And that was the best he could do?
One eyebrow was raised as she listened to the sudden ramble he presented to her. A potion made from her DNA? What good was that going to do him once she left? What good was that to anyone at all?
Finally lowering her head, Sera let out a long sigh. Her body language spoke the truth. She was tired of him. Long past it really. He was flirting around the truth she was looking for and still expecting her to just give into him. Things like that annoyed Sera to a point. Still, he had run after her when she threatened to leave. That in itself told her something.
"And if I give you a strand of my hair, you will be happy?" Picking her head up, the blue eyes locked onto his face. She wasn't smiling but she wasn't looking as if she was going to kill him anymore. It was a step in the right direction at least. "Alright. Fine. I will give it to you on two conditions."
Reaching up with her free hand, Sera tugged a few strands of her long blonde hair free. "The first is that you cannot use this to make yourself a clone wife of some sort." Holding out the golden threads, she waited to see what he would do. "I do not want to come back here and see a double of me walking around."
"The second is that whatever you make from this is not to be sold or given to anyone else. Do I make myself clear?" For the first time since her fuse snapped, Sera smiled. It was dark and evil but a smile none the less.

Amerald almost jumped with excitement, but kept himself as still as he possibly could at that moment. He was sure he wasn't going to be making a clone nor give it to anyone else. Those two promises he could keep.
"Please madam, what do you take me for? I'm an alchemist...no god. I could never make a clone of you. But as I told you, I wouldn't give this surprise to anyone but yourself, for it is infused with your DNA." he said, smiling. He then went to his desk to write down a time on a piece of paper.
"Okay, if you can come back here at this time in a couple of days, I'd really appreciate it. By then, your potion should be done." he said, smiling, folding the paper and handing it to her. It just said the time in which he would be done with her supposed potion. Though that gave him more than enough time to create something more...intricate.

"I make no promises." Sera spoke sharply as she dropped the loose strands of hair on the desk and traded it for the paper he handed her. While the truth was that she would be back within the week to deal with her client, she wasn't about to tell him that. Not after this run around of a morning.
Glancing down at the paper, she let out a long sigh. "Mr. Lanaan, while I thank you for an interesting morning, if we ever cross paths again, please, don't go asking for my eyes or even a kiss. I can promise you those would not end well on your part."
Turning from his sight, the woman was smiling. Just for the shake of it, she would show up again. But it would be on her terms now.
Walking out of his shop once more, Sera turned and resumed the walk down the road. After all this, all she wanted to do was present and go to bed. It would be a good night.
