He lauphed slightly. "That sounds like fun,. Do you just do costumes imparticular or do you jump around?" He didn't quite pay much attention to what interns did moainly being too busy with his own work. Feeling a tapping on his shoulder he turned around to see an acter requesting his mic. Handing him what he wanted he noted to end the conversation soon, it was unlikely or anyone else to come for their mic.

Secluded in his dressing room, Spencer was supposed to be getting final measurements for any adjustments needed for his costume. Instead, he had locked the door and remained reclining in a chair in front of the mirror. He kept balance on the back of the chair's leg by keeping a foot on the dresser and rocked slowly. A few streaks of stage make-up tainted one cheek, but it wasn't near completed. He didn't feel like having his face blotched in the layers of make-up right now. The past few rehearsal days had been tedious, and would become even more-so each day being so close to opening night. He was tired, drained, and wasn't entirely in the mood to flaunt himself on stage right then.

"I... can't act. At all," he said with a slightly sheepish grin and a small shrug. "I sing sometimes. You know... in the chorus... but nothing bigger than that, usually." He also played harp, but they didn't usually need a harpist for musicals so he didn't include that information. He pulled a list from his pocket, scratched out two names with his pen and then looked it up and down. "Only... six more!" he said hapilly. He had a very, very long list but the majority of the names had already been crossed out. "And then I get to do some more fun work," he said, tone sarcastic. "Anyway, what about you? Do you just hand mics out all day or do you techies do something more interesting?" He knew there were the ones who made sets and such, but he didn't know too much about the lighting or sound. Just costumes and a bit of hair and make-up for Zak.

"It's not that bad, beisdes alot of people who act were taught alot of it in someway. I did all kinds of things on and off stage during school shows." He said with a nod and small smile, he was more of a singer but he also acted... even if he wasn't that great. "There is a good number of us doing different things, I help move the sets during the show for the first half and then the second I manage the soundboard and computer. Some of the other guys do the lights, props and stick around to fix any electrical problems."

"Mmm... I see," he said, nodding. "I just picked up sewing and such from my mother. She makes dresses and sells them... she once got an order for this really elaborate wedding dress and I had to help her through all of it because the idiots who ordered it didn't give us near enough time," he explained, his expression conveying his annoyance.

Shaquire opened his mouth to reply but was cut off by his name being called from the dressingroom door. "Shaq! hurry up with those mics, you still got two dead out here." "Hai!" He replied with a quick nod. "Wish I could talk more but I should finish handing these out I have to hurry and hand these out, I still have to check the settings before the rehersal starts. I should see you later." With a quick wave goodbye the redhead went back to work handing out and putting on the little bodypacks.

Micheal was about a hair away from blowing a gasket. So many things to do so many issues to handle so many expenses... Micheal had his infamous clipboard with him yelling at various people as they walked past him, mostly assigning duties and reminding them as to where they needed to be. " SHAQ! Hurry up hooking up the mics! The more time it takes the less time we have to make sure the sound system is working." He passed the costume room. " ZAK! Hustle up the fitting! ACTORS GETTING FITTED! I've given special permission to all costumers to pin you into the outfit if necessary, so no lip to the costumers!" It was impossible not to hear the Anxious Stage manager.
" AND WHERE THE HELL IS SPENCER!? HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FITTED FOREVERAND A HALF AGO!" Micheal basically yelled at himself. He practically dashed over to Spencer's dressing room and banged on the door furiously." Spencer!" He tried the knob and found it locked. " Spencer." Speaking softer, Micheal leaned his forehead against the door. " Please come out. All you need is a fitting and a sound test and yes we need you out here for that. Spencer..." Micheal sighed. " I really can't have this today."

((xD Shaq and Zak.))
At the sound of the booming voice of the stage manager, he jumped, the pin he had in hand going a little too far and pricking the actor, who yelped in surprise and pain. After apologising profusely for his jumpy nerves and twitchy hands, he continued the fitting, after which he crossed out yet another name. He finished all but one of the fittings after some time. But Spencer was obviously not in the mood for fitting and Zak would have to hunt him down if he wanted to get the job done. Grumbling to himself, he made his was to the actor's dressing room.

Hearing Micheal yelling once again Shaquire began to quicken his pace handout the mics, of course being slowed down when someone couldn't put it on themselves. Soon he was own to one, not including the two dead packs backstage. He looked around but couldn't find who he needed. So he made his way back to the table to replace the batteries. "I wonder how he always has his voice with all the yelling he does."

Spencer had heard the stage manager's yelling all the way from the stage to his dressing room. Something he was more than used to. It was easily enough zoned out. That is, of course, until the man was at his door. The loud knocking caused his eyes to shoot open and he almost lost his the delicate balance he held in the chair. It hit the floor on all four legs with a quiet 'thump', but Spencer didn't come to his feet.
"I've been getting fitted all day," he replied, noticing the smear of make-up on his face in the mirror. Maybe it hadn't exactly been all day, but it had sure felt like it. "I would think they should know how big my waist is by now." He paused a moment while he rubbed the bottom of his bare foot on the carpet of the floor. "Do I have to right now, Michael?"
