.current.obsession. finding emotive .current.obsession. finding emotive Retards, this CD is stuffed full of crap yet they say its all Emo, the point is it isn't, not a single song sounds any bit emo, I'm not calling emo crap. -now u call us retard's.? neutral Yeah but how do you misunderstand what I first said, its like the time I tried to ask who actually thinks the bands listed on the guild home page are any bit emo and everyone went off saying how you cant really judge weither a band is really emo or not, not a single person answered me. -well tell me wha' is really, emo to u.? neutral I always found Emo to be self explanitory, its emotional and hardcore music.

finding emotive [Putcoolnamehere] What bands are really emo?there's no real answer to this question. If the people that made the cd like what they hear. It's their choice to label it 'emo' if they think it is. Thats not true, especially if its not hardcore, I'm not saying all the songs have to be but if they're at all not then its not really an Emotive Hardcore CD then is it? But who truly decides what is and isn't emo. PEOPLE!!! people are falable. People decide what is and isn't emo and we choose whether or not to follow that. in my opinion we should all choose for ourselves what is and isn't emo, other wise we're just just a bunch of mindless drones following a leader. we all need to decide these things for ourselves.

I like the early november, and anyways. Honestly. Emo emo emo emo. Its what everyone wants to be, yet the big argument is what it is.
Honestly, with the media and s**t. It's hard to know these days.
Not concluding that i know and you guys don't.. Just it's hard these days to know what's real and what's not.
So all there is left is for us to have our own opinions.
My opinion is the "emo" people make it out to be these days is over rated, like MCR for example, but old 80's emo, such as Portraits of the Past are more real to me.
But like I said. It's my opinion, and I respect yours.

You do have to have a certain sound to be emo, just like to be any other genre. I dont know how so many people can be in an emo guild and not know what real emo is.
