Pic: PictureName: Kouzou Henkou (Structure Change) Description: Kouzou Henkou was found not originally by village ninjas, but by ninja workers. The small group who learned the technique used it to harvest gems from the ground without having to dig and such. Soon, it became a second thought thing to them, where they could use it without thinking. Then, it was passed down and changed from generation to generation, until recently it has reemerged. Strengths: gives the user a variety of abilities, all of which can prove very useful. Requires no hand seals. Weaknesses: Mostly ineffective against water, usually requires some kind of contact for use. Ability: The Kouzou Henkou is a bloodline that allows one to change the structure of objects, making them softer, harder, and even gives the ability to attract and repel. It's second ability is that it can redirect power and velocity, such as turning a punch into a side hit. However, it cannot be used in a directly lethal way, such as removing a heart or messing with another's anatomy. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: Name: Sobou / Ubuge Henkou Translation: Harden / Soften Change Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) nin. Element(s): Other. Effect: The user can touch a stationary object and make it harder or softer. This makes the object slightly more liquid, allowing the user to shape the malleable object. For example, if used on the ground, the ground would either turn to mud, turn to hard stone, or somewhere in between. Other: This is a C-ranked technique. Name: Jiten Henkou Translation: Spin Change Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) nin. Element(s): Other. Effect: The user makes a forward thrust or kick. Rather than hit with force, upon impact the area hit will be spun. For example, if someone with a tunic is hit, the tunic will spin around that point, flipping the wearer. Cannot be used on a non-willing ninja directly. Other: This is a C-ranked technique. Name: zokusei Henkou Translation: Attribute Change Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) nin. Element(s): Other. Effect: The user is able to change the attribute of a touched material. For example, he could make the surface of water have enough tensile strength to walk across, or could could make a wooden floor bend and snap like a trampoline. Cannot be used on humans. Pic: Name:Tanabata (the clan symbol was too small) Description: This clan has been hidden for years, they seem to have powers beyond imagine. these powers are powers from constellations, in which all have unique abilities. because of this, star gazers of all kinds are in this clan. this clan is a neutral clan, for they go in all villages, and tend to rather where they please. they can appear out of nowhere.. so people believe that this clan has a gigantic tunnel system throughout the ninja world, in which is quite true. it is a gigantic city underground, and all lead to other ninja villages. these tunnels are only known by neutral groups, in which can prove them quite useful. the Tanabata clan is also known for its amazing technology and scientific discoveries, in which helped figure a way to make kunais and other metallic items in an alarming rate. because of this, they usually excel as a shinobi. though known all of this, the clan likes the hidden star village the most, and is where the main tunnel of the clan is hidden. the clan leader is usually determined on whom is the greatest at making choice and whom loves paperwork O.o Strengths: their stamina is higher and their bloodline tends to heal them. stores chakra and stamina for their team members. anything heavenly and pure they can absorb some chakra from. Weaknesses: They cant be by themselves, for their jutsus wont work well, all members can get distracted by music, demon chakra can hurt people very badly if they have tarento 2.0, three people are only allowed tarento 2.0. (the leader, the youngest, and the teacher) ten people only allowed to gain this bloodline. Ability:  Jutsu Name: Tarento Rank: C rank, though can create use of higher techniques Range: arms length Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu/medical Effect: this jutsu makes a person from the Tanabata clan able to use it's celestial jutsus. it also is capable of restoring a person's charkra/stamina when low (besides user). these eyes also have a minor healing effect, in which heal small cuts and bruises. this eye is very common, though it is rare that the second stage appears.  Jutsu Name: Tarento 2.0 Rank: C rank, though can create use of higher techniques Range: also arms length Type: Supplementary? Class:Ninjutsu Effect: this justu makes a person from the Tanabata clan have an even greater set of celestial jutsus, and the effects of the eye is greatened. ( the chakra restore perfects, and the healing is just as good as a medical ninja though only can be used at end of battle) plus having the use of tarento's special jutsus! Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:these requires tarentoJutsu Name: Power of Andromeda Rank: ( B rank Range: 50 meters... Type: Defensive Class: Ninjutsu, Effect: This jutsu is capable of causing Andromeda's celestial chains to wrap around the enemy. this jutsu can hold down almost anything... though mostly hunter-nins use this to capture a viloent criminal when their paralyzing justu didn't affect the criminal. Jutsu Name: Power of Charmaeleontis Rank: C rank Range: none Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu Effect: This jutsu is capable of harnessing Charmaeleontis's power of changing into anything you see. it's the best use for spy missions and replaces the need of a transformation jutsu. Jutsu Name: Power of Circinus Rank: C rank Range: none Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: this jutsu makes it impossible to get lost. Circinus grants the user to have an internal compass, so the person always knows which way is north, east, west and south, and at some points can tell you how far until you get where your going! Jutsu Name:Power of Pegasus Rank: B rank+ Range: 20 feet from user Type: Defensive Class: Timed Summon Effect: This jutsu makes a Pegasus appear, whom in which have flying capablities and unbreakable wings. it is similar to a summoning, but has a timed limit. duriation: 2 posts Jutsu Name: Power of Draco Rank: B rank+ Range: none Type: Offensive Class: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Effect: This jutsu makes the person become covered in scales, and a pair of dragon's wings. this boosts their defense, fire based jutsu, and makes them able to fly. this doesnt last long though. duriation: 4 posts Jutsu Name: Cassiopeia's rule Rank: C rank Range:70 feet... Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu, Effect: this justu is a random jutsu. it makes random things happen, from cream pies falling from the sky to making all the oppenent's kunai's to goo. this is low level, so dont try to go crazy on what happens. Jutsu Name: Columba's light Rank: B Range:around 20 feet Type: Defensive Class:Genjutsu Effect: this jutsu makes thouands of doves to appear out of nowhere, and a bright light to appear. this makes it easier to gain light in a certain area, blind, and make a quick getaway. Jutsu Name: Libra's judgement Rank: D Range: none Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: This jutsu does two things; is calculates the best decision by eliminating all horrible end variables, and in battle, evens everyones chakra these require tarento 2.0Jutsu Name: Call of the Sagitta Rank: A rank + Range: how big is a storm cloud? Type: Offensive Class: Ninjutsu, Summon Effect: This jutsu creates a simple storm cloud, though instead of raining, thousands apon thousands of arrows come from it. Jutsu Name: Call of Triangulum Australe Rank: B Range: 8 feet Type: Defensive Class: barrier Effect: This jutsu is a barrier, in which nothin gets in or out, though user can go in and out freely. it is capable of paralyzing. Jutsu Name: Call of Scutum Rank: C rank Range: about 10 cm... yes you read right. Type: Defensive Class: barrier Effect: this jutsu is hidden, and creates an invisible barrier wall between the user and the opponent. if the opponent throws anything, it will get stuck in the barrier, though it would seem like it stopped in mid air, making the opponent asume that the user is magnetic. Jutsu Name: Call of Horologium Rank: C rank Range:7 feet Type: Offensive Class: Taijutsu Effect: what happens that the user "steals" the speed from the opponent, and uses it on themselves. Jutsu Name: Call of Scorpius Rank: B rank Range: slightly off the skin, and in it! Type:Defensive Class:Taijutsu Effect: This jutsu makes the user have very poisonous skin. if the user uses it longer than the duritation, they will get poisoned. duration: 5 posts. Jutsu Name: Call of Ursa Major Rank: S Range: none Type: Offensive Class: Taijutsu Effect: This jutsu makes the user become insanely strong, fast and their fingers become giant claws, in which can cut through iron like butter! though this can become life threatening, for it strains the bones in the body. duritaion: 7 posts Jutsu Name: Call of Gemini Rank: A/S rank Range: 5 feet Type: Offensive, Defensive Class: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Summon Effect: This jutsu is simple. this makes the opponet's move home back on them. if taijutsu, a pair of small twin sisters, use the taijutsu at the same time against the oppenent. For starters, this bloodline has a very unique Idea which I like very much. So I would like to use this bloodline for this guild except for a couple of things:
1. You do know that because you have the Nibi you are not allowed to have a bl?
2. What are the requirements for attaining the eyes? Example, to activate the bl what do I have to do? ALso, what do I have to do to level it up to Tarento 2?
3: The jutsus, i have a couple of things:
Call of Scorpius: What does the poison do? Does it kill, parylize, turn your skin green? Also, you have to put how long it takes for the poison to take full effect
Call of Horologium: Can you elaborate a bit more?
Call of Triangulum Australe: how is it capable of paralyzing?
Libra's Judgement: Can you elaborate a bit more?
Cassiopeia's Rule: I can't really allow this because you can make anything happen in the rp and it could be godmode. Unless...you make a rolling dice system in which you roll IE a six sided with random effects happening depending on what number is rolled

