People came close to holding me down and tried to dye my hair and dress me as Zelos for half a school year... almost happened on more then one occasion too. gonk
Also made a bet with a friend that if they wore a bee costume I'd be Zelos in the school band. neutral

I so would have jumped this guy!!! heart ... I was thinking about it, for a moment... But I wasn't confident enough. X__X He'd have freaked out, and probably ruined my chances of getting a picture with him... ^^U You coulda asked XD There would have been a good chance he would have been flattered and let you Honest! At a Christmas mini-con my anime society held, there was an Alucard cosplayer [it's a mini-con, only about 20 and those that cosplay do anime, not games confused ] Anyway... I strolled right up to him and asked if I could hug him 4laugh That made my night, but... Got a "friend" [I use friend but we just pretend cause I know she thinks I'm a b*tch and she Is one for thinking that -_-] got super jealous cause she wasn't brave enough to ask for a hug rofl Hmm... He might not of even mind if you randomly hugged him right after the photo XD Do you know how many cosplayers I've encountered that didn't mind when I stole their hat? XD

For the longest time I wouldn't go to anime conventions because..... I...... had a phobia of cosplayers. Not people in costumes like at Disney or whatever in Mickey Mouse costumes.... I mean like anime cosplayers. They terrified me.
Now I think I wanna go to a convention. Honestly it's worth facing my fears to get that awesome exclusive merchandise!!! @_@

I'd really like to go to an anime convention. The problem is there probably aren't any close to me. Well, I bet Denver would have one at some point, but that's eight or nine hours away.
And that is a pretty awesome Judgment outfit. And I think that person really could have gone without the glasses - in my opinion, Kratos would look absolutely ridiculous with glasses. Especially IRL.

Agreed. It's just not for his character. Also, if we're going by game terms, technically IT'S LITERALLY AGAINST THE GAME FOR HIM TO HAVE GLASSES!!!! Or does nobody remember Colette saying since she started her Angel transformation her eyesight has improved drastically?

I know I'd be screwed if I went to cosplay, since my mom is like "NOOOO!! CONTACTS ARE BAAAAAAD!! NO CANTACTS 'TILL YOU'RE 16!! RAWR!!", and I am literally as blind as a bat. Anything further than like 10 inches away is blurry. I'd be in the same situation as Mr. Kratty W/ Glasses there.

Consider that the person perhaps could not afford contacts, or could be allergic to the solution they have to be stored in. Yes I've heard such cases.
Besides, Kratos-sensei rocked the look in the OVA...

I'd be ecstatic if I saw a ToS cosplayer at the cons I goto, but...
I only go to a Mini-Con that's held every October by my anime society and the crowd barely reaches 20-50 since it's held at a library
Plus! The cosplayers cosplay anime/manga, not games

I have really terrible eyesight, and I can't wear contacts because I have really bad allergies. I try to remember to take off my glasses for pictures when I'm cosplaying, but it's hard to remember every time someone wants one. I'm the (unfinished) Luke. You can see my glasses hanging from the belt. XD; Also, excuse the wig. It's windy where I live and it messed it up. :/ The extremely amazing Zelos is a good friend on mine. Just a bigger pic...with a Jade. My belt broke, though. >.>;
