If some "random" ancestor is a mangekyou user, then there's four. Lest we forget Kakashi can use it as well now.

OK, I'm back, let the games begin!
This is a tough one!
How many tenketsu are there on the body?
Note: This has to do with the byagukan, and the chakra circulatory system. Tenketsu are the chakra points on the body. How many are there? Will anyone be anle to answer!?
