- - Lieutenant of Division Twelve - - Once the missive requiring his presence was delivered Nyhil didn't waste time, he arrived to the large hall more curious than anything else. Crimson eyes taking in others that were in attendance with detailed gazes - which is to say he stared at most people unblinkingly for a short period before moving to another to repeat the process. He appeared to be the first and currently only member of his squadron in the assigned seating so he was taking the lack of any close peers to observe everyone in other areas.
Such a large gathering of ranked members in one position, it seemed to lack a strategic stand point as if they were all here what could they possibly be doing to protect the rest of the society elsewhere? Of course, such decisions were above his pay grade so he wouldn't make a remark unless his captain arrived to follow proper protocol. Instead he could take the chance to watch all of the rest. Admittedly, Shu wasn't a big fan of war and all, but at this point, what was the Gotei 13 going to do? Things were reached a breaking point with their reveal, and she knew that Commander Tennyou was going to personally deal with the task at hand herself.
Eventually reaching the Council Room, Shu entered, as she noticed some familiar faces in the audience. She noticed that Ari, Samui, and Sakata were first to the meeting. Shu then moved over to the Fourth Division's section of the Council Room and took a seat. Waving her hand at the others, she remained to herself in the Fourth Division's section of the room, as she waited for the others to arrive.

Elysia quickly made her way to the Royal Council room, worried if she would be late or not. Sighing softly, she entered the room, already seeing that a few members of different guilds were already appeared to be seating, slowly waving her hand kindly towards the few that she didnt know, someone caught Elysia's eye. Turning to the seats for Fourth Division, Shu had already arrived.
Moving past chairs, Elysia took the seat next to Shu as she crossed her ankles underneath her chair as she softly smiled, "Hey Shu, how have you been?" Elysia asked kindly, her voice soft yet smooth with a warm smile across her lips. Elysia had already shield her true feelings of worry about the Head Commander's important announcement.

 ◔ "It's not death that I am afraid of, it's time. Still getting used to switching squads, Yuki hurried to the Royal Council Room, hoping if she would finally meet her new Captain. She had read a report about his basic information and appearance, so she would be able to identify him, yet everyone is separated by their squads. Entering slowly, Yuki looked across the room and she slowly bowed to everyone before walking towards her new squad, Yuki seen a man with his legs crossed and his unique third eye.
Walking toward the man, Yuki stood next to him and addressed herself, "Hello, you must be Roka, Captain of Squad Thirteenth? I am Yuki Vianey, your new Lieutenant, it's a pleasure to meet you." Yuki said as she softly bowed. Her voice was cold yet smooth as there was a slight smile across her lips.

Her Captain hadn't appear yet he must have been still talking to the captain of squad 12 since she was missing too. Miyabi finally noticed Takada he was badly beaten. From where Miyabi sat she could tell that he needed medical attention. Training session over, Houmei slipped out of the Hidden Training Grounds and proceeded off the Fourth Division's grounds. Gotei affairs weren't completely her business, but at the same time she had a few questions about the message she had received via insect earlier that day. It seemed like joining this meeting would be beneficial. "Shall we, Su?" She asked calmly, speaking to the bird on her shoulder.
"It appears the best choice." He answered. "Not that I approve..." His tone dropped, sounding sulky.
"You will survive." The woman gave the spirit and subtle shake of her head before slinking off down the street, falling in line behind a seated officer who was, as it turned out, ranked just high enough to attend the meeting. For a while the youngster didn't seem to mind, but he soon became leery of the fact that a strange woman and her FLAMING BIRD were following him.
After glancing over his shoulder nervously, he sped up, running off. As if nothing was strange about it, Houmei ran after him, keeping well behind so that he was always ahead. They ended up outside the meeting hall, him looking terrified and her looking calm as ever. Patting him on the head, Houmei ventured inside, bid her greetings to those who deserved it and then took a seat.

Sasake smiled warmly at Yoko as she spoke and then at the end he laughed. He knew she was trying to get a higher seat. "Maybe the mistress will give you Hiroshi's seat, he isn't using it."Sasuke continued laughing to show he was joking, but there was truth in his words. His attention then turned to Sumai as she spoke of her passing out and coughing blood. He thought for a while and had an idea. "Maybe you have pneumonia? Ether way I'll stay here with you two and once the meeting is over I'll take you to Jousake. Oh, would you look at that, my own niece doesn't say hi."Sasuke smiled after his offer to help them since helping people brought him joy. He then saw Elysia walk in and not even say hi to him and that could never do. He discreetly held up his index and middle finger at Elysia who was across the meeting hall and spoke under his breath. "Bakudo #1 Sai."Sasuke shot the weak Kido at his niece and since it was invisible the only way you would know he did it was the huge smile in his face.

