Mr.Mxyzptlk Fujiwara-Sai Moondragon, Blackbolt, Owen reece, and Sersi should be on that list i believe...But Toxin? Why is Toxin on that list? Hmmm... how about Kefka from FF6? I love the guy, but I want to see how this one would turn out... and he is a fairly popular villain, primarily overshadowed by Sephy and maybe Kuja (another victim, perhaps?).

I wouldn't mind seeing Heero Yuy, either with or without any incarnation of his Gundam, thrown into the ring against someone.
Gundam Wing in general has just always bothered me, and Heero could never get me to relate to him in any way or root for him while I watched the series.
. . .I was always kind of rooting for the bad guys. I mean, Lady Une shot a guy while he was already falling to his death from a plane. I always thought that was pretty neat, myself.
