Well, quite obviously the sound village is the most evil out of the bunch, so I decided to ignore that when I voted and instead chose the sound.
The mist ninjas aren't evil, but they do have quite a history of being a bit bloodthirsty and the whole thing with the genin exams. *nods* I gave them my vote, because out of the villages that aren't EVIL, it's probably the toughest/treacherous.

Hidden Sound is my choice. Its people tried to take over Konoha and they are under Orochimaru's control.
