That was awakard... Echosong thought to herself. ah, might as well enjoy the Gathering, she thought sighing. Echosong looked up at the leaders and waited expectantly for them to begin.

Spottedstar went first and told everyone about the new kits in Earthclan and that one cat had been made into a warrior.
Then it was Moonstar's turn.
"Waterclan has had two new apprentices, Cloudpaw and Leafpaw. They will turn out to be great warriors I hope." I better not mention about Echosong coming to our territory. I hope Shimmerpelt hasn't told anyone else yet.
He went on to talk about the prey and any other updates in the clan. Then he stepped back.

Moonstar looked down and smiled at his apprentice. Somehow he knew she would make a good warrior, he just hoped he would be a good mentor. He had mentored only one other cat in his life as he was still quite young.

Echosong sighed and looked up at Moonstar. He looked so amazing under the moonlight. His fur rippleing in the wind; it was though they were two of the same clan. But that could never be, clans were ment to be rivals... thats just how things worked.

Lunarstar finished speaking and the meeting was over. Moonstar was sad to see it over, and he jumped off the stonewall reluctantly. He wanted to go over to Echosong and say goodbye but he feared it would be too much and he didn't want anyone else to assume something about the two. He went over to Leafpaw.
"Ready to go?" He asked.

Leafpaw saw her mentor Moonstar coming toward her she stood up he asked her if she was ready to leave she said yes

Moonstar took one last look at Echosong before leaving the clearing with his clan. Her eyes really did light up in the moonlight causing him to feel something he hadn't felt before. If only they were in the same clan...
((now we go back to Waterclan. I'm going to get off now, it's getting late and there are somethings I must do. Be back tomorrow. blaugh ))

((I was just referring to the sign that the Earthclan medicine cat got, it's in the other thread. I'm not sure why Earthclan got the sign about the other clans but there will be some relation later on once I figure it out. Maybe it should be like a warning that Fireclan and Waterclan could join up if the two cats fall in love. I'm not sure yet...))
