teh_kitsune TheTsunuffy You know, just because you cried, that doesn't make it sad. Crying doesn't equal sad. I do agree that it was sad when Susan manipulated Michael into giving up Walt. If Thomas didn't exist, I'd hate her the most. ummmm...whose Thomas...? sweatdrop Claire's ex. The b*****d. Oh, and I've decided that Deus Ex Machina ranks up there in the saddest episode competition.

My saddest episodes are... 1. Dues Ex Machina Locke's past... very sad. It's sad to see a man like him crumbling. He was one of my favorite characters, and his past make me feel a lot of pity for him. No one deserves what happened to him.
2. In Translation Jin and Sun breaking up... very sad. Their marriage had been crumbling every since they came to the island, and Sun's last words in English, "I was going to leave you" made me pretty sad. It's always depressing to see a sad Korean. After all, I am a Korean.

I think "All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues" was really sad. I also thought that "Deus Ex Machina" was pretty sad. I mean how could Locke's father do that to him?! Cruel to the N-th degree. gonk
I think this week's 'Do No Harm' will be sad as hell. Spoiler alert! (white font, highlight over to get my point.) I mean, I'm pretty sure that Boone is not going to make it. His lung collapses and despite everything Jack does, its pretty grim. Claire goes into labor and Charlie has a breakdown/freakout because of it, since Jack's not around to help deliver the baby, he's with Boone. Shannon is upset, Sayid makes a grande romantic gesture and if Boone dies then Jack is going to be left to pick up the pieces, which in turn will rope Kate into the situation. enough said.

Do No Harm, by far. I mean, Boone's not my fave character, but I still managed to cry when I saw the death scene... It was an extremely depressing episode!
I was upset when I saw Charlie hanging there, too. After that I've taken up walking around with 'FATE' written on my hands, like he does.
sad

Tsunuffy Nah, Solitary was the saddest episode, I think. Sayid's story makes me cry. We don't even really know if Nadia is dead, or when she died, or how! It makes me sad thinking about it. OMG I FLIPPED WHEN HE SAID HER NAME NADIA THAT MY NAME LMAO

Masae i hated when Charlie was hanging from the tree. The epy before Do No Harm (I forgot wat the epy was called) When I saw the preveiw, I found out that Boone was going 2 die, i cryed and i am not a fan of him! sweatdrop The eipsode before Do No Harm was Deus ex Machina, so you know. smile Do No Harm is pretty high up there on my list of sad episodes. Although, not the flashback part. Which was only sad in a pathetic way. I think the episode would ALMOST have been better off with no flashbacks (or Boone-backs [or Shannon-backs, even]). Though, I can see why they chose the somewhat banal, mostly benign Jack-getting-his-marriage-on flashbacks. With such an emotionally charged island story to tell, they made the flashback calmer and simpler as a combination counterpoint and release. Or, to ratchet up the tension, whichever it caused for the person watching.
