.theXfallen. Meh, hives suck. Sorry you keep getting them, but if you are allergic to something, it'd probably help to find out what. That way you can avoid whatever's causing the hives! ^^ Okay, maybe that was obvious. Worked wonders for me, though, when I was allergic to some special suntan lotion. Eeew... -Nya My sis got a allergy test, and it turned out she's allergic to, trees, grass, all types of dust, and cat fur. What sucks, is she really wanted a cat xd .

I break out if I get very nervous or if I stay worried for a long time. Nothing really helped the itch until my great-grandma used turpentine on my back. Now, I know that turpentine is used to thin paint, so I'm thinking this was some old-fashioned medicinal turpentine or something. Otherwise, I'm sure my skin would have melted off of my back.

Play it safe and call the doctor. Even if you can't schedule an appointment you can ask for advice. If you don't really know what the deal is I wouldn't advise just waiting it out.
I remember I was having horrible pains while urinating (yes it's gross, sorry!) and I waited for over a week. It turned out that I had a really bad kidney infection that could have put me in a hospital if I had waited any longer.
The point is you never know what's going on and until you do, you don't want to take any chances. Good luck!

thnx! actually, we've concluded that it's probally stress.
im a jr in hs and taking some really hard courses (not even college level but still really hard) im trying to keep up my grades b/c the college that i have my eye on as of now is really expenxive and i need a scholarship.
so im working so hard for that and it's really frustrating, plus im having problems with doctors right now about certian other things, in a nutshell they won't clear my physical (and sports are like my life)
stress makes sense, but i don't think you can take a pill for that sad

Word of advice: Even if you really want to go out and play, trust me stay away from painkiller's, they are addictive (You'll keep supressing the pain with them, then eventually, it'll be too much to handle). I know that was random sweatdrop , but better safe than sorry mrgreen .

Just random, curious, question:
Is it possible be allergic to a gender, such as a boy breaking out in hives after he touches another boy, or a boy being allergic to girls (which would suck)?
I know it's kinda stupid, but a fiction book I recently read dealt with these kind of situations.
And I realize that fiction isn't real, but would it be possible in real life?
