As the party began a few steps away from Minori's chambers the girl stood in he room fixing her attire for the party, it was indeed an special occasion to celebrate that the captains had made it safe out of the quarrel at the Soul Society. Minori opened her window and gazed outside as she noticed the people walking inside the palace towards the main hall were the rest of the guest were. Indeed the palace was a huge place made it seemed almost as if the Soul Society was inside it.
Minori smiled to herself as it had been quite a long time since she left her chambers and roamed around the palace, after all her father was quite overprotective and did not like the girl wondering around the palace alone. Minori finally finished the adjustments on her dress and resume to put on her attire and ready her chariot. As the chariot made its way towards the party the citizens began to wave and bow at the young woman as she opened her window and saluted to everyone along the way. As the chariot arrived at the palace the sight of the 4 white majestic horses in front of Kenshin's chambers began to create rumors around the guests that the Soul princes was coming to the party.
As the chariot became to a complete halt the servants could be seen rushing to open the door and descend the ladder for Minori, the young woman simply smiled and patted her helpers in sign of gratitude. Once the girl reached the door she was welcomed by a huge party of servants and butlers asking to aid her in any way possible to which Minori simply gesture for them to go away as there was no need for them at all specially at this moment, she was but a simple guest to the party and nothing more despite her status. Once she reached the main entrance one of the door guards shouted. "Your Royal Highness Princess Minori" as the man finished speaking the silhouette of the girl could be seen walking through the doors towards the main hall with such grace and posture it was unmistakable who she was.
Te guests were quite astonished as such sight, after all it was rare for the royal family to assist to this kinds of event even if they were hosted by the nobility. Minori scanned the room quickly spotting Kenshin's little brother enjoying the pleasant company of a female, Minori could but assume that it was one of the captain's that had been rescued by Kenshin and himself earlier tat day. Minori continued to scan the room until she layed eyes on Kenshin and began to slowly make her way through the crowd towards him. She then stood in front of him and looked ta him right in the eyes "This is a lovely gathering you have here Kenshin-san, it has been quite some time since I seen the people so worked up over such event." Minori spoke in a soft and kind tone still locking her sight on the man.

As Kenshin continued to enjoy a few drinks with his family, he noticed that there was a rather loud commotion going on outside. Although he wasn't certain as to what exactly was going on outside, he started to speculate a few ideas as to what was going on. However, as a door guard shouted the name of the guest that had decided to show up at the party. "So it looks like she's decided to show up at the party?" It came to his mind that it was quite possible that she was here to congratulate the Royal Guard on their success on their mission.
He was surprised though as she walked over to say hello to no other man than Kenshin. "Yeah. The people of my clan sure do love throwing parties. They're particularly glad at the fact that my brother and myself returned home safely after that last mission we just faced." Pausing, he got up and said good bye to the family members he was drinking with. Then returning his attention to Minori, he looked at her and resumed to speak. "These people have a great level of appreciation towards Jousake and myself so these types of parties are pretty common to have here."
Smiling, he looked around and just took a moment to enjoy this party, as he was quite glad to see everyone enjoying themselves. "Say Minori, why don't you follow me to a more private area where we can continue to talk? After all, we wouldn't want to people to ease drop into our conversation now, would we?" With that, he started to walk over to the elevated area of the dining hall, where he could sit a few tables away from Jousake to give him some privacy and still be able to have a private conversation with the Princess. ...it's the end result that counts ~ ⇦ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