- - Lieutenant of Division Twelve - - His attention refocused on Sasuke as the kido was cast, not apparently invisible to him. However he just observed for the time being, without his captain there he didn't want to cause any unrest without good cause. The smile on the man's face indicated it was no sort of serious attack, instead Nyhil was studying the interaction. Social norms were interesting to the alien shinigami and he wasn't quite certain why it was anyone would 'joke' with each other in such a way.
He recognized the action for what it was given Sasuke's body language; yet he couldn't completely comprehend the reasoning why it would be humorous. What was the point in wasting energy on a needless task without any form of feedback? Scientific or otherwise? He was considering the young man that had shot the kido with his unblinking scarlet gaze a bit like he might look at a riddle. Roka's third eye shifted towards the woman who approached him. Roka heard through the grape vine that he was getting a new Vice Captain. Roka slowly opened his normal eyes to reveal his dark hazy eyes. As Roka opened his normal eyes, his third eye began to shut. Roka then grew a soft smile on his face.
Roka then spoke with a warm and motherly tone like he always did. "Well hello. I would introduce myself formally but it seems, you already know about me. It is an honor to meet you and I do look foreward to working along side you." Roka then shifted his body and slowly stood up as he extended his cream tone hand towards the woman. Yoko giggled at his words but shook her head. Knowing she wasn't going to be high enough. Oh no! Taka-kun is doing his job, plus I think I can't go that high on seats. Not yet that is. she said happily, brushing the wild mane that was Samui's hair. She on the other hand nodded and smiled warmly at Sasuke, glad to have a bit of help. Thank you Sasuke-san. It means a lot. And I think ill have to move towards the 4th division section.... she spoke calmly as she tried to stand up. Yoko quickly darting up and speed-stepping Samui to her seat. Knowing it will take forever to walk her.
Yoko returned in 4-5 seconds later again at her original seat, looking at Sasuke and smiling. She was supposed to be in the 4th division already, not 5th. she spoke calmly, looking as Samui sat down next to Shu and tried to grin. Sup Shu, long time buddy. she said happily, still a little dizzy from her current health state.

Noroi let in a steady breath and let it out slowly as she was left alone by everyone. Most took seats next to their comrades and it made her understand exactly where her position was within the soul society. She was to become something extraordinary for them. By sacrificing so many things however... As she thought of that she realized it was worth the price. She closed her eyes as she sat away from everyone else and was awaiting the head captain to speak.

He had made his way to Royal Council Room by walking around the entire Seireitei seeing as how he didn't have enough energy to Shunpo around the area to get there sooner. By the time he had gotten into the Meeting area, he noticed that the place was already full of other shinigami including the two he had trained with. He felt himself getting worse with the presence of the few captains that were already inside but got over it as quickly as possible before making his way over to his seat. He said hi to no one and decided that it would be for the best so nobody would bother hopefully. He sat down in the seat putting his zanpakuto across his lap before folding his arms on the desk and placing his head on his arms. After leaving Jousake's office, she returned to the labs, taking a hot shower and changing into a new set of clothes before coming to the meeting. Opening the double doors, she notices any notable arrivals before climbing the stairs to her seat.
From the corner of her eye, though once she caught sight of the flaming bird, she realizes that she spots a face she hasn't seen in years, hundreds of years. Houmei, the Sword Saint was sitting causally in the Royal Council Room, which finally answered for the rumors that the Royal Guard were spotted around for the first time in hundreds of years. Though she was only a lieutenant at the time, she couldn't forget the face of the one who created the Daireishokario. It helped that she appeared just as she remembers her, a fact she took in stride, continuing her climb to her seat.
Eventually, she makes it to the section of the Council for her Division, already her newest lieutenant there.....and examining everyone. "Yo, Nyhil, I miss anything worthwhile?" Formalities and titles were not commonly used in their Division. A part of being raised as a beastkin was judging people better based on things...under the surface. In Division 12, brains were all that mattered. No-one was an idiot in her division....IQ wise at any rate, and they were treated as equals, for the most part. While her new lieutenant had.....quirks, she had her own, and they accepted that.

- - Lieutenant of Division Twelve - - One of few things that could have torn him away from his thoughtful scan of the gentleman casting spells was the voice of his superior. Crimson eyes moved off of him in a single blink before settling on Naoto. He offered a polite smile and shook his head negatively at the query placed to him. "Good afternoon Naoto and no. I was simply trying to dissect some social informalities taking place. As far as I can tell nothing of note has yet to happen where the meeting is concerned. Though, if you don't mind my mentioning it: I am curious as to the wisdom of gathering all of our strength in a single position during such a crisis."
It wasn't meant as an insult, it was more the manner in which he usually spoke, his unblinking gaze had switched to his Captain and there it remained. Intense despite his quiet politeness, as if there was some inner desire to devour all things around him - more than just intellectually. He offered a light shrug to her final remark, his attention drifting back to the room finally as the topic returned to the gathering.
"I hope so as well, I had further research to do in the realm of neurotoxin's and I believe I was close to replicating one that would be effective in combat."
