The Festivities Draw NearStarted: July 21, 2010 Finished: July 30, 2010 Characters Involved: Rosalie, Svetlanna and Jonas. .: Summary :.
Rosalie was to go to Nuan by her boss's command to do some research on some rumor that the King has heard and wants to get a hold of. The rumor dealt with a man who created a new way of life, and she was the reporter sent to Nuan to find any and all information about him.
On her way to the tram station, she ran into her beloved idol and favorite opera singer, Svetlanna Petrova and what she presumed to be her bodyguard, Jonas. Talking of the concert that Svetlanna had to get to later that day, Rosalie expressed her interest in going. She was so surprised by Svetlanna's presence that she couldn't believe it, especially after Jonas got the three of them a cabin all to themselves.
While on the tram to Nuan, Rosalie asked the two questions about this man and the rumors that she had been told before her leaving. She also told them about how she was a reporter, trying to find information on the man who was behind it all. She was told what to believe and had almost no opinion formed for herself.
Though, when she heard what Svetlanna and Jonas had to say, she was taken aback by the two's reaction to the government's plans. She hadn't thought of it herself, until that moment, that what this man was doing might actually benefit mankind on Levintol. Her interest was then peaked in the opposite direction. Taking her notes and leaving out names, Rosalie then began to feel rather ill. She had always hated the tram rides.
Once departing from the tram, Rosalie then decided it would be best to head to the inn in which she was supposedly staying on her boss's salary. Being as sick as she was, then decided she would definitely stop by the local apothecary soon after. She said her farewells to both Svetlanna and Jonas as she made her way down the path, hoping to feel better in order to go to the concert in which she was planning since the very beginning.

Oh What a World...Started: July 27, 2010 Finished: July 28, 2010 Characters Involved: Rosalie, Candice and Amerald. .: Summary :.
Rosalie, after feeling sick from her tram ride to the town of Nuan, decided to take a trip to nearest alchemist shop to see if she could obtain any medicine for her headache and cold symptoms. She first found the inn and was assigned a room before moving on towards the nearest alchemist shop, which in turn ended up being Amerald's Alchemy.
There, she found herself followed in by a very wild-looking woman, or at least that was her first impression, with tan skin and bleached blonde hair, which came to be known as Candace.
After a few moments of looking through the different potions, a man who introduced himself as Amerald Laraan came through the door and wondered what exactly the two women needed. Candace was there for some type of medication to stop the pains and sores of hangovers while Rosalie herself was there for headache and cold symptom relief.
After a bit of bustling about, Amerald decided to ask if the woman would give him some DNA samples so he could make a 'special mixture' to compliment the two. He said that it would take a matter of a day to create this new potion, or so Rosalie thought.
He scurried downstairs and came back within a few moments, giving both women a feather. It was strange, but each of them took it with out remark. Introductions were made between them all and suddenly Amerald began to act rather suspicious. Rosalie wondered what it could be, but went along with what Candace said and the two decided to make an appointment for a fitting at Candace's little out-of-home shop back in Aerr.
 The feather given to Rosalie.

.: Recollections :. Coming back to the inn within the Town of Nuan from the little visit at Amerald's Alchemy, Rosalie closed the door behind her and placed her bag on the table as she walked in. She sat on the couch and looked towards the fireplace in front of her. It was rather warm, so she decided to leave well enough alone.
She then perked up, remembering the feather that she had obtained earlier that day from Amerald. What was so important about it that she had to keep it safe from harm or keep it as a keepsake? Why was it so important to Amerald as well? Why the hell did he give her a feather? All those were questions she had running through her mind. She then figured that at least she got free medication out of it and thus she started feeling a bit better.
She stood back up, maneuvering her way around the furniture to grab her bag. She opened it, taking out the single feather and placed the bag back on the table. She ran her fingers over the feather's frame. It was rather pretty, she had no complaints.
She twirled it in her hand as she made her way to the bedroom. Where was the safest place to keep a keepsake? In a book, maybe? Somewhere she'd never forget it, and that was in her diary. She didn't consider it a diary, but she did think of it as a place to write down her thoughts of the days events or whenever she was struck by something, she'd write a blurb in it. She called it her 'Special Book'. Being a writer was one thing she loved, but being able to write whenever was a gift.
She set the feather on the bed as she pulled her little suitcase out. She opened it and dug through it a bit, finally taking out her book. She smiled as she held it up. She put that on the bed as well, going to find a lit candle for her use. She smiled as she brought the candle back into the room and set it on her nightstand. She pulled back the covers to the bed halfway and slid in, covering herself up afterward.
She grabbed the book, pen and feather, pulling her legs up to her chest to allow herself something to support the book on. She opened it to the first available page and began to write.Special Book Season: Summer Time: Late Night
I had a rather strange encounter today where I met two new people. Both of which I found to be rather different, aberrant for sure. One was a male who called himself Amerald. The other was a female whose name...actually escapes me at the moment. I am supposedly going to her house when I get back to Aerr for a fitting. My clothing style is a bit outdated and she said she would help fix me up.
Back to the man, Amerald. He was different, but cute. He was acting rather strange when I told him about my job and what I was in town for, but other than that, he did something even stranger. But what was really strange about this man was...he asked for some hair...I know, I know, quite weird. I don't even know why he wanted some. I guess it was to make some sort of extravagant potion that required my DNA. He said I could pick it up tomorrow night, thus, I shall. But in return, he gave me some black and white feather. I don't know what that had to do with anything, but I kept it.
Damn, I just remembered...I missed out on Svetlanna's concert because of this man! UGH! Just another thing a man screws up! Geez, if only I would have watched the time. I still blame Amerald though, for keeping me so long. Maybe she'll play in Aerr or Korr or even again in Nuan sometime soon so I can go watch.
Anyway, a little off track there, so I am supposed to keep this feather as a token of...well...I don't even know what. But oh well, might as well do what the crazy man said as to not make him angry. But as of now, it's bedtime. Good night. With that, Rosalie took the feather, placed it in between the pages as a sort of bookmark, and closed it. She smiled as she placed it back into the bag. She blew out the candle she had lit earlier and rolled over to sleep. Tomorrow would be a nice day...or would it?

.: The Awakening :.
Rosalie awoke feeling a hundred percent better than she had the day before. Quite surprised by this sense of renewal, she rolled over under the covers and threw them off of her. She slowly and groggily sat up within the bed, rubbing her eyes as she did. She looked towards the ceiling, taking a deep breath and blowing it out.
She glanced at the analog clock next to her bed: 9:01, perfect. She hadn't overslept, which she was quite happy about. She rolled her neck as she slowly stood to her feet. It was morning and she definitely wasn't a morning person. She couldn't hardly be bothered to get out of bed for work when she had to arrive early. Luckily this was her 'vacation' and she could wake up whenever she wished...except today. Today she had told herself that she was going to get whatever it was that this Amerald the alchemist had for her right away. She didn't want to wait.
She got herself ready by showering in the little bathroom supplied to her by the inn. She got out, dried off, and dressed herself in some simple attire, like normal.
She put on a little blush as well as a little lipstick and eyeliner and smiled at herself in the mirror, pleased with her appearance for the day. She ran her fingers through her flaming locks and pushed the strands behind her ears. It was time to get going.
Grabbing her key to the inn room, she closed the door behind her, locking it, and only wondering what this little surprise could possibly be. She thought about the feather he gave her yesterday. Was it some sort of clue as to what it would be? Possibly, but she still had no idea what was in store for her as she walked down, block by block to get to Amerald's Alchemy.
