There was a popping sound as Arsh's foot met Grywin's chin. A sound of pain slipped from him as he was sent downwards with the force. He managed to right himself before colliding with the ground. Instead of rushing back up at his opponent he scooped up a sizable rock and hurled it at the demi. HP: 12

Arshavir heard the kick land solidly and watched his opponent fall. He swooped in after him, and evaded the rock mostly as it clipped his wing, eyes narrowing as he swings his mace once more, this time for Grywin's head. HP: 17

Grywin's lips formed a sly smile as the demi came down for him. Rolling to the side he took a gouging to his arm. Then in one swift, smooth movement his normal hand wrapped around her cold metal staff and he swung it hard at Arsh's side like a bat. HP: 10

Arsh saw the glint of the metal staff just in time; he brought his mace back over to block it, jarring his arms a little, and beating his wings, pushes forward to try and bowl Grywin over while their weapons are locked. HP: 16

A 'tshk' sound slipped through Grywin's gritted teeth as Arsh blocked his swing. Unable to pull away he gets bowled over, crashing to the ground panting. This guy was tough, but Grywin wasn't ready to admit defeat. Pulling himself back up he lashed out with his staff with all the strength he could muster. HP: 6

Arsh landed on the ground by him as he got back up and didn't quite block that staff this time; he took the staff solidly against his side, likely busting a rib in the process; the Demi grunts in pain and swings his mace for Grywin's side. HP: 13

The wearing general twists to the side in an attempt to avoid the mace, still taking some damage to his side. He whirled around, aiming his staff at arsh's head trying to ignore his body's protests. HP: 4

Arsh didn't quite avoid the staff and though he moved, it tore a bloody furrow along his ear. Hissing in pain he whipped his maced around, aiming straight for the side of the general's head. HP: 11

By this point Grywin was running solely on adrenaline and his will to fight. He ducked, but the mace still made a bloody mess of his wing-ear. Willing himself to continue he swung his metal staff again. HP: 2

The General wouldn't give up; he had to give him that much as he took another shot with that metal staff along the same side, causing more damage to his ribs. He changed the grip on his mace, before aiming the tip of the flanged end straight up for Grywin's chin in a sort of billiards shot. HP: 8

On pure instinct the persistent Grywin leaned back, the tip on the mace digging slightly into his already bloodied chin. His breaths came in gasps as he clung to consciousness, unwilling to accept that he was beat in this fight. Gritting his teeth he tightened his grip on his new metal staff and gave it a swing right for the cursed's face with all his remaining energy. HP: 1

Arsh frowned as he didn't finish him off and then paid for it, the metal rod clanging across his face - breaking his nose in the process -- and sending him stumbling. He uses his wings to finally balance himself to a stop and turns, glaring daggers at the General. Okay, he was done with this. He sheathes his mace back on his back, and then rushes back in, wings aiding his speed, aiming to barrel into his foe, hands grasping at his staff to try and bodily lift him and slam him to the ground. HP: 4

By the time the demi came flying back at him he was too exhausted and beat up to react in nearly enough time. Arsh slammed into him, knocking the air from his lungs and causing his vision to blur. He held onto his conciousness just long enough to be hoisted into the air and slammed hard into the unforgiving stone below. His bloodied head cracked against the ground and his body went limp before the rest of him could make contact. HP: 0
