"That makes perfect sense." He drawled slightly. There was a hint of amusement in his eyes, but his expression was serious. "Hey... You give quests right? You give me a quest and I'll make sure it doesn't get away."
Of course, he hadn't figured out how to do that yet, but he figured he'd some up with something.

Yanvir immediately lit up. "Really? That sound good! If you want me quest you make car no go anywhere ever and got deal! Okay?" Yanvir stuck out one clawed hand to shake on it.

"That works." Silva said, nodding. Then he smirked as an idea hit him. "A car can't go anywhere if it doesn't have wheels, right?"

Yanvir considered. "No, that pretty good, but you need give something in return if take wheels. Something be... like... Yanvir is needing a thing that is for putting insect fight in."

"A thing that is for--" He stopped, then nodded after a second. "Like a jar, right?" It was like when he went firefly hunting with Ruya. "I'll get you a jar and take the wheels off your car if you give me a quest, alright?"
Ridiculously agreeable for him, but damn, at least he was getting a quest out of it.

"Noooo," said Yanvir, in that particular sort of croon only he could manage, "I give you quest when you give me insect fight place and make car stay. Yanvir is not getting to Yanvir place by giving people things first. Yanvir know if give people things, they go take things and is not coming back and pay. Pay first always. You is understanding Yanvir?" The ancient wiggled a finger in the air.

"Pay first." He replied, nodding. "Give me a little while to get your jar." He said. He understood how this feien thought, but also knew he could be doing something for nothing as well. He shrugged at that thought, figuring it was a risk he would have to take, then turned and headed for the tunnel.

Twenty minutes later Silva returned with an empty medium peanut butter jar strapped to his back with his chain. He hauled it over his shoulder, noting that it stood to his shoulders and was at least six inches around. Might have been too big of a choice, but it had been the first he found. Idly he wondered if he should mention air holes, but decided the feien would figure out sooner or later...
Maybe.
"Here's the jar. Now for the wheels."

Yanvir was lounging about playing with a multifaceted piece of paper that looked like it might have been an origami animal at some point. He grunted at Silva, acknowledging the other feien's presence without actually giving him any thought.

Silva nodded, heading for the car and pulling off his chain. Hanging from the chain was a very small allen wrench, which he proceeded to use as a pry bar, stepping onto the car with one foot and jimmying the allen wrench underneath the wheels one by one. They popped off.
Then he turned. "Now... my quest?"

Yanvir tossed the paper aside and bounced to his feet, inspecting the peanut butter jar. "Hum, okay," he said after judging the jar to be sufficient (if a tad less dramatic than he might have hoped for). "You is wanting a quest now, yes?"

"Yeah. I want a quest now." He replied dryly. He didn't bother to point out he wouldn't have done those things if he didn't.

Silva remained silent, taking notes in case he ever really DID get the chance to give people stupid quests. This guy was strange, but he seemed to get the job done, after all.