"I am aware of your clan affinity to parties, I just never seem to get invited to any I have to barge in or rudely interrupt in order to be noticed." Minori replied to him as he remarked his clan loving to throw parties of that sort. As he continued to speak and ask her to go to a place more private it could only be assumed that he had something to tell her, perhaps something so important that it needed to be private although she had no intentions on leaving the party so soon. " I guess you have some important information to share with me Kenshin and its quite understandable after the turn of events on the past days, but would you mind enjoying the ambiance a little after all we have plenty of time to discuss anything it is you have to tell me." Minori's tone was rather friendly and polite as she followed Kenshin towards the top floor and sat on the table with him looking at the man's eyes.
"Oh Kenshin-san you never seem to change much at all always this old fashioned and hung to your own beliefs. So what is it you wanted to tell me? after all I doubt you would of asked for privacy under different terms am I wrong?" Minori spoke in a sweet and kind of sarcastic tone almost teasing Kenshin but keeping the talk as polite and mannered as possible. She observed as the waiter came over their table and placed a bottle of sake and a tea pot alongside a rather exquisite variety of sweets. As the princess awaited for a response from Kenshin she grabbed an slice of the strawberry cake and poured herself some of the cherry blossom tea taking a sip of it and smiling as the taste was indeed exquisite nothing less than she had expected.

Rias continued to listen to Jousuke closely every word fascinated her even more, I mean this guy was so strong in battle yet so soft and kind out of it it was almost like a complete change which reminded her of herself a little. As the waiter brought the things Jousuke had ordered she simply stared at it and smiled at Jousuke. "I am sorry if I seem a bit fond of formalities but it was the way I was raised and after all you are my superior even if we are enjoying ourselves I do believe there is certain gap between our positions and I honor that gap just as I honor this moment." Rias words were indeed a bit blunt and unnecessary but this was the way she was specially around her superiors, although this guy seemed to which to befriend her and she might need to loosen a bit it was hard to Rias specially duie to her character.

You know well if I ever invited you to a party and if you actually showed up, your father would be all over my a**. Besides, don't forget how protective your father can be with you in general." Then pausing for a moment to reach for his tea, he took a quick sip before setting it down on the table once more. Then proceeding to look down to the general dining area, he wondered if any of the others had shown up to the feast or not. To Ken's disappointment, the others still haven't arrived at his party, as it seemed that they were still getting prepared for the occasion.
Sighing, he turned his attention back to the Princess. "Now that we're in a more private area, I must ask you this? I know I stepped over my bounds by bringing over those four members of the Gotei 13 over to my ring to recover from their severe injuries. Though I'm concerned as to how your father has reacted to this. Care to give me some insight on this if you can?" Kenshin asked with a rather serious tone, as he had genuine concern about this, as he was really worried for the general well being of those captains and for the Soul King. ...it's the end result that counts ~ ⇦ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

----------------------------------- As the party was already kicking and everyone was having a good time, Grimm decided it was time for him to show up. He shunpoed in through an open window to the bar and was already drinking a nice glass of Whiskey straight from the Glenturret distillery in Perthshire, Scorland. Being a Scot he knew where the best Scotch Whiskey came from and he knew just how much to pour himself. After finishing off his drink and pouring another one he stood up and shunpoed beside Kenshin listening in on his conversation with the Captain of Divison 6 and a woman he had never met. He looked over at Kenshin and smiled a little interrupting his conversation. "Kenshin you b*****d, you do know how to through a great party. Too bad there aren't any Scottish women here. Ah hell! I'll settle for any woman really." Even though his thick Scottish accent would make people think he was rude, the honest truth was, being a Scot that was how everyone talked. Not caring what anyone thought of their manners, though he was being rather rude for not introducing himself."Forgive me for being a bloody idiot, I am Grimm Amarai, of the Amarai clan. I am the new Onmitsukido Commander, Head of the Amarai clan's forces, and yes I am from Scotland. Fought alongside Sir William Wallace. "Do not give much thought to my father's thought on what I should or shouldn't do, sometimes is alright to assist social events and bound with the rest of the people who reside in our ream." Minori spoke in a sweet and kind manner towards Kenshin after all he was to her more than a resident but a found friend, sure they didn't meet much but whenever they did it was a rather pleasant view. Minori listening to his question could not help but change her face to a more concerned and serious one, so he knew after all that her father wasn't very pleased with his actions nevertheless is not like he was in trouble or anything. "Indeed my father was not happy at all about the actions you took carelessly bringing those captains here but I have spoken to him and letting him know that what you did was for the best of the interest between our kingdom and the Soul Society, so don't sweat it he is just a bit aggravated about your course of action but he wont take any immediate rash course of action at least. I think a sincere apology would suffice for father's forgiveness of the matter." Her tone was now a bit more serious as she was speaking about important matters, indeed she cared about Kenshin and wouldn't mind standing up for him if it came to it but she also knew Kenshin was wise enough to know how to approach her father.
"Well let's move on until more pleasant news there is no need to ruin the mood of the party with this concerns, after all this is about celebration and the wonderful job you and Jousuke did to make sure those guys were alive now and joining us. " She kept her tone more on the sympathetic and proud side now as she noticed the new man that made his way towards their table, indeed this man was loud and a bit different which immediately made the princess assume he was one of the soul reapers that had been rescued by Kenshin and Jousuke. As he introduced himself to the table Minori did nothing but smile at how much different this man was from anyone she had never met before, indeed a refreshing look to the place but he was soon to find trouble with such manners. " It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance Amarai-san, I am Minori" Minori said with a flat tone as she grabbed her cup of tea and took an small sip of it and placed the cup down once more.

