Caramel Kipling

Caramel watched Dustin cook with eager eyes, his body practically humming with impatience. He closed his eyes and sniffed a few times and his mouth watered at the tasty aroma. When Dustin was finished he beamed and his wagging tail become a blur. He joined his master at the table and didn't hesitate when he was encouraged to eat the meal, he gathered some pasta on his fork and slipped it in his mouth. As he chewed he closed his eyes and moaned at the delicious morsel, unbidden a purr escaped him and he blushed his eyes popping open to look apologetically at his master. He took a sip of milk and licked his lips before tilted his head in thought as he considered his masters question "well I love sweets, and I really love cleaning!" he admitted happily before eating two more fork fulls of his pasta. When his mouth was empty again he tapped his chin in thought "Oh! and I love laying in the sun it feels really good on my skin" he murmured with a smile

Dustin smiled as he watched Caramel eat. The boy certainly seemed excited by the food, that was for sure. He heard the boy purr and laughed a little as he took a bite of his own pasta. "Well, I don't know so much about cleaning, but we'll make sure you get plenty of sun and some treats while you're here." he promised, reaching out to ruffly Caramel's hair playfully.

Caramel smiled widely at Dustin as he ruffled his hair, a light blush staining his cheeks. His left ear twitched slightly as one of Dustin's finger brushed it. He continued to eat his food in comfortable silence then lowered his fork gently to the plate when it was empty. He held his glass of milk with both hands and drained the rest of the content. He returned the empty glass the table and licked his lips, his tail bobbing happily.
