You can't see through them and it's rather annoying while you're trying to read. D:
[<3Franz] Yep, that's sounding like an ocular...mine kinda look white but when I concentrate they're all sorts of colors...but they jump and sizzle. Close to what Fresnel describes, too when they get really bad...except there's no pain. Thank goodness. I hope you don't have any pain when you get 'em. *hugs* The distraction is bad enough...and reading and trying to type when you're having those is not the good.

I've only read one Discworld novel, but I loved it. I'm tracking down more.
I just love fantasy in general (though there is some really bad stuff out there as well as the good stuff, like in all genres).

I had an ocular migraine last night while I was on an EQ2 binge, but it stayed outside the vision...it was like a big nearly whole circle around my field of vision. First time that's ever happened.
It was teh suck,. but not as bad as usual, as I could see, kinda like looking through a wavy energetic hole in my sight...
Lasted about 30 mins. Bleah.
