Appearance:
An average 25-year old. He is about 5’10” and well-built. He doesn’t have the greatest looks, but he isn’t ugly, either. He usually has an overconfident grin on his clean-shaven face. His wardrobe seems to be compiled almost exclusively of overalls. His left pinky is missing, but no one knows how. Whenever someone mentions it, his grin disappears and he refuses to talk about it.

Biography:
Mario is a man of Italian heritage who, until recently, worked as a plumber. His big break came when he entered and won a contest for a custom-made Navi. The result was Fawcett (dot) EXE. Since then, he has quit his job as a plumber and entered in various tournaments. He makes his living off of his winnings.

Personality:
Mario is a hot-headed and overconfident man. He doesn’t have much in the way of social skills, although he is never intentionally rude to anyone. He hates to lose, but believes in fair play and will accept a loss, even though he may not like it. He tends to be quite aggressive both during and outside of a NetBattle.

Personality: Much like his operator, Fawcett is hot-headed and overconfident. His confidence in his own abilities often makes him appear laid-back and sometimes even lazy. His power is reasonably formidable to the average Navi, so his confidence is not without reason. Because of their equally hot-headed and stubborn natures, it is not unusual to see Navi and operator arguing over something. Sometimes they even forget what they were arguing over in the first place, but continue to argue simply because neither is willing to admit defeat. However, they never argue in a NetBattle. The first time they fought together they had an argument in the middle of the battle, and it nearly cost Fawcett his life. After a few weeks of animosity, the two finally agreed to be friends again and to always fight the battle at hand first.


Attacks:
Water Pistol – Despite its name, the Water Pistol is a decent buster that deals Water damage.

Icicle – A sword formed from ice that cannot melt. It has the same power as the Sword chip.

Boiling Point – After Fawcett is hit with a Fire attack, he can produce a large cloud of steam that blankets the entire stage. It is essentially a very thick, very hot fog. Visibility is reduced dramatically, and Wood Navis treat it as a poison as long as they are in contact with it. The steam last for about 30 seconds, at which point it simply dissipates.

Flood – Fawcett summons a small tsunami. It does not actually deal damage, but it does flood the stage with waist-deep water. Water element Navis can move normally through the water, but it hinders the movement of anyone else (approximately half speed), and Fire Navis treat it as a poison as long as they are in contact with it.


Strongest Attack:
Waterworks – Fawcett can gather all the water on the field into one gigantic fountain that bursts up from the ground directly under the opponent. The size and power of the attack depend on the amount of water used. Waterworks takes a good deal or energy to use, and it can take anywhere from one to five minutes to be usable again (again, this recharge time depends one how much water was used in the attack). This attack consumes all the water it uses.