2) they are born with them. no requirements. The tarento 2.0 is also from birth, but it's much, much rarer.
Call of Scorpius: It first get's the target sick, similar to a tiny poisoning, though to much it could kill. stomach ache would be first slight touch and the deadly would start killing the target the same time that it takes to have the jutsu wear off. Translation: 5 posts.
Call of Horologium: this is slightly hard for me to explain. You see, I only can tell you the basic idea of it. What it does with the target is drain it's speed, and make the drained speed stack on the speed the user already has. for instance, if a Tanabata uses this jutsu their target would slowdown, and as the target slowed down, the tanabata would speed up just as much.
Call of Triangulum Australe: What I meant of this the target couldnt move inside the barrier after awhile.
Libra's Judgement: the first thing it does is what the master of tatical shinobi can do with ease (like kages and ANBU) in their heads, but imagine Chunin or Jounin doing this. the second thing it does is if the user has lower chakra than the target, it would make the user and the target have the same amount, by either absorbing chakra or losing it.
Cassiopeia's Rule: I designed this jutsu to be funny, like pies falling from the sky or pants falling down. I'll make 20 senarios for you:
1: raining pies
2: pants falling
3: turns weapons on both sides into balloon weapons
4: Switch everyones voices
5: ground turns to strawberry jelly
6: flying pigs
7: target uncontrollably screams " I LOVE PINEAPPLES!"
8: random calls on a phone and say " my favorite color is rainbows" and hang up.
9: everyone starts speaking gibberish, but understands each other but the target
10: person randomly sings opera
11: all the the clones in 1/2 km from user looks like chuck norris or paris hilton.
12: has a strange craving for disgusting foods
13: turns stunned and makes the target wish he/she was a ninja (though they are ones already, they just forgot for 2 posts)
14: confetti appears everywhere
15: target turns to a mime stuck in the invisible box ( I so want that to happen to my charater)
16: everything the person touches turns to milk and says 'moo' (besides people and animals they only say MOO!)
17:the person gets covered in honey and feathers.
18:when the user uses jutsu they smell rotten eggs. (lasts 2 days of jutsu use)
19: target starts singing a naruto theme song (any of them...this could drive someone insane at some point.)
20: target Takes the powder from Fun Dip, throw it at people and say, "Evil begone!"
Like I said, it's funny.and slightly...I wont say it because of Ougun...he scares me. eek
Power of Pegasus: It basically what it says. it flies, and has unbreakable wings, so it can protect the person for a limited time. it is most likely to be used in travel.

