Clone Yami There there Dalvar. *Pats back* Just remembering the good 'ol days is always bound to bring up tears. But I remember the gathering info. If you didn't, you might not get the items. And the best we can do is educate the new agents that don't know about the Zurg... maybe that can be part of the screening! They have to at least now a small deal about the Zurg Event!
Remember that website they made with the codes you had to solve?
Man, that was awesome...
Toki- It was the place to be back when the Zurg were around.
That was where everything happened.
If you didn't go and no one took screenshots you were left way out of the loop.
TIM- It's a bittersweet memory.
Which this entire thread is.

Phew. My unofficial hiatus came to an end just at the time of the anniversary. sweatdrop
I don't have any "real" memories, seeing as I'm a newbie, but I really liked that user made plot that was started (with the Docta Ph34r stuff) as soon as I joined. It really made me wish I'd been around when the real user made plots, where stuff that we did could affect the site, were going on,

And I visited 1919 sometimes, but I always felt awkward when I did, so I usually hid in a tree xD good times, good times.

And I visited 1919 sometimes, but I always felt awkward when I did, so I usually hid in a tree xD good times, good times. Hell, I always felt awkward in 1919. But then, I always feel awkward in towns.

I kind of get annoyed when people assume we were ever anti-Zurg. Remember iCandie when she first approached us to keep her and her baby safe from the human bigots? We were only ever anti-annihilation.
My favorite memories were of the days in the forums, talking to angry illiterates with patience and kindness until they backed off. That and when .. ::sniff:: .. when 02 was talking with me and some of the Believers about possibly pimping his brother's UFO to upset him. He was so adorable!
And when I read the transcript of the debate with Mother. That was beautiful. I was really proud of the people of Gaia, seeing that. This is a planet worth saving.

I remember seeing Eve a while back, she seemed fine.
We chatted for a bit about old times, then parted ways...
*Sigh*
I remember this one time, before I became an agent, when I was just starting to make a name for myself, there was this huge fight between some Zurg and, oh, I think it was some Resistance Faction. It was 00HVN, Ricepaper, and I were the first to respond.
...
Agent Ricepaper... I should like to see her again.
And speaking of agents I would like to see again, had anyone heard from Agent Justice?
My desk has been noticeably free from requisition forms for monkeys and various other small animals...
Also less cleaning fees.

Maybe I'll find my old archives where all the congratulations from when I first joined are kept. They never fail to make me feel loved, even when I wasn't allowed a computer at all.
