Sindri's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "They don't talk to you?" His surprise was that of a child hearing of someone never tasting candy. Sindri was the outgoing sort, so he could not fathom the idea of not talking to others.
"That is just... just... mean," Sindri stated, adding to his childish demeanor. He was a kit upset in place of someone else. He had not even heard that Moura claimed to be okay with the way things were.

xxxxxMoura stared toward him curiously before tilting her head to the side. Her ears twitched several times on end, before she settled them down to a neutral state, her eyes watching him. She tried to think of a valid response, before breathing out a sigh.
xxxxx"It isn't that... that I mind it... Massa talks to me when she isn't too busy... the rest are just.. busy... or antisocial.." She whispered, her eyes flickering back down to the ground, roughly Sindri's paws.

"Okay, well... Massa is alright, then," Sindri said realizing the possibility of him insulting a friend. He did not look completly satisified, though, as he looked Moura up and down once more. "And... You're alright with no one talking to you?"
His brows furrowed as he thought to himself. He sighed suddenly when he made up his mind. "I'll go ahead and take your word on that, but... if you ever find yourself wanting to talk and everyone else is busy... Come find me; I'll never be too busy to talk to you." Sindri smiled at Moura, for once not having a hidden meaning behind his words of comfort. He was glad to leave an opportunity to see Moura again out in the air.

xxxxxThe female's ears perked up some, listening to him speak. Her wings almost fluttered, if leather could do that, before she flushed under the fur and nodded her head. She wasn't used to such kindness, and it was almost odd to her, but she couldn't say she didn't like it, least appreciate it. Her tail tip flicked some before she slowly stood and wondered over to the pillows, and laid quietly on them, her head once more on her paws.
xxxxxx"Thank you... for that Sindri.. I will remember it." She whispered, staring toward him with a quite fondness that she'd never looked at another with before.

Sindri smiled wide, a bit full of himself, as he shook his head slowly. "It's no problem," he said ,"I did say I liked talking to you, after all." His gaze met hers and his smile faultered for a second. Sindri felt himself warm up at Moura's staring eyes. He coughed to try to clear the fog that was creeping into his mind, trying to make it hard to think.
"Would you like to talk now?" Sindri wanted to take the opportunity to get to know this female a little. He didn't want to bug her too much, however, and ruin any chance of being her... friend.

xxxxxMoura's ears perked some, eyes shifting before locking on him again. She stared and thought, before tilting her head down to stare at her paws, thinking. Her mind was wondering a bit, what she could talk about. She wasn't used to really doing anything. She took a deep breath before her eyes flickered back to him to stare quietly. ".... We... we can if you like..." She murmured, voice quiet.

"Great!" Sindri cheered to the room. He beamed down at Moura before speaking once more. "How about we get to know each other?"
He thought for a moment, visibly searching for a topic, before finally settling on something. "What's your favorite color and why?" Sindri waiting patiently for Moura to respond, hoping she would not deem the question silly.

xxxxxMoura's ears perked up curiously for a few seconds, before she tilted her head away in thought. Her eyes flickered curiously before she looked up to respond, mouth opening, and then closing, before she settled on what she wanted to say. "I... I like Blue... sky blue... It... it gives me hope..." She whispered, her nose wiggling some.

Sindri nodded his head solemnly as he listened to Moura's reply. "Blue is a great color," he said with a small smile. Sindri lapsed into silence as he thought. "I personally can't seem to pick one color," Sindri finally replied, "I like all the earthy tones."
Sindri forgot about the second question he proposed and plowed on ahead. "Okay, so how about you ask a question now? Feel free to ask anything!"

xxxxx Moura's little nose wrinkled again as she tried to think of a question. In all honesty, she'd never thought she would have to sit and think up these things, nor any answer to them. After all, in her own home she was rarely spoken to. She took a soft breath, eyes flickering to the ground in thought before she responded, her voice soft. "Do you like movies, and if so what is... your favorite?"

"Good questions, good questions~" Sindri pretended to think before replying, even though he already had his answer. He did not want to make Moura think he was over-eager, after all. "Hmm~ Well, first off: Yes, I like movies. Second... I would say my favorite is Pirates of the Caribbean... the first one!"
With an encouraging smile, Sindri inclined his head towards Moura. "Since you wanted to know, I'm guessing you like movies too... So what is your favorite movie? If you don't mind me askin'," he asked confidently.

Moura's ears shot up, staring toward him curiously. She tilted her head one way, then the other, thinking it over, almost as if she was so uncertain it hurt. Before, her eyes somewhat refocused on the male in front of her. Thinking one last time, she nodded, before replying in a small voice, her body wiggling some. "I like Fantasia 2000... It's such a good movie..."
Note, it was nothing like Pirates of the Caribbean, but she liked it. It was cute, simple, and, a big point, Disney. She smiled softly, just thinking of it, her head moving to rest on her paws.

Sindri's nose crinkled for a moment as he recalled the movie Moura mentioned. "The music movie?" he asked, barely able to hide the disgust from his voice. He appeared all set to debate such a selection with her, before he remembered his manners.
"Er... I mean, if that's what you like," Sindri said as he shrugged his shoulders. His nose eased out of its look of revulsion and he attempted a smile. "Sorry I said that, by the way. I'm not normally one to pick on a girl's choice of favorites. It is your opinion, after all." It was obvious Sindri was trying to make up for his slip-up in manners.
"Oh! I just realized that we have similar interests, in a way. Both of our favorites are Disney made!" Sindri's smile blossomed as he made the desperate reach for common ground. "Do you like any other Disney films? My second favorite would have to be Toy Story 2."
