Now able to get some peace and quiet, he tended any of his Pokémon's wounds and found himself falling asleep quietly. He figured that he would get some shut eye before another Pokémon found its way to their little camp. He really hoped that nothing disturbed him, but judging by Marcella's likelihood of jumping onto his stomach, he felt that it was going to happen. His Pokémon were all doing their own thing at the moment...just relaxing outside of their Pokéball. That's how Calvin liked it. He hated keeping his Pokémon in their ball...speaking that Delia and Ryoko had been stuck in there for awhile...only being able to go out when Calvin's mother let them...and that certainly wasn't very often since the forest fire that killed his father. So, Calvin felt that he owed the two Pokémon this time out of ball.

He slept for a little while, letting his Pokémon do their own thing. They all seemed to stay around the fire, making various noises as if they were communicating. One could only wonder if they were actually able to speak to each other, but they seemed to be. Calvin however, remained relatively undisturbed during this time, being a particularly heavy sleeper. It would take an extremely loud noise to actually wake him up. He doubted anything short of a bark or roar would wake him up.

About a few hours later, Calvin awoke from his sleep, all six of his Pokémon all laying around him...much to his surprise. It almost scared him, but he realized that if he shot up, he would practically slingshot Marcella and Lucia off of him, mainly because both were on his stomach at that moment, just sitting there and staring at him. He didn't want to hurt the two; so he laid there, looking up at them...a smile forming underneath the bandages. He took them in his arms before sitting up; so they weren't flung off of him. "Good morning guys," he said to them, glad to see that they were all up and about, just all sitting near him. It certainly was nice to have them with him.
He decided to make food for them again, since the last time they ate was very many hours ago...and quite frankly, he was very hungry. And he was sure they were too. So, going and washing his pot out in a small stream, he started on that as quickly as possible...the aromas apparently drawing in another visitor.

Calvin looked at Marcella with a smile as she won, the boy glad to see that his Pokémon were getting stronger and stronger. It seemed as if they would be ready to take on the first gym leader. He was sure that Ryoko could hold her own even without any battling up until that point. Ryoko had started out fairly stronger than the rest of the others so Calvin figured that he would train them to be equals and then focus on them all as a whole. That's what he hoped at least.
Calvin, now working on the food, made sure that he was making everything correctly. He was making something rather different than the last time they ate. This was just from a few herbs and plants that he found in the forest while washing the pot. Calvin, born in Fortree, knew how to do these sorts of things, mainly because he was raised around plants and knew all about them, like which ones were poisonous...which ones were edible...stuff like that. Being raised in a forest city, really allowed him to become a better man in whole. He loved that part.

Calvin had now finished what he was cooking...a smile on his face. What had come out was indeed very good...or at least, it was to him. He handed everything out to each of his Pokémon, taking a few bowls from his bag and setting it down next to each Pokémon. He then poured some food into each of his Pokémon's bowl. He then watched them have at the food, each eating it as if it was their last meal. A smile again forming under the bandages of his face, he then went to take them off, because he himself had to eat.
When he removed them, his Pokémon looked up at him, each looking at his flawed, burned skin underneath. It seemed as if each of them had felt very sympathetic for him, but he didn't want pity. He wanted each of them to grow to be the best they can be. That's all he wanted. "I know it'll take a lot getting used to my face looking like this, but you will get used to it," he said, a small smile, the smile not growing wide because it would hurt too much. He then went to eat...and then watched as each of his Pokémon did the same...like one big, happy family.

Calvin, now finishing up his food, went back to the stream to wash his bandages. After doing this, he then hung them on a tree branch near them so they could dry off a bit. He figured that he might as well do this now...since he would be in the city next. And unless he got a hotel room...if they had any for that matter, he would not get a chance to do this, and his bandages would start to smell a bit.
During this time another Pokémon found its way into the camp. Calvin, looking at it as more battle experience for his Pokémon, got Lucia ready for the battle. The Pokémon became angered and charged at Lucia angrily.

Calvin, retrieving his now dried bandages, looked at his Pokémon. "Alright, guys let's head into the city. You guys are going to have to go into your Pokéballs now...because I don't want you guys to get lost in the city...alright?" he said to them, a small smile on his face. He then called back each of them to their balls, but as he tried to pullback his Gallade, it refused to go into its Pokéball. All of his Pokémon now in their balls, except gallade, Calvin gave it a look. "Ryujin, you have to stay close to me if you want to stay out: alright?" He made himself clear and Ryujin nodded his head. He wondered how many looks he was going to get for having this Pokémon out, but Calvin didn't really care about that. He just wanted his Pokémon to be happy.

