Theme Song: Future World Music-Voyage to AtlantisYas bit his lip. "I was so sure there was someone out there that didn't look like they were one of them... And to be honest, I don't know if they'll be okay out there, but there was nothing for me to do. We were surrounded." The man began looking around the building, and near a wall he spotted someone looking down, lifeless and hiding their face. He noticed there were some blood dripping from the neck. Poor guy probably got attacked by one of them.
Yas took a closer look at the face when all of a sudden, it lunged forward at him. Yas was on the ground, trying to prevent this corpse from getting to him as it was on top of him. "Get off!" His hands formed rushing water around them in an instant, since there was so much adrenaline from trying to prevent of what could be an imminent death. "Water force!" Water gushed from his hands and made the corpse let go of Yas, making it go all the way to the ceiling.
He let go, to watch it fall to the ground next to him. He quickly got up as he saw that it was still 'alive', but he only immobilized it. "Go to hell!" He squished its head with his foot with a powerful stomp. He sighed, "No more surprises from here on out. There's only so much I can take in one day..." It was then he heard something overhead, "That can't be good."

   ¤ ¤ ☼ ¤ ¤  Dieviente kept looking around nervously, "I doubt they'll be ok. I mean, four of us could barely fend those creatures off." She frowned, "I don't think there's much we could do without a plan. Just running out there will get us slaughtered." She folded her arms and thought for a moment before Yas was again attacked by another monster-person. "You have terrible luck." She smirked. Dievelkis heard the noise from overhead, "I'm pretty sure that's not a welcome party. We should probably go..." He looked around, seeing practically every way was blocked, "... Somewhere..." He trailed off. The exit was blocked, and they obviously couldn't go back outside. This was turning into a bad day. ¤ ¤ ☼ ¤ ¤  Where We Are: Tanuki City, in random building

Ian watched as Yas was attacked by another demented person. It seemed they weren't safe anywhere. It didn't seem like the others had any luck finding exits. "I don't think we should stay in this city long.... It seems more dangerous that what I have ever heard about from school." Ian was agreeing with the boy Skoll sibling.
The scraping footsteps on the roof continued, and Ian wasn't sure what they should do. They came to the city just to rest for a while after traveling, but it didn't seem like anybody could rest here. Ian had a brief thought. I guess this place still isn't as bad as being at home. He sighed to himself as the thought came across and wondered if they should make a small camp in the warehouse.

Out of Cabbage: I just got my finals done today, had a hell of a busy week!
Theme Song: Future World Music-Voyage to AtlantisYas looked at the bloody, gutsy corpse on the ground and sighed, "Yeah... I know. I didn't think I would be that unlucky, but I can take them on." For a few moments, the man thought about what Ian said in response to Dievelkis' statement, "Seems this is the safest place around here. We should stay here until tomorrow."
Hearing the sounds of the creatures outside, he cleared his throat, "We will have to take turns keeping night watch though, like a 1 hour or 2 hour rotation kinda' deal. I could probably volunteer first if no one minds, or whatever floats your guys' boats."

¤ ¤ ☼ ¤ ¤ Dieviente shrugged in agreement, "Doesn't matter to me what we do, as long as it keeps those cannibalistic corpses offa' me." She sat down in a corner and leaned against the wall with a yawn. "Just tell me when my turn to watch is." Dievelkis sat down next to her, "I wouldn't have worded it like her, but I also agree. I can take the second shift then." He folded his arms, wondering if he would even be able to sleep in such a place. The boy walked to a small metal table and found a newspaper article talking about an outbreak of a disease in the town, Ian just ignored that headline and immediately began reading the comics. He merely listened as Yas took control of the situation. The other two just went along. Ian had to make sure he wasn't the weakest link in the group, even though his previous clumsy actions would prove otherwise. He shyly spoke up, eager to try to do something. "Um, Yas. I'd like to help stand guard to if that's alright." Ian said then almost felt it would be better if he backed down on the offer. Being his luck, he'd end up falling asleep right when something horrible happened or would end up getting everyone killed.

Out of Cabbage: So I'm having troubles IRL right now, so I might disappear for a while at one point. Just lettin' y'all get the heads up. AND I'M PLAYING ALAN WAKE. asdf;asdlkfj FREAKING MONOLOGUES. xD
Theme Song: Future World Music-Voyage to AtlantisAfter hearing Ian asked to help, he shrugged, "Sure. I guess now that I think about it, it'd be better if we did it in pairs. You two'll do second shift. Me and Ian will stay up and keep watch. Get as much as sleep as you can." He felt like a parent telling children to turn off the lights and go to sleep, except the atmosphere is much more unsettling, and he had no other experience taking care of others besides himself.
Yas looked around, and amid his scavenging he found two folding chairs, which he unfolded for him and Ian. "Warehouse like this ought to have cheap chairs, am I right?" The man shrugged again, and sat down on one of the chairs. He looked over at Ian, "I know it's not raining outside, but those noises on the roof... Never mind." He didn't want to let weakness get the best of him, suggesting that his fear might only provoke more fear, after all he was the oldest.

