Last week cuz my boyfriend likes it a lot, and I did it only as a gift to him. 8D
Though I looked pretty sweet so I might do it more often. Though I haven't touched it since.. but someday. The thought is there.
Btw it was only eyeliner. |: Pencil eyeliner, at that.

I was 13 when I started. I didn't wear a lot then, but I will admit that I wear a lot now.
In order of how I put it on:
Concealer under eyes
Liquid foundation everywhere
Blush
Powder
Eyebrow corrector
Liquid liner for top lid
Mascara for top lashes
False eyelashes
White eyeliner on waterline
Black eyeliner on bottom lid
Mascara on bottom lashes.

You put it on them if they are thin, or if you got a really bad wax/tweeze job done and you want them to look normal. I've never worn it, though. XD

Also, at what Alyssa said, when applying false lashes, it generally looks better when you put on mascara afterward to blend in your natural lashes and false lashes, so it isn't like two obvious layers of lashes.

XD You can also use it to match your brows to your hair! my brows are blonde, and don't match my ging hair, so I fill them to match.

sixth grade.
my older sister gave me eyeshadow and i'd mess around with that, then i was introduced to eyeliner in 7th.
my mom HATED that i wore eyeliner, she even threw it away multiple times.
as i got into ninth grade i stopped wearing eyeliner, just wore concealer and powder, mascara and crazy a** eyeliner colors.
by senior year i wore concealer and powder, mascara and neutral tone eyeshadow mostly tritones.
now i've switched to Tarte concealer and bare minerals powder with eyeliner on special occasions or if i just want to feel "sexy" lol.

In 8th grade I wore black eyeliner all the time and that was pretty much all I did through out high school.
How much makeup I wear now depends on what I'm doing.
School? None. Work? Moderate. Photoshoots? Done the ******** up.

Seems like a waste of time and money to me.you can re-use them if you take them off properly but uhhh yeah still. unless you don't...have any eyelashes, then what's the point for EVERY day. :<
