Takeo didn't fully sit down, preferring to take a crouched position instead so he could be near the earth if need be. He didn't trust this forest now. For all he knew, someone could be watching them right now, just waiting for them to drop their guard.
He faced Naomi, since she was, in his mind, the de facto leader for the mission. "Alright so we're stuck in a forest that someone somehow made. Being that our vision senses chakra, this place essentially blinds us, taking away an large advantage of our clan. This could mean two things. One, we're dealing with another clan who knows how our kekkei genkai works and hopes to counter and defeat us or its another clan that has set up some sort of defense against us." He gestured to the forest around them with his arm. "Hell they might already know where we are."

As the three Genin sat there the area remained as silent as ever, not a single sound, nor creature seemed to inhabit this area. Though it wasn't long before the silence was shattered by the long creaking sound of staining wood. The Sound only seemed to appear from a single direction, deeper inside the forest.

Mitsuko took a minute to catch the sound. Lost in thought trying to think up a plan. She lifted her head up suddenly and strained to hear the sound again. She looked at the other two and shrugged. "That sound seems a good a place as any to start, doesn't it? Maybe stay close to each other until we can split off and surround it without being too far from one another for support?" She lifted herself off the ground and shrugged. "That's just my suggestion of course."

~Eyes of Ice~  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Naomi's head perked up to the sound. Like a dog hearing it's name being called. Spinning her head about she detected the direction the sound was coming from. She stood slowly, following Mitsuko's actions. Mitsuko basically had the right idea. "Yes, I think we should stick in a horizontal line and slowly take places surrounding it, instead of continuing with the vertical line." She added. She gazed between the to teammates, looking to see if they have anything to add or change. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As if on que to his words, a wood breaking sound was heard. Takeo tensed as his head whipped towards the sound. His first instinct was to activate his eyes again, but he calmed himself away from that idea. He began to head toward the sound, nodding his head at the other two girls.
He motioned them to go to the right and left of him, and headed toward the sound, being as silent as possible. If this sound had been made by an enemy he would be the first to roast it.

Mitsuko flanked left as Takeo took the front. She drew two kunai from her pouches and held one in each hand, clenching them tight. One pointed backwards and one forwards for the ease of attacking. She circled around, while trying to keep a clear line of sight towards the others. Her heart was racing a mile a minute and her eyes were darting back and forth to keep as much area covered.
I need to relax, I can't let my excitement get to me
She took a deep breath in and let it out slowly. It began to calm her but her heart was still going fast. Never the less she tightened the grip on her kunai and continued forward.

To those who moved towards the sound, the plants would literary move out of there way. The Vines raising up out of the ground and pulling the tree's and other plants out of there way; clearing a path for them. It was clear that the forest, or someone,... or something inside of it was seemingly herding them in a specific direction

~Eyes of Ice~ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Naomi took the right side as Mitsuko went left, and Takeo was in the center. Creeping forward with caution and a kunai drawn in her dominant hand, Naomi scanned her eyes around every inch of the forest. Without her Sharingan she had to be extra alert. When Naomi's eyes found there way to the floor of the forest, she noticed something odd. The vegetation was almost creating a path for her feet. The vines and plants were moving out of the way with each step she took. "Takeo, Mitsuko, look down and tell me what you see." Naomi asked quietly but audibly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mitsuko looked down at the vegetation that surrounded her and noticed as well that it was actually clearing itself away as they moved forward. She picked up her pace for a moment to test it. It continued to clear out of her way. "Whoever is controlling this forest already knows we're here." She said in a hushed voice. "If they can already control the forest I really don't wanna be in the thick of this vegetation where it can move the most at once." She stopped for a moment and squatted down just under some brush, thinking hard. "Any ideas?"

Takeo watched the plants around him seem to move out of his path. Not worrying about it too much at this point, Takeo continued to head forward. "Yeah I see it. Obviously if they want us to meet them then we should. I'm going ahead." Takeo moved ahead, slightly hoping that they would follow. If not, he would address whatever/whoever on his own.

They couldn't have Takeo go out on his own with an unknown enemy lurking somewhere in the shadows of this conjured up forest. "Lets all just be on alert. This is obviously going to be a bit more than we bargained for." Mitsuko shook her head for a moment before standing up and proceeding. If the vines and plants didn't move out of her way the way she wanted to go, then she'd just go through them. She wasn't about to be herded into a trap. She gripped her kunai tight and proceeding through some of the vegetation. "We'll need to be ready to jump in if he's gonna go straight out." She mumbled to herself.

It was hard to tell how long they had been walking, after all the tree's were so thick they blacked out the sun, leaving the area in perpetual darkness. However it seemed like they had been walking for hour's. a minimum of 3 before they heard the first sounds of life in this area.
However it wasn't the sound of talking, laughing, or the chopping of wood. It was a ROAR, the sound of a creature that was clearly pissed off at something, what ever it was it was roughly 50 meters ahead of them, but due to the darkness it was impossible to see what it was with the naked eye; and due to the blinding chakra there Sharingan was worthless here.
But it wasn't long before the beast's sounds were drowned out for a moment by an overwhelming sound. The tree's behind the group suddenly sprung to life with blinding speed, the thick branches and tree trunks weaving together with one another forming a thick wall of wood. Locking them onto there trail; that was unless they wanted to go into the vegetation to the sides of the path; knowing full well that they could do the exact same thing that had happened behind them. Crushing them instantly.

Mitsuko quickly looked around as the tree's began to close in around them. She reacted slightly better than she was expecting, as she'd been on edge for awhile. Although she quickened her pace forward and clenched her Kunais so tight it hurt her hand. She had begun to feel a sense of claustrophobia setting in as well. "We need to find a clear area and think of a permanent game plan." She said to herself. Her hand had begun to shake, but she hadn't even taken notice of it yet.

~Eyes of Ice~ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Naomi was startled by the roar that had happened in the distance. She slowed her pace as she listened for it again. Although, what she didn't expect was, the trees making this disturbingly loud noise as they began to weave and bind themselves together in a wall around them. Naomi acted fast as she moved out the way. She almost fell into Takeo but she side stepped and swiveled to dodge him. With a surprised look she checked to make sure everyone was okay. She noticed Mitsuko shaking. The kunai trembling in her hands. "Mitsuko, are you okay?" She asked with a worried look growing in her normally lifeless eyes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