¤ ¤ ☼ ¤ ¤ Dieviente shrugged but nodded, "Sounds good to me. Just don't forget to get us if cannibals break in and try to kill everyone." She laughed heartily before curling up on the floor like a dog and swiftly falling asleep. Dievelkis sighed, not understanding how she could sleep so easily in such a dangerous place. He heard scratching and shuffling, as if something was above them, and he agreed it wasn't rain. He sat with his back against the wall, there was no way he was going to get any good sleep here. Deivelkis sighed and closed his eyes, very aware of the noises and the danger. ¤ ¤ ☼ ¤ ¤ Where We Are: Tanuki City, in random building

Ian slightly smiled, glad that Yas had acknowledged his offer to help guard the group. The boy nodded in agreement to the man's logic to work in groups and he gave a slight cheer to himself inside. He watched as the eldest member of their group found some chairs and unfolded them for Ian and himself. Ian didn't want to sit though, his nerves were too wracked up from the atmosphere of the town and the warehouse. The noises still continued on the roof and sounded like sharp scrapes now as if there was something clawing at the metal roof outside. Yas seemed to make hint at the noises but quickly seemed to change his mind to bring it up.
The twins agreed with the shift arrangement and commented to get them if anything should attack. "Er alright. Night you two and don't worry, we won't let anything worse happen." The boy said nervously trying to reassure the guardians. He wondered if such powerful people needed sleep the same as normal people. He shrugged on the thought and stood near Yas and looked up at the ceiling as the noises continued.
"Do you suppose that those people could somehow get on the roof?" Ian asked the man and gripping the whip on his side tightly and ready to defend them if need be.

 ╔═════════☾═════════╗Luna Maria Vanguard╚═════════☾═════════╝«"The moon is a friend...Luna looked around frantically once she had hoists herself up on the rooftop. The strange man she had seen seemed to have disappeared. With the sun quickly setting, she knew she had to make it to somewhere safe, preferably to the warehouse she had seen the others enter. Traveling by foot across the ground was completely out of the question as zombies were rampant, and would probably grow worst still as night fall. Luckily for her, zombies couldn't climb, and so from this height she was completely safe. She walked along the edge until she could see the towering warehouse in front of her. One building was easily reached by simply hopping from one rooftop to the next. But to get to the warehouse, she would undoubtably need a grappling hook of some sort. Ad for that she would need rope and a hook, both items that weren't in her possession.
She would have to worry about that after she made her first leap. Luna backed up to the far edge of the building and then took a running start, then making a successful leap to the other roof top. She took in her surroundings. This roof jad junky items strewn everywhere. As she searched through the rubbish, she managed to find an old coil of rope. She hoisted the material over one shoulder and continued to look around for some more useful items. Eventually she found several fish hooks. She took them, and with the rope was able to fashion a makeshift grappling hook.
With her new weapon in hand, Luna approached the edge of the building and swung her grapple above her head and then aimed for the opposite ledge. Her first attempt was a fail, but her second throw managed to wrap the hooks around a poll. She gave a slight tug to make sure it was secured, and then swung herself, feet first into the fourth floor warehouse window. Glass shattered everywhere, leaving several cuts along her legs and arms. She knew she had made a loud noise, she just hoped that the others decided to investigate before they attacked. She was in so much pain she could hardly move. Theme Song: Future World Music-Voyage to AtlantisYas shook his head, "Impossible, I don't think they'd be able to climb that high up, or if they'd be able to get up there in the first place." Suddenly the sound a shattering glass echoed throughout the Warehouse. "You, twins, wake up! Something got in!"
He quickly got up from his chair, "I think it came from up there." He looked around the first floor, and had found pieces of glass on the ground, with some blood on the ends. "It has to be one of them.... We need to survey the higher floors." It was something he didn't want to do, especially since it was particularly dim in the building, but they didn't have much choice. He took lead and began ascending to the 2nd floor.

Ian looked at the twins who seemed deep in sleep. He wondered if their kind always slept so much as they seemed unable to be woken. The boy didn't like the thought of leaving them behind if something was in here to kill them, but the man had already headed toward the 2nd floor. "W-wait for me!" The boy said giving the two one last glance before heading up after Yas.
The stairs lead to a pair of double doors on the second floor and Ian walked behind Yas through them. The doors closed tightly behind them and a loud clang sound was heard as if the doors suddenly bolted shut. Ian looked back at the doors with a gasp and wondered how the doors did that. There was broken glass windows all around the floor and crates everywhere with odd blood trails coming from some of them. Ian gulped as he looked around at the scenery and then at the older man in front of him. There was a faint scratching noise coming up ahead and Ian thought he could hear a low hiss somewhere else. Were there animals here? I won't mess up and be a hindrance this time. I will prove I'm not useless. He thought to himself as readied the sharp spiked whip and slowly walked to investigate.

What Luna needed to do was get up and move around, but due to the dark lighting, she couldn't properly asses the damage she had done to herself. She made a feeble attempt at standing up, a hiss leaving her lips due to the pain. And then to make matters worst, the doors slammed shut for no apparent reason. She wanted to scream, but had to stifle the urge as she had no idea what was here, and she was very very vulnerable. She tried to drag herself to the corner, her nails scratching against the wooden floors. She found a set of crates to shield herself with and she set about to wait quietly until the threat was gone.

He went towards the direction of the sound and bumped into some crates in the process. "It was here somewhere... I can't make out what's here though."
He made his way around the crate and found more shattered glass through which the moonlight could show them. "There's this blood here too. We should backtrack and see where it could lead us."

After seeing what all was happening outside, Ian was afraid to see what type of hideous monster could be hiding behind the crates where Yas was investigating. Ever step Ian made seemed to echo in the room as they got closer to what was making the noise. Ian started to wonder if maybe whatever it was would reply to a threat.
"Er come out of there! We have a guns and we're not afraid to use them." The boy said like a kid trying to scare off a bully. Ian even pointed his one hand like a gun and made a "tchk-tchk" sound as if he was cocking a gun to shoot.
