(What two strikes, explain them to me and don't give me some half assed answer.)

(( I just did, The whole thing you did back at the estate was rude and pretty much came out of nowhere, there was hardly any buildup. And then just now, calling me an idiot! Why are you being so rude? Is it just because you failed to impress me with your stargate ideas? ))

(Oh just deal with the beaming thing already, god. No it's not about that, it's that fact you get so damn rude to anyone who doesn't like what you do or doesn't understand it.)

I gave you a chance to tell me how it works and why you'd think your ideas would be a nice addition to the guild, and yuo just went to Wikipedia or something and pasted a Definition of whatever that thing was! That's not gonna get me interested in it... ))

Mercury walked behind Nom, and placed her arms around him.
"This will make you feel a little dizzy, just close your eyes, and we'll be back home in no time."

Mercury chanted softly and the couple disappeared.

Mercury sat at a computer, she was going through the new inventory program that she made. She then got up and got a computer on a cart, along side it was a scanner gun and a bunch of guns. There was also another set of stickers. She wheeled the cart over to the big gates that lead to the actual Armory itself. She was going to take inventory.

Vincent and Gatz had entered the Defense Base casually. Though deep down inside, Vincent was filled with wonder and excitement. He marveled at the new sight before. Eager to move on with the tour, they passed on into the armory.

It was dark inside. He felt around the walls to see if he could find the power switch. "As soon as I can see, you'll have to tell me about these women I keep hearing about," he told Gatz as he squinted in the darkness.

"Unfortunately, there have been significantly less of them here as of late..." Gatz admitted grudingly he he carried a crate inside. "It's hard to say whither that's due to my irresistable charms or the homocidal, misogynist, vampire-demoness overlord who set up residence here awhile ago. Personally I like to think it has something to do with the later, but perhaps that's just wishful thinking on my part."

"Demoness? What doesn't this island have, I wonder," he said as he pushed in a crate behind Gatz after having found the light switch. Vincent hauled the box next to the one that Gatz brought in. This left two more to heave.

"If you don't mind me asking, Mr. Gatz, why would the women of this island leave do to your occupance?" asked the man as walked over to the next box.

"Decent takeout," Gatz answered quickly. "The Catty Cafe is the best restaurant on the entire island, but they have so many sit-in customers that they rarely do deliveries."

He gave a long, wistful sigh. "And there is a certain fantasy some of us have about Natsume popping into the room late at night, then having to regretfully inform her that the money's been forgotten, and that one has to find a different way to pay the bill... Well, I'm sure you've heard this story somewhere before."

"As for why I would drive women away from here--I haven't a clue," he said with a shake of his head. The entity went back to stacking boxes while he pondered the idea.

"... I suppose they might find me a bit overwhelming at times," he concluded with a chuckle. "Some people simply can't tolerate too much of a good thing."

Gatz had just settled the second to last box on top of the pile when he noticed something glint over in the corner. Giving a slight 'ah' of recognition, he walked over and picked it up. It was a strange double-headed scythe, steel gray and brown leather in color and made up of more blade than handle. Gatz flipped it over in his hands appraisingly, checking the weapon's condition.

"Huh, I had almost forgotten about this thing..." he muttered, looking at the huge blade with a sense of familarity.

"Restaurant, huh? I'll have to make a visit then. I don't exactly get along with cookware," he said with a little laugh over his inability to create a decent meal.

He thought about Gatz's story concerning a girl named "Natsume". "And this 'Natsume' girl. I'll have to investigate this waitress when I have the chance," he said in a quiet voice as he stacked up the last box.

"Well, Mr. Gatz, you seem like an upright fellow. I could not imagine why any woman would not approve of your company," commented Vincent as he leaned against his stack of containers.

Mr. Rohaun noticed Gatz's sudden interest in an object in a corner. He leaned forward, resting his hands on the top box. "What is that weapon you have there?" he asked as Gatz produced before them, "Quite interesting craftsmenship if I do say so myself."

"I imagine that most the people here would like to 'investigate' Natsume," Gatz replied with a chuckle. "In fact, I think she's made it a favorite pastime for some."

"As for this, I call it a Reaver Stick," he said, bringing the monsterous weapon upright. "I came up with the oringal concept, though I had to have someone else do the construction for me. It was one of those efforts to make a weapon as changable as myself..."

The entity flicked the odd weapon down, as if trying to imbed one of the massive, curved baldes into the floor. Instead, however, the scythe heads turned and swivelled forwards, swiftly changing position to form a pronged head. Gatz twisted back the other way and the weapon seemed to break apart into three pieces two feet in length. The sections where folded over each other with practiced deftness, leaving a tidy bundle of blades and chains that could have fit inside of a large briefcase. Gatz set his weapon down for a moment to retrive a triangular canvas bag from under the stand that the Reaver Stick had been resting on, then slipped the compacted weapon inside.

"... Personally, I think the attempt turned out pretty well," he told Vincent with a grin.

Vincent watched the weapon change shape carefully. It's design appeared flawless. Everything seemed to be accounted for: handling, resourcefulness, unpredictability, distance, and freedom for the user. It was quite the device. "You must know quite the talented weapons smith if he or she can create a destructive tool such as that."

Vincent constant leaning on the boxes managed to topple over two. The case beneath the top stayed closed, while the top one crashed to the floor on its side and opened. Rohaun quickly rushed over so as to quickly stuff the contents inside when he noticed what exactly fell out.

His eyes grew wide with shock and horror. "No...I didn't put...that's not..." he gasped out as he fell to his knees. His eyes swivled around in their sockets as he clutched his head with his gloved hands. His heart was racing at stressful speeds.

What fell out of the box were not guns, melee weapons, ammo, explosives, schematics, pictures, or any of the like. Inside were the cracked, mauled, broken, skeletal remains of his former comrades from years ago.

Twisted images came flooding into his mind:

A chest was blown open, blood covered ribs stuck out of the fresh cavity. Intestines laid strewn about the victim.

A femer jutted out of its former fleshy leg. Muscle still clung to the bone as if it couldn't bare to part with it.

A crushed in head with bits of brain matter covering the edges was laying against a light pole.

All the while these images flickered in his mind, screams of agony and terror echoed in every scene. They were all calling for Vincent Rohaun to help them:

"VINCENT!" screamed a older woman's voice.

"ROHAUN, HELP ME!" yelled a young man's voice.

"Vincent...please...AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" screeched a young girl.

"RO! DON'T JUST STAND THERE! Huh? AUGH!" wailed another female before she was cut off by a revolting, splattering noise.

All these voices were swirling around his conciousness. His eyes were darting everywhere. He could not get a hold of himself.

Vincent rose to his feet quickly, and held out his right hand to the contents of the box. His arm was shaking, making it hard to stay leveled with the body box. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" he cried out at the top of his lungs. A larger box rose up from beneath the bone infested one. It closed over the crate before collapsing into itself. The only thing left behind was a square scortch mark.

The former gunman then collapsed to the floor finally after experiencing dangerous levels of stress. "That b*****d..." he whispered before blacking out.

Gatz watched the scene with Vicent play with the cold, stoney indifference of on used to death.

"... Knew, actually," Gatz corrected with a wistful sigh, as if nothing odd had happened. "The great smith Masamune has been dead and gone for a quite sometime now." He gave the man a questioning glance.

"You know, most people bury the remains of others, instead of totting them arond like lugauge..."
