Speaking of Evolving... leveling up Magicarp is a pain when it doesn't know tackle! Gaaah
Yeah I doubt they'll give away a good evolving item any time soon. Or even make it a habit to give away an evolving item at all! They did it with Titan's seed... but then again you could also say that wasn't free since you got it from the Overseer if you have fish.

Probably just for the purpose of having a completely useless move for a completely useless pokemon.
Which if you could deal with, would yield good returns... I have a Gyarados now!
