Quote: Lorali's excitement and agreement of them deserving a private outing together made him smile. Although her reply to his question regarding there being something serious going wasn't comforting. She was never wrong about when it came to instincts telling her the worst might just be around the corner. This disappointed him because perhaps this wasn't the best time for a picnic.
"You've never been wrong before love. . ." he sighed looking to her in disappointment. "We can have our picnic but stay close to home. That way in case anything happens. We are near. Unless of coarse we save this date for another time in case he needs us." he looked to her to decide what was best softly brushing his two fingers through her hair with a short smile. Just when he thought they'd have some free time together. "Never a dull day." he thought to himself. Lorali stood there smiling up at her beloved. Then when he said that she was never wrong before, she sighed. He was write, she had never been wrong before in her life. Even as a human, she always had an extra sense for something for the sort. Though, when he mentioned having their picnic close to him, she agreed. But then a familiar voice was heard and it made her jump slightly. Looking behind them, she saw Lord Kael heading their way and said:
I refuse to let you two lovebirds spoil such a day" he said seeing them jump slightly although they never showed it. You know, considering how much younger I am to both of you I would figure I wouldn't be able to sneak up on either of you so easily..."Listen go and enjoy the day both of you, when you return from having a nice day together I shall explain to you what is going on I promise but I dorst have to welcome some guests on their way from Traili... now shoo you lovebirds, that is an order"
Lorali bowed slightly to Kael and said, "Yes, Lord Kael. But will not be far. Once we have had our outing we will come speak with you, thank you." Then looked up at Rephriam and asked, "Ready?"

Sauntering about the castle quietly you could almost say that Tiggs was stalking an imaginary prey. As she came round a corner a small cat spazzed out at being found by the girl and took off running. Laughing in a delightful mood she chased after the cat. She loved felines of all kind more than any other animal. They darted back and forth after one another playing tag. She didn't have a lot of responsibilities here yet with being so young. She hadn't even been changed a whole year yet. She wore loose fitted shorts that fell so her hip bones could be seen, and a tank top and kept rolling up at the bottom so her belly piercing could be seen. She had been considered odd even among her own people. Her ears were pierced all up and down, her belly button, and others that no one knew about. Well, no one here. Blue tiger stripes covered her body. Behind her ear were little paw prints going up towards her hairline. She was a free spirit that no one would be able to tame. She only listened to Kael because he half scared her and half because she thought he was super cute. Didn't like him or anything, just thought he was really cute. She was still stuck on clothes and her cats to take too much interest in boys yet. Sort of.
All around the castle the cat and cat girl raced after each other. After a while another orange tabby that was a bit older joined in the fun pouncing the little white kitten. Then the three of them played together. Rolling in the grass Tiggs stretched out on her back laughing again soaking in the sun. Life was good here.

Kael looked to his left to see his beautiful sister walking towards him. he carrased her cheek and said "My sweet sister, it was due to the fact that Lyemar has been on the move recently and i have already lost to many people" he said putting his forehead on hers and whispering "I cannot afford to lose you my sister, i know you are not weak but i almost lost you last time and i refuse to let that happen again" he said kissing her forehead and giving her very protective eyes.

Kaitlyn looked at her brother in shock when she heard that the reason for her to stay inside was because of Lyemar. "Lyemar is on the move, for how long." She asked her brother as she looked up at him when he put his forehead onto hers. "Brother, you will not lose me like you almost lost me the last time. You know that I am not weak but I still want to be able to protect our clan. I don't want to see anyone to get hurt because I was not fighting along side them." She whispered to him before closing her eyes briefly and then opening them up to look at her brothers.

"I refuse to let you two lovebirds spoil such a day" Rephriam didn't know whether to be truly worried and wondered what was truly about to take place soon. Speechless Rephriam could only bow and thank Kael for his kindness.
"Umm yes, thank you Kael. Your are truly too kind." he said sounding confused and looked to Lorali his love in question. "Sure, I am ready. I actually had a basket ready because I was hoping we'd go out." he smiled and watched Kael walk away. "Let us go into out." he offered his beloved an arm. "We shall continue our conversation on our picnic." he said excited. He was still confused but excited. "Now, you pick the spot my love." he smiled.

Stirring to wakefulness, Tiggs yawned and stretched simultaneously. She hasn't realized that she ed tired before laying down. The two cats near her woke as well then stared at her. Scratching each of them fondly she looked around. It was pretty quiet today. Maybe she should find someone and find out if she had any duties to perform....
"You two want to come with me? It'll be fun, I'm sure."
The cats stared at her and the little white one got to her feet. She went everywhere with Tiggs. Smiling and giggling excitedly she jumped to get get and began walking the ground to see if she could find anyone. Inside it sounded like Kael and his sister were close by. Maybe one of them would have something for her. She stopped hearing the last part of Lyemar and froze. She still had nightmares about the day she had been attacked and left for dead. Her slender body began shaking and she couldn't move anymore as the images flashed through her mind as if it was happening now. Sweat pricked her forehead and neck. She was around the corner of the hall her Lord and Baroness were talking in. The kitten pawed at her leg and mewed softly concerned for her friend.