As Princess Minori continued her conversation with Kenshin, he figured he should join the two and the captain that was with them. "Hey Rias! Why don't we come and join those three and have a nice conversation with them? Besides, it'll be a good chance to meet my brother and the Soul Princess herself." With a honest smile, he got up and grabbed Rias' hand once more, almost like a little kid when they're excited to show someone something. Talking her over to the table, he let go of her hand and introduced her to the group. "Kenshin! Minori! Grimm! Good to see that we're started to organize ourselves at this feast now, isn't it?" Chucking, he took a seat right next to the princess and sat in an ever so casual manner, with his arm around the Princess, as he was quite familiarized with the Princess and knew that this was probably gonna annoy her a bit, but hey, he was there to lighten up everyone's mood after all they went through.
Then inviting Rias to take a seat next to him, he moved over to the side a bit to give her space to sit down alongside with him. Then looking over to Grimm, he invited him to join them as well. "Hey man. You know you're more thank welcome to join us lad! After all, we deserve it after stopping those antagonists, don't you guys think?" Once he finished his question, he signaled a waiter to bring over the food he ordered for himself and Rias to be brought over to their table. The large bento box was placed in the middle of the table and brought a huge smile to Jousake's face. It had more than enough food to feed the group and have room for more. "Come on guys! Dig in! Consider this my treat for you all." "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

All Scots love their Whiskey like they love fighting. Might be that both make the other sound real great." He laughed a little bit before abruptly stopping to stare off into one of the darker corners where he could swear he saw someone sitting, staring at him with the intent to kill him. Shaking his head he turned his head to where he was listening the Hiroshi's talk with the Soul Princess. "Forgive me for my rudeness princess. I was never good with manners, and staying in Scotland really didn't help it either. My name is Grimm Amarai, Onmitsukido Commander." He bowed in respect to her and then stood back up. Grimm knew his place to Noble, he wasn't noble in the least bit. He was however a Gentleman when he remembers to do so....But prisoners of their own Mindset

