My ex has an iRiver. I'm thinking on getting an mp3 player, so if iRiver is better, I'm for it.

We're Through Being Cool -- Devo

iRivers are just my personal favorite. iPods are hard drive mp3 players, which means that they have moving psrts (internally) and skip/break easier.

iRiver, on the other hand, is a flash drive mp3 player. It has no moving parts and no huge harddrive to run, so the battery life is a LOT longer, it can run on a regular alkeline battery, the sound quality is MUCH better, it doesn't skip, and doesn't break nearly as easily as iPods can.

The only real drawback of a flash drive is that it can't hold nearly as many songs as a hard drive (yet).

I heart Devo.

I heart Devo, too. I was on a serious Devo kick yesterday.

Interesting notes on the iRiver. I'll keep an eye on it, as resilience is important to me.

I am jonesing to hear some Mission UK. Too bad I forgot my cd.

Tomorrow Comes Today is the random muzak. Hooray Gorillaz.

I'm not listening to anything right now, because I'm in the computer lab in my classroom building.

But the last thing I listened to was "Slide" by the GooGoo Dolls. ^_^
I'm going to listen to a song from Handel's Messiah when I get back to my apartment, too...
