Yeah I look forward to living alone so I don't have to deal with the crazy nonsense of this household anymore. I got a new as needed PTA job so that will help get me one step closer. Now I can apply for some retail job to take up the empty space while I am maintaining my license with the new job.

You can move up from there. smile I'm in that stage now. xD I have a lot of complaints about this place, but it's mine. I'd rather live in this craphole than in a nice house with people I can't stand. If I don't like someone Brandon invited over or they overstay their welcome I tell him to get them out and he always does. We don't ever really disagree on anything. That's good about the job!! smile If you have a Dollar General try there, it's the second easiest job I've ever had. Smoothie King was the easiest, but they are more rare. Smoothie King would get you in faster and no stupid videos to watch though. You should actually google it cause I didn't know for years there was one 20 minutes away from me, haha. If I had a car that's where I'd be working.

I have an interview Tuesday for a teachers assistant job and I have recently sent out another wave of applications. My paperwork for the PTA job has been delayed though because I need to wait until my 21st birthday on the 25th in order to complete a couple forms and copy my new drivers license. I also have to get my 2-step TB test. Got that started today, then I go in again Friday, and then I get to get the shot and come back a second time lol.

Easy job and free smoothies. :3 Ugh. I hate all the paperwork and waiting around involved in getting a job. I don't know why everything has to be so complicated these days. Almost 21, woohoo! It's all downhill from here! xD Nah, I think my life didn't start to actually get good until 25, haha. But the birthdays start to be dreaded.. another year instead of thinking about the party or presents you just think, "Gawd I'm old." xD

Yeesh... That sounds like a bad deal. I'm sorry to hear that. Though I don't believe what you are asking for is unreasonable especially if you are their only ride. Depending on the car and where you live, decent gas money is what? $20-30? As far as how long it'd last, well...it depends if one person works farther away than the other. I put way too much thought in these types of situations. I used to be a ride for a co-worker when her ex-boyfriend couldn't (or refused to) pick her up. Since she couldn't always give me gas money, we would get some dinner or a late snack after work. It was also a plus because we both lived in the same town and her apartment would be before I drove back to my place.

Now she is offering me money when she needs ride but I still find it silly we had to get into a fight about it before she agreed rolleyes Oh well. I will hopefully be moved our rather soon anyway smile I am glad it worked out for you and your coworker that way. My boss lives in the same area I do and we are both half an hour away but I don't see us carpooling haha.