Gin'iro Clan ---------------------- Description: Originally, the Gin'iro Clan was only a small family of smiths, crafting weapons for the shinobi of Cloud. Over time, they began experimenting with the properties of silver, crafting some beautiful ceremonial daggers that caught the attention of a local Daimyo's wife. She commissioned the clan to make her ornate hair pieces and combs from the finest silver and precious stone. This set off the clan's orientation around the precious metal, crafting weapons and ornaments of the most exquiset quality. It wasn't long until the family began to gather a large amount of wealth and prestige, crafting special jutsu kept secret within the family that ensured only the most pure silver would be used in their works. As time went on, naturally, jealousy began to become apparent from other clans and wealthy families. They soon started sending hired shinobi to sabotage the Gin'iro Clan's works and methods, forcing the clan to start using the craft for offensive means. Requirements:o Gin'iro(Silver) as Element.

{Comprised of pure silver, the lizard is soft and malleable - easy to injure and break. It stands no bigger than the user's forearm and is mainly used for retreiving objects that the user otherwise could not reach. It could also be used to transfer messages. The lizard is only able to hold objects up to its own weight before braking.}
Gin'iro: Niwakamekura - Silver: One Suddenly Blinded
{The user uses pure silver to mold into a perfectly round, reflective disc. The refelctive properties are enhanced by the user's chakra who uses the disc to reflect light into blinding beam straight at the opponent's eyes. Blinds for 2 posts.}
Gin'iro: Tsubomi - Silver: Flower Bud
{This jutsu can form as many small flower buds out of silver as the user's chakra and amount of silver can allow. The silver flower buds look completely realistic but when the user lets out a small chakra burts towards them, they open, flowering into beautiful flowers. With this, they slowly begin to rotate for a moment before suddenly spinning at a full out frenzy, shedding their petals like razors everywhere around them.}
Chuunin: Gin'iro: Ekusupuro-Jonshotto - Silver: Explosion Shot
{The user molds a small ball of silver no bigger than their palm. When they add a certain amount of chakra at high speed into the ball, it explodes into tiny, peircing needles able to penetrate nothing stronger than leather.}
Gin'iro: Tansen - Silver: Solid Wire
{Similiar to the Matatabi Justu, Gin'iro: Tansen uses a stronger, more condensed thread of silver to trap the user's enemies. Can also be used as a trip wire and hang objects no heavier than a cat}
Yuukai Hikinzoku: Unshin - Fusion Metal: Handling the Needle
{One of the first jutsu the clan members learn after perfecting the art of using pure silver is where they combine silver with other metals to make it stronger. This jutsu allows the user to combine silver and another metal such as iron to increase the strength and durability. The metal is then crafted in a long needle, the size of the user's leg.}

{By combining silver with a volatile metal such as magnesium, the user carefully creates a small ball, no bigger than their thumb. They can either throw it and the force of its impact will cause a fairly large explosion. Or, the user can set it down and throw something at it to cause it to expload. Chakra can also be used to trigger the exploasion.}
Yuukai: Gingitsune - Fusion: Silver Fox
{Similair to that of Gin'iro: Tokage, the user creates a silver Fox. The size is pendent on chakra and silver available. Also, this one can also have other metals comprise its structure, increasing strength and dexterity.}
Anbu: Gin'iro: Shokushu - Silver: Tentacle
{Using pure silver, the user manipulates the metal into lon tentacles which can be used like limbs; grasping or moving objects as well as throwing and catching.}
Gin'iro Yajuu - Silver Beast
{Going by the same principles as the Gin'iro: Tokage and the Yuukai: Gingitsune, Gin'iro Yajuu crafts both large amounts of silver, chakra and other metals to form a beast of great strength and proportions to aid the user in battle. It takes on the appearence of both lizard and fox combined. Hence the name 'Beast'.}

If I had a sword could you control my sword? Also this does not apply to iron right? Cause we all have iron in our bodies and I wouldn't want you pulling a Magneto on others.

I actually think that this is a very unique and interesting clan, there are just a couple things that I want to point out
Gin'iro: Kakumau - Silver: To Shield
{Similiar to the Gin'iro: Kodate, the Gin'iro Kakumau creates a larger sheild of silver that extends and contracts around the user, catching thrown weapons and deflecting water and electrical attacks. Also able to take a few hits before being broken.}
Now I'm not sure if this is a shield that is held or if you meant for it to be surrounding the user or what, but either way a shield made out of silver wouldn't block electrical attacks, electrical attacks would actually pass right through the shield into the next conductive thing around(which would probably be the user of the technique). Silver is the most conductive of all elements, in fact all other metals conductivity is measured based off of silver, so that should probably be a weakness of the technique rather than a strength. However, assuming the shield isn't held, it would make sense that it could stop most chunin level and below Katon techniques since heating the metal wouldn't cause it to melt immediately. However extended flame attacks(such as the dragon's breath technique) or incredibly hot Katon techniques(maybe techniques that are jounin level plus).
I guess that the basic thing is that any technique that puts your body in contact would silver, would cause the user to become very vulnerable to raiton techniques, and of course if you are closer to any of the silver objects that you make than your opponent any electric attack fired at the one of the objects would be directed to you (on the flip side if the person using the raition technique is closer to the object than you, their own technique would backfire on them)
but yeah, do you understand what i'm trying to say? just make any changes that would better reflect this point and i'll take another look at it

Only if the sword is silver. The user must use a raw source of Iron on hand. It can't be drawn from metal, stone of the human body.
And Lance, the sheild does not touch the body, it "extends and contracts around the user." And I had though Silver was not conductive... but thinking on it, I can easily see I was wrong. So, I'd just have to state it as the silver absorbs the Raiton, and is not injured by it."

but that simply makes no sense, a conductive metal will not absorb electricity, it would only redirect it to the nearest conductive object, and the process will go on and on until the energy is transferred into an object that is grounded and can absorb the electricity (and in case you're wondering, putting silver on the ground would not cause it to be grounded as the ground itself is extremely non-conductive)
