoW 10
RSV 10
SCDA 9 (big fan of SC games, but its a little glitchy at times)
GRAW 9.5
GRAW2 10
Dead Rising 9
CoD2 10
Oblivion (Not one of my favorites, but its still really good, but i don't like RPG's, so thats why) 8
Marvel ultimate aliance( One of the few expections to my rule above) 9
And of course
HALO3!!!!!!!
