If Morana had been the type to giggle, or for that matter laugh at someone so much bigger then her, she would have. The confused and puzzled look on his face was so out of place and priceless she wished it could be saved forever. Maybe he didn't understand her turn of phrase. She did come from another territory and differences between them were sure to come up. The thought never even came to her that he might not know the mechanics of breeding.
"Meal before the hunt is a turn of phrase." She said softly "I just meant we were getting a bit a head of ourselves with the idea of such much commitment all at once. I'm sorry now on I'll try to be more indubitable."
Swishing her tail lightly the anger and memories slow subsiding, Morana found her curiosity coming into play. Idly she wondered if she should ask Khalln more about himself, or if he was the kind to answer those sorts of questions. After all she knew her reason for hating humans, but what was his?

His eyes narrowed.
She wasn't doing it, but Khalln knew she was laughing at him.
The thought of which caused him to snort in derision and roll his ears back, listening idly for any sounds worth investigating. None of such assailed him.
It was dark and there was little they could do in means of recruitment at such a late hour- it would be quite... stupid, to do so.
"Possibly," Khalln admitted, head tilted to the side a bit while his shoulders gave a slight twinge of irritation, "But much commitment will be required in our large task now before us."
The stars were glinting and it would be the most oppurtune time to retreat to safer sleeping grounds, Kaiyle was more apt at tracking when the sun fell.
Or at least appeared to when it came to searching for his betters.
Morana seemed curious of his wolfish person and Khalln felt oddly inclined to indulge in such, seemingly innocent curiosity.
"Would you care to discuss or ask questions further...?" he inquired politely, "It grows closer to sleep and I have managed to happen upon a small but well hidden alcove a few paces ahead." Khalln paused, gauging on whether or not she thought this was some overture to make pups.
A small part of him believed that Morana thought of him as wanting to have litter after litter of pups... all the time. Which was ludicrous, he didn't need that many to continue his bloodline.
"It would be a much safer spot should one or both of us fall asleep; I cannot speak for the both of us, but I am starting to feel the need for it... but I am reluctant to discontinue our present... discussion." Khalln added, motioning in the direction behind Morana.
Of course he had ulterior motives, but he did not wish to meet up with his pathetic sibling anytime soon... or let the dolt contaminate Morana with his submissive weakness.

The smell of rain was in the air, faint but still perceptible by a wolf's keen nose. Looking at Khalln, Morana weighted her options. Going with him might lead her into trouble, and an alcove was not the best combat position for her, at her size disadvantage. But on the other side of things she had just agreed to be his companion and noting going with him would certain put a hamper on that general concept.
Nodding lightly Morana decided that going with him would be the better idea. After all she was fairly sure she could hold her own if need be, at least enough to flee from him. Standing up and taking a quick look around Morana took a few foot steps in the general direction he had indicated. "Lead on, sleeping together seems the better option to me. And possibly on the way you can explain why you share my passion. Wither it's a general hate for the humans, or if there happens to be a revenge aspect to your repulsion for them."

