Monkey did a very nice job at keeping his composure. Damn he loved his little girl.

Brice jumped a little in excitement. "Yay! Pretty shineys!"

Rome shrugged a little and looked over to Lundy who he was now right next to. "I decided that I'd leave that to Lundy to decide. I've never been very good with color coordination and such. Not wearing clothes I usually don't have to worry about that... "

Monkey laughed and nodded. "That's true, not even coloring coordination I think he might be color blind... Sparrow did you see that picture on the refrigerator with the very wierd colors? Rome here did that.."

Rome again blushed furiously and wished that he had something to hide behind like Lundy did his hat and scarf. "Daad..."

"Darling indeed!" Monkey repeated Sparrow laughing. But when the party was mentioned he arched a brow.

"A what? After grad party? No one told me about this... Rome..." Monkey was fully aware that his child was a bit on the wilder side, but as long as he lived at home the boy would obey by Monkey's rules.

Rome cleared his thoat, damnit, "Umm.. Yeah we were hoping to throw an after grad party at Sparrow's house to hopefully have one last hoopla as teenagers before we uh.. Like step into the real world... Kinda... Thing.. Uhm.. Dad, dude I was totally going to ask you if it was a go.." He looked towards his father frantically, hopeing he was not in trouble.

"Mhm.. I'm sure.." After another glance to the clock Monkey nodded towards the dining room as he stood up. "Come on, let's go eat before the food gets cold... Rome, wait until your mother gets home and we'll decide what we're going to do about this party."

Daddy! I want a party tooo!" Brice interjected, resulting in an evil eye towards Rome's direction fom her father.

"When you graduate we'll throw you a party too, Sweet Pea..." Monkey mumbled moving into the dining room.

Monkey barely noticed the boys were slow to join them as he sat Brice down and put a bib on her. The child couldn't keep food on her fork and manage to get it all the way to her mouth. Under her chair was a rubber mat preventing anything from getting on the tile.

Rome had completly skipped that part in what his father said. "You're right, I totally didn't catch that at all... There might be hope yet assuming I don't get into any touble.." He smiled and gave Lundy's tail a squeeze as they walked into the dining room togehter, dropping tails as soon as they were able to seen. "Mm Dad this looks good..."

"Aye, thank you, son. We need to get your bib out too?" Monkey asked without looking at him, which was necessary to prevent himself from busting up laughing. He knew Rome was staring into the back of his skull with a vengence.

"I'll take that as a compliment, thanks Lundy. Have a seat boys." Monkey had already sat down and was serving himself noodles and sauce by the time he spoke next. Put food infront of the man and it might just magically disappear.

Rome sat down on one of the longer sides of the table and served himself some salad, planning on making his father sorry for what he said about his bib he hadn't worn since he was an infant. He sat in silence as he ate his heap of spaghetti.

Brice ate her veggies quickly, holding the loli that Sparrow had given her under the table with her tail. She knew how to work her father already. She knew that if she ate her veggies and a little of the main course she could go off free. Score! Candy and desert!!

Rome was glad that he had a skull for he was hiding a smile underneath it as he felt Lundy's tail. In turn he wrapped his own blue tail around Lundy's upper leg, moving up and down his fur slowly and unnoticably.

"Aye, Ducky you should eat some more..." Rome raised his eyebrow and laughed a little to himself. He knew that Lundy wouldn't eat much more, especially if he did what he was trying to keep himself from doing; picking on Lundy for his weight.

Monkey's face broke into a grin at the compliment. "Aye, thank you Sparrow. I made the noodles and sauce myself." It was nice to know one's efforts were appreciated. Brice had indeed shown it but in a different way, the spaghetti was all... But still on the plate. Which was an improvement from alllll over herself.

The convorsations covered everything, Monkey was all about talking and embarrasing Rome.

Stubborn little think ain't he? Monkey thought as he took Lundy's compliment with a smile. "Thanks Lundy and you're very welcome. You going to be interested in des-" He was cut off by Brice announcing that she was full too. "desert... Brice you can get down in a second.."

During dinner he was unnaturally quiet, concentrating on his tail and Lundy's lap. Rome cleared his throat to stop himself from laughing and stuffed his mouth with salad. "Thanks Dad, it was good..."

Brice knew she was going to have to get a bath before desert was served. Might as well get it done now and save room.. "Daaaddy... Hurry up!"

Monkey laughed and playfully glared over at her. Whiping his mouth he excused himself and picked up Brice. He took her up the stairs for a quick bath, tickling her all the way up.

Rome totally understood Lundy's notion. After his Dad left he spoke, gripping onto Lundy's leg tightly playfully. "Lundy you want to see my new game I got for having a subscription to my surfing magazine?"
