Kazana turned towards Captain Zory. "No Captain Zory, you're quite early and we have been discussing about the situation of the espada and the nine tails. Also our third seat guest from squad 3 Chiasa Yomohiro is already beginning to think like a captain."
Kazana turned her attention back to Captain Jens, "There isn't a real way to kill of the existing espada without new ones emerging afterward. If we were to kill off all of the espada, we would have to exterminate all hollows or becoming hollows, and unfortunately even though we could destroy a mass majority of them but, there would still be survivors that would rise to power and become an espada or even a Menos. As nice as that sounds its not possible to do so."
Kazan then went back to her discussion with Chiasa and replied, "Zanpaku-to spirits are only as strong as their master. If their master's will is greater than that of the kyuubi, they could either merge or coexist. But if the master's will isn't strong enough, its very possible that the spirit might be destroyed and he would have to start all over again. But, if the vice or other officer seats take over while the captain is training, it would put less stress on the captain and the pressure from his subordinates. But the question is who. Also Chiasa, i'm very impressed with your reasoning. If I wasn't mistaken, you're already thinking like a captain. I wouldn't be surprised if you achieved Bankai any time soon."

Chiasa blushed and quickly looked down to the ground "T-thank you, Captain Wakahiru..."
Trying to hide a faint smile, Chiasa allowed her hair to fall with the breeze and hang by her face. After a few seconds of embarrasment Chiasa looked back up. "...it means alot to me..."
After making a quick sigh, Chiasa turned her head to watch the sky. "I don't know who would bare the demon, but we all know that someone must. I have no desire to deal with the demon, and I'm simply not fit for the task. On the other hand I think that sealing the demon in a zanpakuto would be just about the same as sealing it into someone. If the shinigami's spirit is broken and the zanpakuto's shikai sealed from the weilder, every small fight could become a life or death matter. I'm close to my spirit and I confide in him. Sometimes I see him when I sleep. I know that that is common, so what if we replace that with the demon. Every dream could become a horrendious nightmare. Sealing the demon into the zanpakuto is sealing the demon deep into that person's mind and soul. Not only that but we must assume that the demon will have free will when sealed into a zanpakuto. That could cause monsterious problems for everyone!"

Lucian limped to roughly the area where the Captains were meeting, and then collapsed on the floor.

Kazana smiled then she heard Lucian collapse to the floor. She flashed stepped over to his side and then said, "You alright there?" She waited then saw that he had been in a fight and turned to Chiasa, "Chiasa, take him to the medics immeadiately he's obviously been through alot."

"D-Damn... Ninja" Lucian said in a painful voice. He coughed out some blood onto the floor and passed out.

Kazana looked at the blood and said, "Chiasa nevermind, I'll take him." Kazana lifted the espada over her shoulder and said, "I'll be back soon." Then, at an amazing speed flashed stepped to the nearest shinigami outpost.
Although Kazana wasn't the fastest shinigami compared to Foust, her speed could be almost paralleled to his.

Chiasa watched, a worried expression on her face, as Captain Wakahiru carried the arrancar to the medic station. "I....I guess I'll search the surrounding areas for any signs of ninja." Chiasa said calmly "If I see the Hokage I'll flash-step to you, Captain Jens. If not I'll deal with them."

Kazana arrived back and to her surprise there was hardly any other captians there.
"This is odd..." Kazana muttered as she looked around and didn't see any captains.

Lucian appeared after Kazana did. He looked around to see no captains other than Kazana. "Where did they all go?" Lucian asked.

Kazana was confused, surely she couldn't have been gone for that long... had she? "I don't know were they went, if it was an emergency I would have gotten a phone call on my iPhone but no one sent anything...." Kazana was definately wondering where they all the captains went. Ninjas couldn't have possibly found this place, its way to close to the seireitei for them to find it... or could it have been something else entirely...