Kael sighed and kissed his sisters forehead one more time saying "we have guests coming from triali my dear sister", kaela smirked when he saw her eyes light up with excitement and be put a finger on his sisters lips to stop her before she could talk. "I need you to get everything ready Caitlyn, make sure there is enough room as I am sure you all will be curious as to what is going on" Kael finished as he opened his door. I must take a shower and clean myself up before they arrive, and gods help me if it is Elvira" he grumbled, as he nodded to his sister and went to clean himself up.

"You have a basket? Oh, Rephriam that is amazing. I'm glad we are going out on a mini getaway." She giggled, then he told her to pick a spot. She thought for a moment.. Where would be a good place to go?
"How about the Pine Creek? It's so lovely this time of year. The leaves are changing, it would be a beautiful place to go and it won't be too far from the castle either."
She smiled and reached for his arm. Lorali was excited that they are finally getting some alone time. They deserved it, they were always too busy and with things possibly getting worse she wanted them to have as much time as they could together.

Kaitlyn opened her mouth when she heard that they would be having guest come into their home. But as soon as she was about to say anything, her brother put a finger on to her lips. Giving him a small pout to show him that it was not fair for him to keep her quiet. Letting out a soft sigh about getting everything ready, the blacked hair baroness nodded her head and smiled softly. "Of course I'll get everything done, and you always know me brother." She said before giving a small smile to him and then leaving to get everything in order for the guests that would be arriving soon. Kaitlyn couldn't help but wonder who would be coming from Triali. She knew that her brother wouldn't want Elvira to be coming at all. But she couldn't think of any of that right now, she need to get to work.

As the daymare ended she grabbed her neck where she had bitten the worse. It had left a gruesome scar on her pale skin. It had lightened with time but was still there nonetheless. She had to focus on her breathing to call down. The entire conversation between Kael and Kaitlyn was lost to her. Tiggs came back to reality just before the baroness came to the end of the hall where she was around the corner from still. When she saw the woman she gave a weak smile and half bow. Her voice was a little shaky sounding when she spoke.
"Mi'lady. I-I-I heard you and Lord Kael..... um. Ar-r-re there any t-t-t-tasks I can help with today?"
The white kitten meowed again and butted her head against Tiggs leg. There was something wrong with the girl, the cat could tell. The fear that the girl held was worse than any other person's she had met. She could never escape it in her sleep.

Rephriam thought Lorali's pick "Pine Creek" was indeed the perfect place to go this time of the year. She was also right about the leaves changing colors and how it wouldn't be too far from the castle. Rephriam embraced her with excitement and kissed her affectionately.
"Lorali, my sweet. You are brilliant!" he jolted with excitement. "It is the most beautiful place this time of year with the changing of the seasons taking place. There will be plenty of deer out grazing. And it won't be far from the castle just in case we are needed to return sooner. Perfect! Now, my dear our date out and away awaits!" he said as they skipped cheerfully arm in arm.

As Kaitlyn was rounding the corner, she gasped inwardly when she noticed Tiara. The raven haired baroness could tell that the young changling was nervous and scared about something. "Tiara what is the matter. You know you can tell me if anything is wrong." She whispered softly as she places a hand on her shoulder in order to show her that she was here for here. "And I do need a little bit of help. I just need to make sure there is plenty of rooms for our guests who are arriving soon." Kaitlyn said with a soft smile upon her face as she still looks into Tiara's eyes. "But for right now, that can wait until I know you are okay."

The young girl couldn't keep eye contact with Kaitlyn. She gave a half hearted smile and looked at the ground in front of them twiddling her fingers around together uncomfortably.
"I'm fine, mi'lady. It's just.... I didn't really hear what was said but I heard Lord Kael mention Lyemar and-"
Tiggs voice chocked off as she fought back the tears that threatened to spring fort. She didn't want to cry in front of the baroness. But her fear of those monsters was far worse than any human, or vampyre, could ever imagine. A chill ran down her spine. That was when she finally noticed her kitten trying to comfort her. Picking up the fluffy ball of white fur she pet her gently.
"I'm ok, little one. I promise."
The kitten purred loudly now that she had been picked up.

Kaitlyn listened to what Tiara had to say, she wasn't shocked to say the least that she had heard what Kael and her were talking about. But slowly the Baroness pulls Tiara into a hug, being mindful about the kitten. "Shh, young one. It will be alright Tiara. And I promise I will protect you from danger okay." She whispered into her ear as she began to calm her down from her fear. Kaitlyn knew about what happened to her before she had come to live in Nai-rah. It was a terrible story actually. How could a Lymarian vampyre decide to attack such a friendly girl and then her own parents kicking her out because she was changing into one of them. It just pulled on her heartstrings really.

Cradling the kitten in one hand she hugged the baroness back with the other. Tiggs liked her. She was so kind to her and everyone who lived in Nai-rah. Ever since they met she had looked up to Kaitlyn as a role model. Standing back she wiped her face with the back of her hand now that she had calmed down. Petting the kitten she gave a small smile as she purred in response.
"Who's coming to the castle? And what needs to be done to get it ready? I think it looks gorgeous as is."
