~*~ Ira wasn't happy that Hikaru was yawning but what could he do? The poor kitty did have a stressful trip. He wouldn't have been very comfortable in a wooden crate all tied up like that either so it was understandable. Kaoru's enthusiasm was nice but he wished the puppy would speak up. He clapped hopping the sharp noise would put some more life back in Hikaru, "So who wants chocolate cream pie? I've been doing a lot of talking so far but I want to get to know you two some more so while we have pie you can tell me a bit about yourselves. Like what kind of foods you like, don't like, weather you've had other master's before or things like that. Wow me with you're individuality."

The boys heard him and Hikaru jumped a little when he clapped his hands. Then Kaoru noticed the master not really paying attention to him and looked at the cat boy. He felt like he wasnt important and that Hikaru was the masters favorite. His ears went down a little and so did his tail and it wagged slower. He was trying not to show he was hurt so Kaoru just kept wagging his tail and looking at his master. "ill take some.. and it looks like he will too... and theres not much to say i dont remember anything... so i dont really know what i like and what i dont... I remember something round... had like cheese on it... and some sort of round small meat circles on it... and as for him... he cant talk at least not right now i over heard the guards talking wondering if he was a mute and the doctor person said he wasnt its just part of the losing his memory thing... He said he would remember how to talk after a little while or something makes his memories come back..."

~+~ Ira pouted when he saw Kaoru get sad but on a brave face. He reached over and gave him scratch behind the ears to perk him back up. "How odd to hear, duel cases of amnesia?" He gave Kaoru a hug and more scratches on the head. "It'll be alright baby-doll. Daddy'll get you talking again in no time."
he addressed Hikaru again with Kaoru still in his arms, "Oh well. You have new memories here soon enough. Tomorrow we'll be having the both of you measured for costumes and then shopping for street clothes. I have some sweats you can wear for now. Which reminds me, we're getting up early in the morning for yoga in the yard so off to bed with both of you. Never mind the pie. I'll treat you to take out tomorrow while we're out."

Kaoru began to wag his tail more as he was petted and hugged. Hikaru listened to his master and yawned again. Then the master talked about getting up early and Hikaru groaned. Then they were told to go to bed. Hikaru got up and went to his room and climbed in bed. Koaru just stood there with his master looking up at him wagging his tail.

~+~ "Good night Hikaru," he called after the cat. He gave Kaoru a couple nudges toward his basket but he didn't budge. He just looked up at Ira with those big innocent eyes. Although the look of him made Ira melt, he had to wonder if the dog understood what he was saying? He needed to make sure communications were working so while Hikaru napped, he decided to work with Kaoru for a minute. He took Kaoru's face in his hands, "Nod for daddy if Kaoru's a good boy."

Koaru looked at him with his face in his hands. He heard him and wagged his tail more and nodded. He understood what he said but the only thing he didnt understand was the "toll" if he tried to sleep with him. He had his ears perked up still.

~+~ Ira smiled when Kaoru nodded. His inner ***** was starting to talk to him, "Kaoru doesn't want his basket tonight does he?"
Regardless of his answer, Ira followed it with, "You don't have to sleep in your basket. Does Kaoru want to sleep in daddy's room?"
He didn't wait for an answer, he was getting himself worked up already. Ira patted his thigh like he would to get a real dog to follow him, and lead Kaoru upstairs.

Kaoru listened to his master and talk before he could answer. When he asked if he wanted to sleep with him he wagged his tail faster and began to follow him as he patted his thigh. He looked cute following him. Especially since now he was on all fours like a dog crawling following him. Wagging his tail the whole way.
