Thath watched as Dynith climbed, hovering below her he waited. She would dive and when she did he would be ready. He would follow her and he would catch her. The others just didn't have what it took, but he did.

Plummeting toward the ground Dynith snapped her wings out. Trading height for speed. The green went zooming away. Briefly she noticed another dragon rising. She crooned encouragement to him and the rest of the following dragons. The green cast a flirty look toward Pipith as he managed to gain a bit more ground. Her elegant calls filled the air to lure the boys on.
She wasn't done by far, but she didn't want them loosing interest either. Dynith started to beat her wings for more altitude. Her flight path erratic and random. Left, right, up, and down all in a jumble.

Hatteth beat his wings furiously to try and match Dynith's speed and where was she going now? He tried to keep up with the twists and turns, but didn't manage to gain any ground.

Why did greens have to be so fast? No sooner had Pipith crooned at her, hopeful, than she was zipping away again. He did his best to follow, but she was all over the place!

Thath did his best to keep up with the green but she was all over the place. At least she was keeping them all falling over themselves trying to catch her.

There... she noticed him.. crooned to him even... that would show the other males just who was the best here. He growled as she gave the small Bronze a flirty look. Surely she didn't want HIM?! ... not when Asoth was the biggest and best, she should be looking at ASOTH... not Pipith and he roared as the bronze sped ahead of him, chasing the green, to prove it. He pushed himself hard, fighting to at least keep pace with Pipith, there was no way he was going to be beaten....His wings beat harder as Dynith put on a burst of speed, he tried to keep up but didn't make any grabs at her, there was no point in losing ground just for a hopeful grab. He'd make sure she was in his clutches before he made any effort to ensnare her.

Dynith hummed happily as the males tried to keep up. They were trying for her; valiently trying to impress her. Some were closer than others. The green made a wide circle around to encourage those at the rear of the pack. She wouldn't let them give up just yet. The green eyed Thath, and Neptanth. She trilled at them to try harder.
Then she was off again. Heading perpendicular to her previous heading, she stretched her wings and flew as fast as she could. Dynith peered under her dark wing to check on the closest dragons. Leading the pack was the bronze, Pipith. He was small, but he was bronze. Not far behind him was Hatteth and Asoth. Both handsome browns. She wiggled as she flew,

Thath rumbled in approval as she trilled at him, urging him on. With a strong beat of his wings he surged forward in chase. Perhaps he was farther back then most, but he would catch her in the end.

What- Why was she circling around?! Why was she even bothering to encourage the dragons at the back of the pack? What about him? He was still closest, and he would always be best. He roared at his competition and continued after the prize. Dynith would be his!

Spotting the green flying back and thrilling at them, Neptanth pushed even harder to get into the group of browns at least. With the bronze seeming to keep up with the fast Dynith, it was his best chance.

Hatteth crooned at Dynith when she looked back at the closest few males, which did happen to include him. True, he wasn't the absolute closest, but he was not far behind the bronze! He tried to push himself faster, but didn't make any noticable headway.

Asoth rumbled when Dynith circled to the back of the chasing pack, that was wrong... she should be paying attention to HIM .. not those that were behind. When she turned back and moved off he was happier, his muscles burning as he fought to keep up with Pipith, trying to overtake the Bronze. He was ASOTH... he was best.. the green would see that, he did another fancy roll in the air to get her to pay attention.

(Appologies for the delay guys.)
Satisfied with her bolstering a spirits, she headed away from the group. Dynith noticed a faint fatigue of her wings now. It didn't slow her down much yet, but she realized it wouldn't be long.
The sounds of growls and snarls behind her made her look back. Several of the males were trying for her attention. She noticed Asoth roll and chirped at him for his efforts.

No, no. He was not going to be upstaged by a brown, not if he had anything to say about it! Seeing that Dynith was just beginning to fatigue, he drove himself harder, aided by his greater endurance - less than that of other bronzes, perhaps, but more than enough for a greenflight. Bugling, he dove abruptly, then shot up from underneath, reaching, offering, demanding what should be his, if only she would see it-