At her approval, they moved on into the more densely wooded area.
He sensed her indecision over the matter, knowing the cause well enough; he did nor said nothing to alleviate those worries.
She needed to keep them, for those were the things that kept wolves alive and the humans not.
Khalln was quiet for a while, thinking on her words, before and after, as well as dredging up a reply deep from the recesses of his mind. Which took him back to the root of it all, to the day he decided that the humans needed to die, all of them.
Down to the last child.
Revenge... in a way, perhaps he did seek it.
But not in the way she did, perhaps.
"I share your passion for the destruction of all humans," Khalln paused but a moment, remembering a long since passed moment in time, "But for no fault they did upon me specifically... I had only been fortunate enough to bare witness to one of their many, unpunished, and guiltless crimes." a derisive, turn of the lips baring a little more fang than average, "I had not even begun to grow into my paws when I came upon a group of them in the shallow end of the woods one day," he did not bother to explain why he had been so far from the packlands that day, his head too caught up in the tale.
"I saw the circle of young humans, smiling and laughing, jabbing sharp sticks and shiny bits of metal into the air and down," a sort of curious tone, as if he didn't quiet understand what he was trying to relay, "They were smiling so widely as they swung their weapons 'round and round, up, down, and all around."
They had come upon the secluded sleeping space, he picked a spot where his back and left side were well gaurded, and gave him an ample view of the entrance... he would glimpse the intruder before they caught sight of him.
"At the time, I didn't understand their words, or the estranged sounds and tones that could be heard coming from beneath their feet... I had been confused," he paused a moment, settling himself down, breaking eye contact as he eased his shoulders into a more relaxed position; "It was when the howl of danger rang from a fellow wolf's throat that I snapped out of my confusion, allowing my eyes to see what was actually seeing."
He hadn't been looking at Morana as he began to tell the end of his short story, Khalln could still hear, see, and smell all of the aspects of that day so clearly...
"A newborn litter and the mother still..."
Wasn't even seeing clearly,
"and they were so, happy... the little ones hadn't even opened their eyes, were scarcely out of the womb when they were- attacked, no, slaughtered."
He turned to Morana then, beyond angry, but not at her, something else... something distinctly more human-shaped.
"The mother had done nothing to them but defend her life and the lives of her pups... and they killed them, laughing, with great big smiles on their faces."
Khalln was coming back to himself again, 'shutting down' various parts of himself to regain control.
"It was after they left, and I began nosing the remains for survivors that it struck me." he'd crossed his paws and slid his weight to the right side of his body, angling his head to look at her at a slanted angle, "Humans, all of them, needed to die, right then, right that minute. All of them, dead."
He was perfectly cool and collected as he moved on, "As I sat amongst the remains of a disastrous, and senseless murder of the birth of small litter of six, I realized that."
With a slight nod of his head he signaled moving on in his tale, "It wasn't until later I learned more thoroughly of just why they should be exterminated."
Khalln would make this short and sweet, she wasn't stupid and she wouldn't take kindly to some drawn out speech.
"Humans are senseless creatures that poison the land they rape, torture the creatures they eat, and even treat their own with less respect. They are a danger to not only themselves, but every other creature and living thing that happens to be near them. They need to be killed."

((hey check it Dt I fixed all the font errors that were making question marks in my posts ^.^ yeay! ))
She could feel the bile raise until it burned her vocal cords. It was like he had been there himself, like he had witnessed one of the many scenes that itched at the back of her mind. But no, while settling down her self, back toward the wall and a clear path to the opening of the cave, she realized that this was just the nature of the detestable creatures they both seemed to despise. Humans were just like that.
She clenched and unclenched her jaw while contemplating Khalln’s tale, her eye’s half locked on the door and half keeping him in vision. Being slightly incautious Morana turned her head to Khalln forgoing keeping a look out at the entrance. Inhaling the muggy air of the cave she studied him for a moment debating.
Then without preemptions she spoke softly. "My pack was large, the largest I've yet heard of." She looked down for a moment displaying a bit of trust she kicked herself for allowing. "We were strong and our land was very plentiful. Since the moment I was able to open my eyes I was proud of my pack, and my love for them never wavered. Not even when my I was running for my life with our beta female, Jenna ... when I could hear thier the howls around us like one hears rain in monsoon seasons."
Taking a deep breath Morana tried to focus on both the now and then and losing the battle to the then she continued. "She knocked me under a beached log at the edge of the river, just before a bowman caught her in the back of the head. I remember his sent even today; even through the smells of the fire and blood and the numerous number of other men in our den area."
Looking up Morana stared at Khalln once again. "They killed every member of my pack but me, they skinned them, and beat the new born pups to death then burned the forest and the den. I still to this day don’t know why, but I don’t care, they're all that cruel and they'll all die." Stated as simple as fact Morana looked toward the cave entrance and laid her head on top of her paws, eyes locked dead ahead.
