I've really slacked here over the weekend though since I started NQ. I've been doing it in my sleep also.

Isn't it sad when you accomplish so much in your sleep and then wake up and realize it never really happened? lol I'm always winning games, making great shopping deals, or finding rare items in my dreams.. too bad it doesn't really happen!

GigglyBipper I don't know about you fawN, but my dreams are really going wild lately. At least pregnancy can be entertaining it is very rare for me to have a good dream...the bad always have outweighed the good....and i am one to have night terrors....but when i was preggy....i believe that all i ever had was night terrors....which made for lack of sleep...and lack of wanting to go to sleep....now that i am back to normal...i am back to the way i was before...a few good thrown in..but mostly bad...lol... ok...can we tell that something is seriously wrong with the butterfly confused

Do you have the same sorts of bad dreams, or the same sort of themes in each? Something that's worked for my sister is mentally reworking her dreams while she's awake, and thinking of a way to change them so they're not so scary. And then once she's found a specific way she wants it to go, she'll visualize it that way over and over, and after a while, her dreams will follow suit. It's really possible to rewire the connections in your brain like that so that your brain gets USED to the pattern of the story going a certain way you force it to go.

If they have to do with a person/monster you're trying to get away from, or a situation you just don't want to be in, see if you can try these tricks. Here are some things that work for me: I pull out a wand and zap the creatures and they explode into light. Or I take flight and fly far, far away. Or I dive under the ground and tunnel away under the earth. Or I pull out a book and dive into it, thus landing myself some place COMPLETELY different. Or I step through into a painting/mirror.. same effect. If you're not able to realize you're dreaming, or control what you do when you're in a dream, this may take a lot of time/practice. See what you can manage! 3nodding

Most of the time, if i wake up in the middle of a particularly disturbing dream (and I have them often) I can go back into the dream and go "back in time" as it were to change what the outcome is. I've also done it without waking up (or if it's a really good dream and I want to replay it over and over)

Well I was going to write more but its too late for me right now I'll see if i can post more tommorrow. I have read part of th ethred so far but I need to catch up.
Oh I can relate to thinking that something was done. Lately i keep thinking something was said or done but it never happened. Like I'm dreaming when I'm awake. Kind of scary in a way. Hope it doesn't get worse. I'm takeing Zoloft but I don't remember that drug doing that before when I had taken it some time ago. Need to keep track of it.

Well if I have time tonight I'll post some more. Though yesterday I hit my head on a corner cupboard door and now I got a nice gooseegg on my head. Glad I didn't get knocked out.

Just take it easy for the next few days, and try to keep the swelling down. I hope you feel better soon.