Cameron perked up quite a bit as he once more reached the forest. It was a comfortable area for him, and he knew that at least one of his Pokemon liked the woods as well. Still, he did not have any time to dawdle. He had to get through and get the egg to that researcher guy before it hatched. That meant rushing through, hoping nothing sprang out at him, and making his way to Devon Corporation. That didn't exactly sound like an easy task to the teen.

The black-haired male paused for a moment and blinked a few times as he tried to remember something.What were those names again...?Cameron didn't get to dwell too long on the question, though, as he noticed his Pokemon staring at him. The teen blinked a couple of times, then smiled."Ah, don't worry~ I'm sure I'll remember what I was trying to think of eventually~ In the meantime, let's get moving,"he said cheerfully, although he couldn't really wave away their doubts due to still holding onto the egg. Frowning a bit as he saw the edge of the forest approach, Cameron shifted the egg he carried and quickened his pace."Right... The sooner we get this delivered to that Evan guy, the sooner we can get back to training..."he said, more to himself than anyone else. He didn't even seem to notice that he remembered one of the two names that he had forgotten moments ago. All he knew was that he was almost done with his errand.

It didn't take too long before Cameron and his Pokemon were confronted with an odd sight. A pastel green Lilligant with petals in varying colors danced around in a patch of sunlight that managed to get past the trees. For a while, the teen and his Treecko watched the Pokemon's movements while Legato and Mezzo perched on tree branches. They weren't watching for very long when the oddly-colored grass type noticed that she had an audience and abruptly stopped her dancing."Ah! No, don't worry. We're not here to hurt you,"the teen tried to assure the Lilligant as she took a few timid steps backwards.
The grass Pokemon stopped when she saw that the teen made no other attempts to approach her. Warily, she looked at the black-haired male and the Treecko that stood near him, then up at the Wingull and yellow Spritzee before looking back at the teen. After a while longer of watching, the Lilligant finally took one careful step forward, then another. On the third step, though, the Pokemon stopped approaching and held out a leaf-like hand, pointing at the trainer briefly before motioning him forward. She smiled lightly when the teen slowly approached her, then took his hand before starting to dance around a bit.
Cameron was caught off guard a little by the grass Pokemon's actions, but he quickly figured out that the Lilligant wanted him to dance with her. It was a bit awkward at first, given that he was a couple feet taller than the Pokemon and he was more of a musician than a dancer, but it didn't take long for the two to figure out a set of steps that worked for them. It was even fun for him, although that didn't make the situation seem any less odd to the male.
After a while, the Lilligant seemed to be done dancing and let go of the male trainer's hand. She then looked over the teen's team again before giving a small smile and a nod. He'd do. The grass Pokemon sounded off a few syllables, and after a few moments Allegro nodded and walked in front of his trainer. The trainer looked to be a bit confused for a moment, so the two grass Pokemon took up battle stances to help get the point across."Um... Are you sure?"the teen asked, to which the Lilligant nodded.
Cameron nodded back, then pointed at the Lilligant."Very well, but we're not going to go easy on you. Allegro, start off with Quick Attack!"At the teen's command, the Treecko rushed forward and rammed into the pastel Pokemon. It was a good hit, but the Lilligant took the opportunity to grab a hold of the other grass Pokemon's hands and have it join in a dizzying dance. Allegro was still able to keep his bearings, though, and slammed into the Lilligant once more. This caused the pastel Pokemon to stagger backwards before looking at the Treecko.
After blinking briefly, the Lilligant plucked a strand of grass and blew against it, making a calming sound that lulled Allegro to sleep. The flowery creature couldn't help but chuckled at the sight of the snoozing Treecko, then looked at the trainer once more before approaching him. Once she felt she was close enough, the grass type stopped approaching and waited. Cameron was confused a moment, but pulled out a Premier Ball and held it out for the Lilligant. The Pokemon nodded, then poked the button to be sucked inside. The teen felt the ball shake a few moments, then heard a ping as the ball locked shut.