 " The Flying Moon King "
Engetsurin : Constant Shikai Dorobo sat in Kenshin's hallowed halls mostly by himself for the most part. He talked with one of the women in Kenshin's family, a sly smile spreading across his face, while a blush crept up hers. Obviously, something the monk looking fellow had said was a little more than racy for the simple dinner party. " And then you and I could... " Dorobo said, continuing on with whatever train of thought had stuck to his half drunken mind. He let out a train of giggles, before turning his head, and spying that punk haired brother of Kenshin, and fellow royal guard. Dorobo blubbered for a moment, before giggling some more, and the girl he had been talking down joined in. Good fun. Dorobo turned towards the woman, and grasped her hands with a dumb smile spreading across his face. " My dear, sweet, sweet, sweet, Yoko. I must be off with myself. Pray you don't forget meeting me, and I will keep you in my thoughts! " Dorobo would say, dramatic to the maximum. The sweet words peppered his speech, and the young girl let out a light sigh. Dorobo didn't take the moment to leave a parting kiss, as his drunken senses would have told him to. The woman, knowing what was coming, closed her eyes, and puckered her lips adorably. When there was nothing, she half threw herself forwards, extending her arms to try and grab at the man who had just tugged on her heart strings a bit too hard. But there was nothing. Dorobo had disappeared! Yoko turned her head, and caught sight of his purple hair melding in with the small crowd of people around them. She huffed, before crossing her arms. " I had heard that Dorobo was a sweet talker when he was drinking. It just looked like he's a jerk! Cousin Kenshin will not be pleased! " She said to herself in an exasperated huff.
Dorobo had snuck off when the darling Yoko was not looking. He came up behind Jousuke, a wild smile covering his thin lips. A small chuckle escaped his wide chest, before he clapped the younger and thinner boy around the shoulders. His strength would have probably pushed any other man into the floor, but Dorobo knew the kid could handle it in stride, and upon surprising him, Dorobo bent forwards in laughter, before raising up and wiping his eyes. The monk stunk of alcohol. " Jousuke my boy! I was looking for your pink head, and I didn't find it until now! I had to busy myself with that cute thirteenth cousin of yours... What's her name... Yoko! " He said in greeting. " I think you may have received the report by now, but I healed up those four Captains good and well! I'll let you know, it cost me fifty pounds to do it, with the kido I used! They were looking brand new too, by the time I was finished with each one. Good kids, I must say. Especially that Head Captain lass. She's a feisty one, I'll let you know. " Dorobo dissolved into chuckles once more, before pointing to the princess and Jousuke's brother.
" Don't tell me your brother is trying to apologize for bringing the Gotei into our home again? It scares me to think His Lordship would actually be angry with Kenshin, after all these years by his side! " Dorobo nearly seethed, before setting a hand upon Jousuke's shoulder. He shook head in slight worry.

You sure as hell can't go wrong with a good old bottle of whiskey at a party!" Laughing, he then proceeded to grab a shot of some whiskey on the table and drank it. Enjoying a good conversation with the people at the table, he was surely enjoying himself at this party, as he was in need of something like this after the recent events that occurred in the Seireitei. However, as he continued to enjoy himself, he heard the voice of a familiar person. "Dorobo my man! I haven't seen you since I left the healing center. It's good to hear that those captains are all fixed up. Though Rias here still needs to get some rest before we send her off with her comrades, so I think it would be best to keep them here for a bit longer." Pausing for a moment, he then turned to Kenshin and chuckled as he heard Dorobo's remark about him.
"Hey you know him. Kenshin has a great level of respect towards the King, so he's always like this. Though let him be! The King will be fine with having these captains here to recover right now at the Palace. Besides, it's not like they can just leave this ring whenever they want to. It's not like they could just head on over to the King's residence and kill him." Then laughing, he sat back down next to the Princess, as he then waited for Dorobo to take a seat with the others, as they waited for the others to arrive at the party. "So Dorobo, you best not try anything to sly with my dear cousin Yoko. Sure she may be a bit flirtatious at times, but you don't want break her heart. She's a good kid and it would hurt to see something happen to her." Speaking in a more serious tone, he made it clear that he cared for those in his family much like his brother and didn't mean to insult Dorobo, but Jousake knew him well and after the centuries, he was aware of his womanizing skills, which he wasn't to fond of when it came to using it on his family. "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

He jerked his head towards Jousake as he spoke to him and smiled at him curtly before going to stare out the window again continuing to mouth names. He quickly took another shot before he set the glass down. Again he jerked his head to the person who came over to speak to Jousake. He nodded at Dorobo before going back to his own insanity. Taking one more shot he took a deep breath and closed his eyes for a brief second before he stood up and turned away. "Sorry my presence here was rather short, but I must be going. Though I do enjoy parties I must take my leave from this one." Grimm then began to walk away before using Shunpo to take his leave.(Exit) ...But prisoners of their own Mindset
